According to system status dates you have installed the default demo without content. To implement the layout from another demo just install it without content as you made with default demo: http://screencast.com/t/86iEseM8Oue This option will import only the demo’s settings without its content and also your own con’tent won’t be affected.
Before making any changes in site’s layout make sure you do a full backup to your current wp-install and to database also: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups This is a security measure and in case something goes wrong you can always get back to previous version.

That section is custom made from code and can be activated by editing functions.php file like here: http://screencast.com/t/WNDiFq2p By default there is displayed a list with all available demos but you can change the code and load you own content there.

For your second request, please notice that you cannot increase the width of that featured image from that Block displayed in your sidebar because you can break the layout of the theme. As you can see in our demo preview, this is the general theme behaviour….the advertisement dimension in sidebar is 300*250 px and the featured image from Block is 324*235 px, like this -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ -> http://screencast.com/t/ZQLUUd7dL
For your latest request, please notice that our theme does not have such an option that offers you a way to change the viewport -> desktop or mobile, sorry!

I have been running my website for about 6 months with your theme. Started with default demo content, then imported my old content and deleted the demo content. I have a lot of own content on the site now going back three years.

In newspaper 7, the css was altered a bit and any demo css is now loaded separately. In order to get back your style, you will have to copy over the code from here: http://screencast.com/t/IxvdCwpQSEo and paste it in style.css in the main directory.

Do you use the demo default with content or without it? So, if you are using this with content and if you edit it with your, when you switch with another demo, all the data will be lost. If you create your own content, all of this will be loaded into the database and when you will have another demo all your content will be displayed there.

I just bought and intalled the newspaper 7 theme and the politics/world news demo site… But how do I replicate the header as on the demo site? That is largely the reason I made the purchase.

Hi. In the previous version of the theme my site looked like the top area of the Travel demo. I mean a big image as background and 3 boxes with latest articles.
I try to do the same here. Nothing happens. I made a test page http://agreekadventure.com/test/ and I followed your instructions, copied css code, etc. The only thing that shows is the big image. There is a Block 3 below with all proper settings but the styling is not applied…. no white box behind posts, etc. why?

How can I make the ‘Latest Articles’ banner appear above the list of articles on pagination pages?
For example, on http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/page/2/, there is not a banner above the posts that says ‘Latest Articles’. The banner only appears on the home page under the page builder elements.
Also, is there a way to have the pagination controls (Prev, Next) appear at both the top and bottom of page?

Dark bg full with has “big grid” element
lighter bg has a different emenent with visual composer.

Hi, how do I make youtube playlist to display last X number of videos from my channel, rather than adding ID’s manually to the playlist each time I publish a video.
At the moment playlist serve no purpose. It look nice in your demos but the is misleading. I cannot be editing my home page every to 5 hours to add new video. I don’t want my journalists to edit the page either each time they publish a video, it may lead to problems.
Am I missing something?

I used the Newspaper (Health theme) to build a site but the megamenu option seems to be missing in the Appearances > Menus section. Using the demo template, I was able to swap out my categories to make the “Style” menu section which works fine.
For the “Advice” menu section, the page forward/backward icon shows, but there is no content in the mega menu. I cannot figure out how to link my Advice content to this menu item to be visible as a megamenu. I’m not trying to add sub-menus to this. I just want to link to one category (Advice).
When I try adding new Custom Links or Categories to the Main Menu, there is no option for creating a megamenu.
Any suggestions? I’m very new at this. Thanks.

I have checked your site’s homepage but did not see the issue you mention. You do not have a static page on your site at the moment. The homepage blog simply adds a big grid and a quote on the page content and then you need to populate the rest of the content using the latest articles page template from here: http://screencast.com/t/MZiyXltHpBch

You can create a sub-domain/testing site without issues. There are no rules against it.
You can try out the demos and see which one fits your project best.
As for the sliders, they can only be added inside the main content. A slider cannot be added in the header area or the footer section. Depending on the header style you will be able to add content below the main menu or below the header ad spot. Here is a list of header styles: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-header-styles/

This is in fact recommended. You have to remove the demo content, bnot edit it, as if you do, in the future, if you decide to switch demos, the demo content will be removed, edited or not. For this we added the poissibility of installing just the demo, without the dummy data.
