Usually, this problem when the mobile theme is displaying on the desktop, then you have a cache conflict, the plugin for the cache that you are using do not recognize the mobile and desktop cache. We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Also, for tagDiv Composer, please make sure all theme requirements are set as in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ in special please make sure this code is set in .htaccess => https://www.screencast.com/t/D3i2ZA7K
Also, if the problem persists please check if you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Is there any other way to convert the whole website, considering that almost every page is developed with tagDiv composer?
Just ran the update. Not checked much aside from page load speeds, minuscule improvement. The TagDivComposer no longer loads, so as expected, have to uninstall.
We’re running London News Pro, Standard plugin disabled. The server is set up as follows.
PHP Version 7.4.15
WP Memory Limit 512 MB
PHP Execution Time 1500
PHP Max Input Vars 2000
Each day, over the course of the last few weeks, more and more pages from our site fail the Search Console test, we now have over 400 listed with ridiculously slow load times. This is entirely the fault of the theme, we’ve tried everything else to resolve this with no joy. The theme is just too code-heavy and isn’t elegant. Advertising it as fast is clearly misleading. It is anything but.

I use the Single Post Template – Magazine Pro for many of my posts. However, after setting up the inline ads spots, using Tagdiv Composer, no inline ads appear, only the name of the ad -advertisement-. However, when I use the regular post template, ads are shown. However, those templates only allow one inline ad. In either situation, I am losing potential ad revenue. Is there a reason why ads are not showing in the Single Post Template – Magazine Pro?

WP 5.7 brings us much improved site building capabilities. I see that some developers are choosing not to use site builders like Bakery and Elementor for example. How does TagDiv see the future with Composer? Is there still a role for TagDiv Composer in the years to come?

Im having some issues with the theme.
First one is that when in mobile theme – settings , when i select mobile on “use mobile theme for”, it shows the mobile version even in desktop. The only way is to set it on AMP, but i want to show the mobile version on mobiles, for improving speed.
Also, when i go to edit my main page with tagdiv composer, every time i want to set a block or function to the site, it doesnt refresh.. i just keeps loading. Also, when i want to delete a block, the button that give me the option to acept the changes keeps appearing after i click on it, also not loading the changes.

I have some doubts regarding the update of newspaper v.10.4
1. how to access the new tool (tagDiv CSS Analyzer Tool)
2. if I deactivate the tagdiv standard pack, the page does not work (tagDiv Standard Pack is no longer required on new theme install;
)
3. where I access this (Added help video tooltips on the shortcodes options in the tagDiv Composer page builder;
)
4. I don’t understand this (Smaller CSS files – We’ve moved the individual CSS on the components where it is used to make the specific elements load faster;)

Just a note, the update indeed did not addressed the queries issue… I am facing the same duplicated queries from TD-Newsletter…
But, since the update, Query Monitor is also pointing that TD-Composer is making a lot of duplicate calls also..
Could you please make a note for the dev team to investigate this issue? It really loads the database, and, thus, slow downs the site…

Yes, I had to add the mod_substitute statement to the .htaccess file and it is now working. It’s strange that TD Composer worked without it before the latest update. Is this something new?
Hi I have a lot of questions regarding the mobile versions of the website. http://www.profile.co.mz
1 – Should I use AMP or not. When I use AMP the content doesn’t show on some pages but it does in the home. When should we use one or the other?
2 – In the tagdiv composer there is a button called create the mobile page. Should I use it? When I do It creates a copy of the page that’s ok. But If I change something on the Main page how can I update on the Mobile? Do I need to change it in the mobile version too every time?
3 – Mobile Menu in the home the mobile menu is correct. On other pages, it shows an old logo version. I’ve changed this in the theme panel area for mobile but the changes don’t reflect.
4 – I do have different header and footer versions on different pages?
5 – In the post edit area (not the tagdiv) the normal there is a mobile editor? Where is that content reflecting?

How do we deactivate the popups that seem to have appeared in tagDiv Composer with 10.4? I get the logic, but if you don’t need them (I don’t) they get in the way of productivity.

Hello, i don’t know why, but when I edit a page with TagDiv Composer, the changes of this particular page are displayed on all my other pages. It’s as if I was editing a template… But it’s only one page!

The ads are different and you need to check where you add the code for that ads and delete one. For example, if you edit the page with TagDiv Composer you can click on that element and delete one ad. Otherwise, check the settings from Theme panel, maybe you uploaded there as well.

If you use Mobile Theme plugin and your page is made by TagDiv Composer, then that it is the problem. A solution for this could be to deactivate the Mobile Theme on that page. To do this, you need to edit the page normally and there you will find a setting in the right side.

On the homepage, when logged in as admin you will see it on the top bar near the “Edit with Tag div composer”

Please edit that page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB and there you can see your mobile version. Change the logo and the design, hit the button save and it should display like that in the frontend.

Please edit the page and set the Page Attributes on the default template, also in the Page Template Settings set on no sidebar => https://www.screencast.com/t/1Sm6EwN8ik
Also, if you create a page with tagDiv Composer you can remove the elements from the sidebar.

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.
