Hello,
I’m glad that you manage the above situation.
From version 10.4, the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates.
Thank you!
I am getting this error when trying to upgrade to 11.1 –

Hello,
We use this template : https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_pro/
And we have “ABOUT US” and “FOLLOW US” in the footer.
But actually, the website language is not english, so we need to translate these 2 titles.
How can we do that as simple as possible (without child theme) ?
Thanks
Hello!
Greetings of the day and great to use your theme. Please help in the following;
1. Our site is new.indiaseatradenews.com We have imported City demo and our client wish to have the logo overlapped to the content area, similar to the City in demo. How it could be possible?
2. We have added an image element on left top, just below the header logo. We wish to have that image fully filled up in the column, both width wise and height wise. Please help.
3. Do you guys provide some support ticket mechanism? If we wish to share some login credentials to get further assistance, how to do that?
Thanks and Regards
Hello,
Please make sure you have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin updated and activate from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/6uPEwLE7u, from version 10.4, this plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates.
Thank you!
Hi, you are using a pro demo, therefore you can make the logo larger by editing the cloud header with tagDiv Composer, select the logo and set the dimension -> https://i.imgur.com/7Z0LVyF.png -> https://i.imgur.com/MuY5DQO.jpg or if you use text -> https://i.imgur.com/XBIxsIl.png -> https://i.imgur.com/XRQo2o2.png also you can use svg -> https://i.imgur.com/xuLncpA.png
I hope this will help you!
Perhaps a better question: Would there be a means to replace the categories listed here – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_city_pro/category/tech/ – with custom links? So replace Business, Food, Lifestyle, etc. with specified values?
Hi,
Please make you have tagDiv plugins activate (tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Standard Pack) also clear your cache.
From the last update, the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates.
Thank you!

To be able to optimize and to remove CLS and LCP please check these guide => https://developers.google.com/web/tools/lighthouse/ -> https://www.sqlpac.com/en/documents/google-pagespeeds-lighthouse-6-new-features-lcp-cls.html -> https://web.dev/lighthouse-whats-new-6.0/ -> https://web.dev/lcp/ -> https://web.dev/cls/
Please make sure to use our newest tool called tagDiv CSS Analyzer which comes in handy to resolve some of your issues. Take a look at the video guide here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnkVapqhIHc
“This custom tool performs an automatic test to find missing CSS rules applied by user interaction. Moreover, you can manually interact with a chosen section/component from the page while the tool records all the involved CSS. It will generate the final CSS file for this page and also will split the rules in Critical CSS to be loaded in the website’s header.” ( https://tagdiv.com/whats-new-in-the-newspaper-theme-10-4-update/ )
We tested our tool on our demos, and we have such great results!
Take a look at this topic because it could help you: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/css-analyzer-step-by-step-and-doubts/
Also, please set width on the logo https://i.imgur.com/oSUDVIU.png or try to remove and add it again.
For mobile, you can use a mobile theme plugin or mobile page, which can help to have a better score for mobile, you can find more information in these articles

Also, you can try to optimize your images, for example, you can use the EWWW Image Optimizer plugin, also, you can try other plugins like Autoptimize
Thank you!
Hello,
The page speed is not related only to the theme that you are using, this is affected by plugins/content/ads/ external resources, etc.
I just checked your website and it looks that your images used on the map => https://www.screencast.com/t/YK8KTa7qT are not optimized, for example, you can use the EWWW Image Optimizer plugin, also, you can try other plugins like Autoptimize, but I am not sure if it works on the images from this map (you can contact the authors of the plugin and ask how you can set the height and width on images if you succeed then you will have a better score). Your website needs an optimal speed that’s why you need to make some settings also to help for the improvement.
Also, to increase the page speed you can check these similar topics for more solutions:

– https://tagdiv.com/how-to-increase-page-loading-speed/
However, page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view.
Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website.
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.
Also, you can try to update on a staging website or subdomain the theme to version 11 and try our tool https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnkVapqhIHc
Our tool is running only on normal pages and not for posts or categories for example.

Hi petitefilms, unfortunately there is no documentation for how the Craft Ideas demo was made, usually, users use install the demo , also for this demo you can find some cloud versions, for homepage, header, footer, category -> https://i.imgur.com/x5HWcH1.png -> https://i.imgur.com/VtSis8N.png those can be edited using tagDiv Composer.
I hope this will help you!

Hi NaturaNRG, on most of demos, there is a shadow and zoom hen you overlay the big grids, but now depends on the settings you have set up.
The effects can be changed using tagDiv Composer select the grid and in general tab you can changed the big grid style -> https://i.imgur.com/0PnLDOM.png
I hope this will help you. If you need some more details or this is not what you mean, please let us know!
Thanks
So I’m using a pre-designed Post template called “Single Post Template – Magazine PRO”.
When I open the template to edit (and even opening the demo), I notice there are multiple areas for images relating to the article that is using that template.
How does that template know what images to use and where? I have a feature image which is placed in the correct space, but I don’t know how to have other images added so that they are displayed in the allocated image space within the template.
If I edit an existing post, I know I how to add images within the content, but they’re still not placed the same as the demo.
If I edit the template, the space where the images are to go are greyed out with “left align image” and “right align image”.
Even my content text is not displayed the same as the demo, what am I missing here please?
Your flex block 1

And here is mine, as you see my text is not filling the whole space under the thumbnail while yours does. I’ve been scrolling non stop through everything but I cant find the setting to correct this.

Hi,
Thank you for email, our developers will check the situation and provide an answer as soon as they will find the problem.
The Newsmag theme is quite limited, it has less options, elements and demos, also there are no cloud templates and the theme builder is use only for pages.
If you want and have time you can check more the demos here:
Newspaper : https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/select_demo_newspaper/
Newsmag : https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/select_demo_newsmag/
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure you have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin activated, also clear your cache.
From the last update, this plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates.
Thank you!
Hi bilecikdostlari, we have two live demos that are Default, one is the old standard Default (the one you use) and the new one with better results is Default Pro .
Now from our teste the PRO versions have better results, this is loading only necessary elements, since the default one is loading all resources.
Thank you!
Hello Calin,
I am willing to work with you to resolve this issue. I can see even in version 10 you have the same problems. Personally, I do not think its a “plugin” or custom code as you say because all I did is import the newspaper theme and change the text. Basically its the same as the demo you provide but with different text.
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_magazine_pro/
I had also created a nice mobile site that is gone.
Go in and check. thanks
Hey, my website is mrfiemka.pl
I added the png logo in the settings options. I deleted the demo standard text version of the logo. Nevertheless, the “black pro” text logo appears on every page. Why? How to fix it in one click?
Hi Anamaria,
Thanks for the info.
Unfortunately the code doesn’t quite work, it looks like the following is overriding it. There may be other things too, so I thought it best you take a look:
@media (min-width: 1164px)
.td-boxed-layout #td-outer-wrap .td-header-desktop-sticky-wrap, .td-boxed-layout #td-outer-wrap .td-header-mobile-sticky-wrap, .td-boxed-layout #td-outer-wrap .tdc-row-is-sticky {
width: 1164px !important;
}
I have added the supplied code to my site (links as before), but you can also see what’s happening on your demo site (which still needs to be fixed).
Many thanks
Hi,
I would like to use the yellow newsletter box that sits at the bottom of this template, just above the footer. (It’s one of the homepages in the Cloud Library.)
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_artist_pro/?edit_url=null
However, if I load the template into a page, somehow this newsletter element is missing. It seems to be missing from the template completely.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Maaike
Hello,
Please make sure you have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin updated and activate from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/6uPEwLE7u, from version 10.4, this plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates.
After you activate the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin, the settings should display https://www.screencast.com/t/31twIOBj
Thank you!
Hi gkalaitzis, the website it looks like that because you have a plugin conflict, I see that you have enable the WPBakery plugin, and this is interfering with tagDiv Cloud Library (cloud templates), we recommend to use only one of theme and disable the other one. Since you are using a pro demo, all the templates that you are using are from cloud, therefore, I recommend to disable the WPBakery plugin and everything will look normal.
Thank you!
