You will need custom work for this but you can also use a plugin for it and add it to the menu using shortcodes, you could replace the actual search with your own here: http://screencast.com/t/78SAKU4J3
You can do the same for the social icons and use a plugin.
you could also use the WordPress search widget and tagdiv social icons, use page builder to customize them and add it with the do_shortcode() function, should look something like this: http://screencast.com/t/vb0u2EBFRHg
