All done, deactivating the caching plugin just did the trick and I was able to deactivate and uninstall the Composer.

I just bought a support license, my site has newspaper 9.1, how can I update to version 11, since the current version of my site has serious problems with the tagdiv composer plugin, the full view of my site is gray without images

The plugin does not have a valid header.

I have downloaded the installation files of the complete theme, I manually uploaded the tagdiv composer plugin and it gives me the following error:

Thank you for the quick response. I am able to delete elements just fine. It’s my saved Shortcodes I am unable to delete. As well as saving new ones. Unfortunately uninstalling and reinstalling the Composer did not work. I have made sure everything is up to date and tried deactivating all other plugins.

The first screenshot is the 2 Shortcodes I have saved that I cannot get rid of. The second is what I get whenever I try to save a new element. I have sit and let it stay like that for ample amount of time. In the end nothing is saved.

I’m having a similar ‘grey spinning wheel and blank screen’ when trying to update pages using tagDiv composer. I’m also seeing the exact same errors as jmr but none of the suggested fixes have resolved the issue.

The issues started when we had to update to the latest version of WordPress for security reasons.

The following has been aded to the htaccess file

<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>

and the following has also been added to the wp-config file

define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’,true);

Nut neither of these changes have made a difference.

Console shows the following error still;

So following Anamaria’s recommendation I did the following:

1 – Went to my Newspaper plugins page and deactivated all the plugins to make sure that nothing was interacting with my actual website.
2 – Cleaned the cache.
3 – Went to the wordpress plugins windows, there I tried to delete the “tagDiv Composer plugin” but when trying to do that I get the following message: https://prnt.sc/17uo4h8

Translating from Portuguese it says: “You cannot delete a plugin while it’s active on your website”

I tried to deactivate, uninstall, and reinstall Tag-Div Composer, clearing the cache after the uninstall and after reactivating. That did not restore settings, API configurations, or the data loss. All of the customization and sidebars on my website are gone. Vanished. I imported a backup, but that did not fix the problem.
