Yes, you need to fix your content.
You cannot use any inline HTML,
for example
<p align="center">
needs to be
<p class="mycenterclass">
<table width="500">
needs to be
<table class="mywidth500">
etc.
Plugins which inject code into the AMP header need to be changed; or not used; and some things cloudflare may break the /amp/ endpoint CSS. Check the support forum for the AMP plugin to learn more on any issues you might have.
Ok, I understand, but when I change the code in style.css the changes is not seen on the web?
.td-big-grid-slide {
height: 410px !important;
overflow: hidden;
}
Hi!
I have been trying to figure out why the headers on the sidebar disappear, but can’t quite figure it out.
They appear when the page first loads, but disappear as the fonts for the page load up. I’ve tried adjusting the settings to the theme fonts but that doesn’t work.
However, I think it’s a css clash for the .block-title:
Using the inspect element I can see that the .block-title is defaulting to a background colour of #fff – disabling this brings back the colour but not the line.
Welcome any help to get this sorted. Thank you.

Hi folks
since we’ve chosen to disable comments sitewide at this time, having the [comments] pill-button element on the author box sidebar widget serves no purpose; is there a way to hide this — guessing just use CSS? Might add a toggle for that in future update since not impacted by “disable comments” in rest of panel (on your list of one million suggestions).
Thanks! 🙂
NM 3.1 + TDComposer BETA is rockin!
Hello, Am using the latest version of newspaper theme and wordpress, On desktops, when you add multiple videos on the YouTube playlist, it works seamlessly, the next video starts automatically; But not so on Mobile devices, the current video ends, and you have to manually select the next video. Is there a custom CSS code we add to make mobile device play continuously? or are there other ways we can achieve this?
Thanks
Hey! Sorry, I don;t have a simple answer to that; it requires a bit of work on your part. Try doing google search for stuff like “Jquery RSS ticker” (e.g., http://www.jqueryrain.com/demo/jquery-news-ticker/ ). We still use a JS/CSS/RSS ticker on one of our sites to pull news onto our service pages, where the service pages are .shtml static and news is on WP site. So, you can just load one of your topics via the built-in RSS from any of your tags, categories, authors. This was just one example where hacking the theme will drive you nuts.
Ha! Yeah, the icon was something I did as I was tired of my 20 year old “headshot” — and was playing with the South Park Studios Avatar Maker — not sure that still works.
HI
I’ve checked your site and noticed that you’re using child theme. Try to deactivate the child theme, clear all caches then test the site again. Also make sure that you don’t have any custom css that move the borders to left or right.
Thanks!
Regarding 3rd point:
1. Newspaper
2. Theme panel
3. Custom code
4. Custom CSS
5. Insert:
.td_module_wrap .td-module-meta-info .td-post-views {
position: relative;
display: inline-block;
top: 2px;
margin-left: 14px;
color: #aaa;
}
.td_module_wrap .td-module-meta-info .td-post-views span {
margin-left: 5px;
}
6. SAVE SETTINGS
I suspect it is a caching issue as you have added the css and this issue was fixed – http://screencast.com/t/lBSjP7mJXF
Thanks!
Hi,
Please make sure you have added the code in Theme Panel > Mobile Theme > Custom Css – http://screencast.com/t/EffzofJGwwr and also clear all your caches.
If the problem persist please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will take a look as soon as possible. Also paste a link to this topic.
Thanks!
Hi
Replace the previous css with this one, it should work fine: http://screencast.com/t/GMAxYvpsPLvY
.single .td-pb-row [class*="td-pb-span"]{
border-color: white;
}
.single .td-container-border:before,
.single .td-container-border:after,
.single .td-main-content:before, .single .td-main-sidebar:before{
background-color: white;
}
Thanks!
Hi,
Try this custom css and see how it goes – http://screencast.com/t/E3lQVFzmuxMT – http://screencast.com/t/jovhqZDQzuRV
.td_social_type .td_social_info:nth-child(2) {
display: none;
}
Also you can translate Fans from Theme Panel > Translations – http://screencast.com/t/I8BWEqN9
Thanks!
Hi
I’ve checked your site and the theme works fine, ad-sense code is properly rendered as can be seen in this screen: http://screencast.com/t/pHRiQIcsSTbf However the theme does not control ad’s content. Google deliver ads following a its own algorithm and the theme can’t influence it. The theme only render the ad-code and display the output sent by google.
On your site google deliver blank ads which is a commune practice while the site is still in approval stage, for more detail please check this link: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1208336?hl=en
Thanks!
HI
Try this css in theme panel > custom code > custom css: http://screencast.com/t/YYLaJlurmYE
.td-header-style-1 .td-header-sp-logo, .td-header-style-1 .td-header-sp-recs {
margin: 10px 0px 9px 28px!important;
}
Thanks!
Hello,
Thank you for the reply
Do I assume correctly that after I put this code .category-35 .td-g-rec{display:none;} (adding the correct number of category ID off course) to custom CSS block https://gyazo.com/05213b1ad64ce3388c1eccdf0c3d4da5 all advertisement will disappear from that particular category? Is it possible to make disappear only some particular AD blocks but not all of them?
Thanks.
Hello oyvind,
The author will need a bit of a CSS fix as the CSS got changed a bit in the new update but the author name was not updated for it. So until the next theme version please use this CSS code in the mobile theme’s custom code box:
.td-post-author-name div { display:inline; }
Sorry for the inconvenience but please notice that we will consider fixing all of them as soon as possible in future updates.
Thanks for your message!
On my website, http://www.allon.it I use a Slider on the homepage.
I have a strange problem: as you can see during the page loading the height of the slider changes!
I checked your demo on this page http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ios-slider/ and problem isn’t present.
Thanks in advance
P.S. I tried also to disable all the custom css in theme panel (even if there isn’t anything related to slider in that section) but the problem persists
Hi
Try this css in theme panel > custom code > custom css:
.home .td-post-date, .home .td-post-author-name span {
display: none;
}
Thanks!
HI
The function which returns the ids for css/js resources works fine even if the results are not similar with the ones from google page speed tool. Google picks only the resources which blocks page load, which is not the case for ts_inspect_scripts() function. Check this screen fore example: http://screencast.com/t/J2l7Vj0O99aX There you see that the same function returns two different results depending if the user is logged in or not.
Some resources are loaded only if you’re logged in but they will never be displayed in google’s report because when you test the site these resources are not considered. Hoover ts_inspect_scripts() function will display them because they are resources loaded at some point on your site.
Thanks!
Hi
It seems that your code force the user to select at least one category for a post. To force the user to use only specific categories the simpler way would be to hide the categories that you don’t want to be used. You can inject some css and make vincible only the categories that you want to be used.
This could be one way but you can try other different methods.
Thanks!
Hi,
If you want to change the text-transform property for your quotes, please notice that you sho9uld use a bit of CSS code and then place it in Theme panel->Cusotm CSS area.
The code is ->
.td-post-content blockquote p{
text-transform: initial;
}
The result -> http://screencast.com/t/F5mSLpM4vUwl
Thanks.

Hi,
3) Sorry but the modules cannot be modified. They do not have block settings like blocks do. On categories you can only select the style you want to have but the posts will be only in the latest sorting order. You cannot use visual composer on categories.
4) This is the case with css. It affects all of the elements sharing the same classes so the code has to be made proper by a developer that has the time to think of all the possible implications :). Css is a very complex part of a site. Please remove the custom css I provided as it cannot be re-written at the moment as I added !important tags to it. Remove the code and let meknow about it so i can access your site again and provide the correct version of the code that will not affect the mega-menu.
Thank you!
Hello Beldar,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you have some additional customizations through Big Grid Slide. AS you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/JMi81lb3X the problem comes from your height and the CSS has remained the same with the Big Grid Slide but you should adjust with the Big Grid 11 if you have made these customizations. Most likely, this space comes from more than this but please notice that we cannot provide support for your modification and we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
HI
Try this css:
.single .td-pb-row [class*="td-pb-span"]{
border-color: white;
}
.single .td-container-border:after,
.single .td-main-content:before, .single .td-main-sidebar:before{
background-color: white;
}
Thanks!
