Hello!
I just replied in your own topic here with what exactly you need to do: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/the-plugin-does-not-have-a-valid-header-tagdiv-composer-newspaper-theme/
Do not create another topic with the same issue!
Please try not to reply multiple times in the topic if possible, this will only delay our response. Replying multiple times will refresh the topic date and move it to the back of the line, we answer from oldest to newest.
Thank you!
Hello,
You can use a header template / footer template from Cloud Library, and you can customize it with tagDiv Composer => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo
Also, if you use the standard header/footer from Theme Panel, for this you need to have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin, from version 10.4, this plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates.
Thank you!
Hello,
What type of prebuilt website did you install, pro or standard?
If you have a Pro Prebuilt Website, then only some settings from the Theme Panel apply to a Pro Prebuilt website, and you need to edit with tagDiv Composer the elements
Also, please send some screenshots with your settings and the link to your website.
You can find more tutorials on our channel on youtube =>https://www.youtube.com/user/tagdiv which can help you to design.
Hope that help you!
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, for the default post templates there are no settings to customize tags.
You can choose a cloud/PRO post template, so you will have some settings to customize them in TagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello!
There is a conflict between TagDiv Composer and WP Bakery.
For the moment, the only solution is to shift from WPBakery to Composer.
So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin.
Please check our guide to know how to shift from WPBakery to Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
TagDiv Composer contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
I’ve checked your website and it seems that all your issues are resolved.
It can be from Composer plugin which maybe was not automatically updated.
Please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thank you!
Hello,
You need to edit with tagDiv Composer https://www.screencast.com/t/Y5j6ArY8Ug, select the row on the top, and with right-click you can delete it => https://www.screencast.com/t/fdBMaqQevyo -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Pqit4z1OfQ
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!

I tried this post: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Hello, my tagDiv composer does not load.
I just get a load screen that goes on forever: https://ibb.co/BtZzThx
I did try the things in this post: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
However, I don’t really understand how to do the steps in #1.
I do see this message in the console though: https://ibb.co/StvYwsH
Any help to get the composer to load will be greatly appreciated as my header currently shows the newspaper template header, and I can’t update it.
Hello Anamaria,
All done, deactivating the caching plugin just did the trick and I was able to deactivate and uninstall the Composer.
Thanks and take care!
Hi,
Thanks for your reply
I wonder that why I need to reinstall Tagdiv Composer, while it is still one.
Thanks,
Hi all,
Need some help with the making the height of the header template smaller. I’m using Header Template 47 – Podcasts from the cloud library.
I’ve tried modifying via tagdiv composer and modifying the css but not having any luck so far. Is there an option on the menu I am missing somewhere?
I just bought a support license, my site has newspaper 9.1, how can I update to version 11, since the current version of my site has serious problems with the tagdiv composer plugin, the full view of my site is gray without images

The plugin does not have a valid header.
Downloading the update from https://my-page.com/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/plugins/td-composer.zip?uid=60de64cfad652…
Hi,
Our email provider gave us a div class code to enter in a html block (their instructions: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006897412-How-to-Find-Where-to-Paste-a-Form-s-Embed-Code#bigcommerce-3)
Everything is set up correctly and Klaviyo is properly linked to our site but the Raw Html block on tagdiv composer is not showing the embed.
My website: beautywithinofficial.com
I have downloaded the installation files of the complete theme, I manually uploaded the tagdiv composer plugin and it gives me the following error:
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions
The plugin was removed automatically and when trying to reinstall the error appears, urgent solution since the main page lost all its appearance
Hello,
First of all, a big thank you to the developers for this last update containing the woocommerce templates, it’s great.
Now, the Woo Attribute Filters element does not translate the “PRODUCT CATEGORIES” header and does not allow editing from Tagdiv composer.
Did I miss something please?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Thank you for the quick response. I am able to delete elements just fine. It’s my saved Shortcodes I am unable to delete. As well as saving new ones. Unfortunately uninstalling and reinstalling the Composer did not work. I have made sure everything is up to date and tried deactivating all other plugins.
https://ibb.co/4ZmWskG
https://ibb.co/RpbKGxh
The first screenshot is the 2 Shortcodes I have saved that I cannot get rid of. The second is what I get whenever I try to save a new element. I have sit and let it stay like that for ample amount of time. In the end nothing is saved.
I’m having a similar ‘grey spinning wheel and blank screen’ when trying to update pages using tagDiv composer. I’m also seeing the exact same errors as jmr but none of the suggested fixes have resolved the issue.
WordPress 5.7.2
Newspaper 8.5.1
tagDiv Composer 1.0
The issues started when we had to update to the latest version of WordPress for security reasons.
The following has been aded to the htaccess file
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
and the following has also been added to the wp-config file
define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’,true);
Nut neither of these changes have made a difference.
Console shows the following error still;
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘next’ of undefined

Hello Bettina!
So following Anamaria’s recommendation I did the following:
1 – Went to my Newspaper plugins page and deactivated all the plugins to make sure that nothing was interacting with my actual website.
2 – Cleaned the cache.
3 – Went to the wordpress plugins windows, there I tried to delete the “tagDiv Composer plugin” but when trying to do that I get the following message: https://prnt.sc/17uo4h8
Translating from Portuguese it says: “You cannot delete a plugin while it’s active on your website”
Thank you!
Hello @mujeebdaze!
You should be able to edit that with Tagdiv Composer, it could be an inline text.
Click on the text and you can edit it in the element’s settings in the left side in Composer.
Thank you!
I tried to deactivate, uninstall, and reinstall Tag-Div Composer, clearing the cache after the uninstall and after reactivating. That did not restore settings, API configurations, or the data loss. All of the customization and sidebars on my website are gone. Vanished. I imported a backup, but that did not fix the problem.
Hey,
Is it possible to reduce the size of /wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js?ver=11
In Lighthouse Treemap it says: resource bytes 256.7 KiB
Unused 191.8 KiB
