Hi Support,
I am using the Newspaper theme and it is really very nice. Currently I am using the Theme with the version 9.3.7
Now I have to update the theme with the latest version 11.3.2
But If I directly update theme, It breaks the sites and all the shortcodes that generates by the td Composer plugin.

According to this documentation I can specify fonts for elements.
The tagDiv Composer lists dozens of available fonts but they’re all displayed as Times New Roman in my browser, which I presume is a fallback font. This happens both during preview and while viewing the saved page.
So the CSS to load said fonts isn’t present or isn’t loading correctly.
No, the font I’m trying to use is not configured on the Themes Panel.
Is this behavior expected?

“same procedure as (nearly) every update”: after the last update 11.3.2 the website http://www.cadzand-online.de is not working any more correcly: Regardless of whether I enable the tagdiv composer or not, the site created with WP Bakery Page Builder no longer displays the content. 1. The footer template does not have the button to be edited with the tagDiv Composer in the backend. Please check this guide:https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
You can edit with tagDiv Composer the footer template can be edited only from the frontend if it is assigned, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to the footer => https://www.screencast.com/t/rpfNhfyrF
2. There is no scroll bar, if you have a mouse with the scroll you can use it to scroll in tagDiv Composer.

If I understand correctly, the problem that you have is that the sidebar is no longer in his place and you got an error message when you try to edit the page with tagDiv Composer.
The problem with the sidebar most possible to be from a plugin conflict, so please make a test using only tagDiv plugins.
Now about to the “ERRORS AT COLUMNS ELEMENTS: 16(MODELS) : 6(DOM). THE MODEL DOES NOT MATCH THE CONTENT CURRENT STATE HAS INVOLVED AN ISSUE. This will not be easy, it will take a lot of work and even more calm. Also, the design is possible to look a little different.
What need to be done first is to learn how to use the Newspaper theme and try to recreate a small part from the website, for example a cloud template for posts or for categories (this can be apply for all posts and need to be edited only once), the problem will be on pages, where if you want to use tagDiv Composer, then you need to recreated all of them.

The problem you reported has nothing to do with our server, believe me, the server is very powerful.
Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit, if you’ll set it to 256M, and is still not working, please double it and check the rest of settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also make sure that you are using ssl and you have a good band width, the one from our server is 1GB/s and the one that I use at home is 500MB/s, if you have a low band width, then you can access parts of cloud, this can be done from frontent, for example if you are on a post -> https://i.imgur.com/4G74M7F.jpg or from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/2F6MhfI.png
I the problem is still persisting and you have a good band width, then we can take a look and see if there is not something different that interferes.

Disconnect your Instagram and Facebook, please execute these steps:
1. disable tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter
2. uninstall(delete) tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter
5. activate tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Reconnect the Instagram and Facebook account again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

Edit the logo element via composer and type KIM in the Logo text field and TIPGUIDE in the Logo text tagline. This is the way I know.

I want to report two bugs I found while using the Tech news demo.
1. There is no visible “Edit with TagDiv Composer” for the Footer Cloud Template – Tech News Pro. Even in the normal visual edior.
2. There is no scroll bar in the TagDiv Composer. Each time I need to click the Tab button to move to different options in the General setting.

Is that right to do?
1) I’ll upload new theme to the FTP.
2) I’ll change current website to Twentyeleven theme.
3) I’ll rename old Newspaper theme to different folder name and new theme to the old folder name (to keep database settings and url-s)
4) I’ll acticate new theme.
5) I’ll install immediately Standard Pack plugin to keep remain settings what I had.
6) Install plugins what I need (td-composer, td-cloud-library)
7) I’ll build new frontpage with td-composer on another page. (So long standard pack holds visual composer premade front page what I had before)
8) I’ll make new header and footer from tagdiv cloud library.
9) I’ll change footer and header and front page.
10) I’ll disable Standard pack plugin and conclusion is that – website is faster? 🙂

The problem with 500 is when you try to edit a page or cloud template ? If is so then it may be a plugin conflict, please make a test using only tagDiv plugins.

Hi Mathewpm20 and alexinmalta, the logo are not updated because those are not set in the right place. our theme is a frontend theme for most of elements and changes, so you’ll need to use the tagDiv Composer to edit the page and click on the logo, and from there you’ll be able to change it -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/

Hello TagDiv team,
some strange problems suddenly occured in the Composer:
First of all is that I can’t delete empty rows any longer. Right click doesn’t work, the “delete” drop zone is missing, no possibilty to delete them. I can delete elements with the small popover trashcan but no empty rows.
Second: A lot of thins in the “element editor” are not working as expected. E.g. see this screenshot for where the color picker should be. Instead of the color picker there is just one text field with no functionality: https://cof1.eu/index.php/s/NFdHFjkBTJ7nwrc
Also a lot of options do not work like sometimes aligning an element or some checkboxes like “show author”. They just do nothing.
There are more weird stuff.
What I did (more than one time): I disabled all plugins, emptied cache, browser cache, and so on.
The problem occurs in Safari and Firefox, newest versions on OSX.
Wordpress 5.8.2, Newspaper 11.3.2, everything is up to date.
