Yes, it is normal that the view counts to be reset, because those are usually custom implemented in each theme that have this option and most possible do not have the same structure in code and database.
Now our theme allow you to set the number of views manually,, go in posts and enable the custom fields -> https://i.imgur.com/NavHTFn.png after that down in post will appear the the custom field options -> https://i.imgur.com/waKZBHe.png change it -> https://i.imgur.com/NAFEi9p.png and check the results. Now this can be done only on each post in part, and I think that you want to doo it for all posts, for this use this function – https://pastebin.com/pKcWYFUt (wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/functions.php)
The value can be changed, I set it to 1000. Enter it in the theme functions file. Refresh a post page and check if the views were updated. Then remove the function and the view should increase from the set value.

Hi, I am trying to change the text colors of the Instagram Footer Section in order to make it appear in a black background (the default color is dark) but I’m not able to it neither in composer nor in the theme panel (in this case it doesn’t have any customizing option).

I found everything in my Tagdiv Cloud settings. I made the changes in both Desktop and mobile version but when using the tagdiv composer i.e., backend it shows the excerpt but when I save it and view it on the browser i.e., frontend, it doesn’t show it.
I installed WP Job Manager. When i created job and click on the view to check the job post,,,I am facing the following error,

Please assign a cloud/Pro template for header too in order to edit with TagDiv Composer.

Hello,
I just want to notify that it seemes that there is JS problem that can brake Jquery function. I identify that because I’m using a CMP that gives warning on their dashboard for everything that can cause problem with their plugin (that needs Jquery to run correctly).
Can you check it from your side please?

It depends which option you use, because we have 3:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.

The fastest solution for mobile is the 3rd one the Mobile Theme plugin. This one it has its own design, so it can be sure you have the optimal number of designed elements(basic ones) on the pages and also, you can optimize it to improve your speed. The fewer elements you have on the page, the smaller in size the page is and the CSS is smaller too.
Unfortunately, there is no button to hit and your page speed is very high. You need to try to optimize your website too and choose the fastest solution which suits you the best.

Please make sure you have the latest update of the theme and plugins( 11.2 ), re-insert the counter in Composer on a post and see the results.
If the problem occurs, check for a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Yes, when you use a cloud/PRO template, then the rules and settings from TagDiv Composer will have priority. So, when you edit a page with TagDiv Composer, you can select for each element the font you want. There is no global setting, only to give the opportunity to modify every element differently.

If you have made a complete backup of your website (files and database) you can try to update it manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ please use method B (via FTP/cPanel/File Manager), also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too, also make sure that tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Standard Pack will be activated from Newspaper > plugins.

To display the width and height on header style 7, 8 and 10 please replace the code from this file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/parts/header/logo-text.php with the one from here -> https://pastebin.com/FDjJD3Lb
After that when you use one of those headers the height and width for logo should be set.

It seems the Classic Editor plugin enabled was affecting tagDIV Composer.

Try to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Please do not use WP Bakery!
After update, please make sure your plugins are up to date too. Disable,uninstall/delete TagDiv Composer,delete cache, install, activate and clear the cache also.

Unfortunately, there is no option for every posts. But, you can use a cloud template for posts and assign it to the posts you do not need featured image. Edit this template with TagDiv Composer, and delete the element called Single Post Featured Image, so that in this mode you won’t have featured image.

There is no place where to only download it like on Newspaper when you get the homepage from cloud.
But that homepage is quite simple, it can be builder in 2 minutes, if you do not like the above solution, can get another one. Once that you have installed the Default prebuild website, choose to make a new page and set for it the the page template on Page builder + latest articles + pagination -> https://i.imgur.com/pWK3lcl.png then just edit the page with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/TSTxWcy.png and set the grid -> https://i.imgur.com/7JF08tB.png then the clean homepage is done -> https://i.imgur.com/AY1zLSg.jpg all you need to do now it is to set it as homepage -> https://i.imgur.com/0EOQdjt.png

Unfortunately, the tagline on Newsmag can be set only on Header style 10 and this will be display only if you use a text logo and not an image logo -> https://i.imgur.com/vDGLRHu.png
The only way to set the tagline on header default it is to edit the theme files, for this, you need to go on wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/parts/header and there you need to get the code from header style 10 and set it in header style 1 -> https://i.imgur.com/TBt4C8j.png -> https://i.imgur.com/6BtJQjt.png or you can replace only this part https://i.imgur.com/m12RKQY.png to keep the layout, after that you need to set a lower font size for text logo -> https://i.imgur.com/tTZB5dS.png the results will look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/2IVLTlx.png -> https://i.imgur.com/HAHsaGw.png -> https://i.imgur.com/MFleoRq.jpg
