Hello,
From what you describe it seems you have installed Mobile theme plugin. If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
Also, if you create a mobile page, please check if is set correctly => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!

Hi there,
whenever I insert a “single image” in the tag div composer, I have troubles with the size and ratio of the picture. It is never 100% height and 100% width whenever I choose this. 100% height and width always means a square photo. For example a typical photo of a camera (which is 4:3 ratio) needs 70% height and 100% width to fit.
Usually I would say if I choose 100% height and 100% width this means 100% of the photo. So 100% of a photo of 600px width is… 600px…
Hi andxtagdiv,
I think that here is a big misunderstanding.
The problem with tdc_history (tagDiv Composer history) has been passed to our developers and this has been improved/fixed in Newspaper v10.3.8 https://i.imgur.com/1cgGYSq.png -> https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609 therefore if you had a version under that you had the problem, but now that you have Newspaper v10.3.9.1 this problem should no longer appear (just for curiosity what theme version you had before theme update?). But to be sure for this you can keep an eye on it.
What Anamaria mean was that we know about this problem that theme has and she provide a link where the problem was discussed. On that time the theme version I think that was 10.3.1 or 10.3.2.
Also the suggestion to clear the database I think that was made because you said that you “cleaned it manually” and Anamaria suggested that you can use a plugin for this, is no need to do it manually (is good if you have those skills).
I hope I didn’t upset you and that I managed to express myself correctly about the above situation.
Sorry for all the inconvenience that were caused!
Hello!
You should be able to delete them by editing the page/post with TagDiv Composer plugin, click on them and you will see a recycle bin basket there or you can drag & drop into the red area at the bottom of the page.
For more information about this plugin, you can check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello Bettina,
the problem looks same as listed above.
I have created the mobile page using tagdiv composer, then I deleted the mobile page from page section in WordPress, re-installed the tagdiv composer, but still on mobile header, footer and other elements display as in the mobile page I already deleted. I want to get back to the view I have set up in the main page in tagdiv composer.
Link to the page: ns24.onlinemarketingsolutions.pl
Thanks for your help!
I have the same issue. I removed the mobile page, but on mobile it is still showing the mobile theme. I have already re-installed tagdiv composer and the issue still exitsts.
Hi,
We are sorry for the problem created. A similar was a discussion on this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/huge-tagdiv-composer-entries-in-database/ I hope it helps you.
Also, you can try a plugin to clear your database -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-clean-up-your-wordpress-database-for-improved-performance/
Thank you for your understanding and sorry for the inconvences.
Bettina thanks for the answer. As I said earlier, at your suggestion I am migrating from WP Bakery to TagDiv Composer precisely to avoid new conflicts.
Before sending the message, I had already done the test to re-upload the image and confirm it’s size and still has this blur effect. The image I’m using is from a newspaper demo that I installed.
The image problem remains unsolved as it happens to anyone I test. Could you help me please?
Hello!
Please check the list by accessing td-composer/includes/templates/td-multipurpose.php
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, there is no roadmap for Newspaper to implement TagDiv composer blocks into Gutenberg. You can use it separately.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and that our theme functions do not suite you for your project.
Hello!
You can add an element with TagDiv Composer plugin called “Flex block” and you can filter the posts by writing there the ID of the category which you want to include and you can write -ID for the one you want to exclude.
Please check this screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/UbXegeIBXEg
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exclude by their slug.
Thank you!
Hello!
From what you describe it seems you have installed Mobile theme plugin. If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Also you can try to remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.
Let us know the results.
Thank you!

Hello!
Do not use both page builders on the same time.
For the moment, the only solution is to shift from WPBakery to Composer.
So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin.
Please check our guide to know how to shift from WPBakery to Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
1. TagDiv Composer contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
2. Unfortunately, you need to rebuild the design when you do the transition presented above.
3. Yes, you can use it with TagDiv Composer only.
Thank you!
thats what I did, its working in my categories page, article page, except “about us” page I just created earlier, I see in my tagdiv composer its working, even I choose the mobile viewport its there, but when I open it and check the mobile view using inspecting tools, the default header and footer are showing, same with when you open to my mobile device

Hello,
That code needs to be set in the Theme files, maybe even in function.php => wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/functions.php
Thank you!
Hello!
If you use a responsive version then you need to change also from mobile viewport with TagDiv Composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB
Take a look there and see the mobile version and the design from there should appear on your website also.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!

Please first verify this element with TagDiv Composer plugin and check if the article image size is correct or not, then set it correctly.
If the article image size is correct and also you didn’t solved the issue, then you can upload again the images in full size and set it again.
Yes, you can. If you use for example Video Embed element edited with TagDiv Composer, then you can turn off Autoplay setting which means the video won’t run automatically with the page only if you press the button play. Also, you can check our guides here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/video-playlist-2/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
Please note that you need to set up the API key like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/
Hope that helps you!

Hello,
I have created mobilen templates for my site using the new mobile template capability in Newspaper. Problem is that I’ve done those on my staging site. And now need to import them on the live site without causing any issues.
I don’t see any cloud import options anywhere in your theme or tagdiv composer. Regular wordpress import doesnt work
How do I go about this?
Thanks
Quratulain
Hello,
If you install a Pro Prebuilt Website the changes from the Theme Panel for fonts will not apply, to change the font on block/post you can edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://prnt.sc/10grx77 , select the block/post and in Style, you can change the font => https://www.screencast.com/t/sUE7ug4UIAR5
Hope this helps you!

Hello,
You have 3 options for slide => https://www.screencast.com/t/SpVZEJYL .
You can add the slider inside the post with tagDiv Composer the Big Grid Slide => https://www.screencast.com/t/LFWsx1TI -> https://www.screencast.com/t/zReadm4ozvx
slide => https://www.screencast.com/t/BBCxseuxX0I5 or you can use the plugin revolution slider for a simple image slider => https://www.screencast.com/t/L3lZzJft1
The theme package does indeed contain the Revolution slider. No need to activate it, simply ignore the activation messages. It is a bundled plugin, you can use it fully without the need of an activation key
