Yes, this is the theme thumbnail system that will not show the full images but rather thumbnails of your image in order to load the page faster. Having full size images on your homepage will result in very slow loading times.

We are sorry to hear about your traffic drops but the theme is not to blame for that. The menu loads fast if you optimize your site properly. As you can imagine, we tested the theme thoroughly and our large user base can confirm there are no traffic drops in normal conditions and on a stable host. Please increase your loading speed and you will see the traffic rise up again. Page speed is the number 1 traffic loss issue and lots of people tend to ignore it. Themes are not the same. Unfortunately there is no setting to adjust it;s speed. It can be done but you will have to alter the theme js file for it. That file is changed on each update so you will hve to make the modification again after each update.

It is not a file. It seems to have been a simple block added on the page with some animation. You probably do not have an exact same element. Ti-am verificat site-ul pe Google Pagespeed si se pare ca nu prea este optimizat mai deloc, dupa cum se poate observa in rezultatele de la Google, aici -> https://www.screencast.com/t/xckds10A1rzL. Ai consultat ghid-ul nostru despre cum sa iti optimizezi website-ul? Daca vrei sa obti un scor mare in viteza site-ului tau, trebuie sa lucrezi putin la acest aspect deoarece este un lucru delicat ce necesita unele customizari. Din test reiese faptul ca imaginile tale nu sunt optimizate, trebuie sa elimini render-blocking JavaScript si CSS si multe altele care sunt foarte bine explicate in ghid-ul nostru de optimizare aici -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ Te rog sa citesti cu atentie toate etapele care sunt prezentate acolo si sa le si aplici pe site-ul tau daca vrei sa obti rezultate bune cu tema noastra. De asemenea, am observat ca folosesti un plugin de mimificare, dupa cum se poate vedea si aici -> https://www.screencast.com/t/jT88f0hMVL care este un plugin netestat cu tema si care s-ar putea sa nu functioneze corespunzator cu ea. Foloseste Speed Booster, pe care daca il vei activa, tema va folosi varianta mimificata de catre noi pentru JavaScript iar pentru CSS va trebui sa o mimifici tu manual cu un tool ce are aceeasta functionalitate.
Te rog sa observi ca aceste customizari de optimizare nu depind de tema si nu sunt acoperite de catre suportul nostru, imi pare rau! Trebuie sa le faci singur si sa incerci sa urmezi toti pasii pe care i-am prezentat in documnetatia noastra. Stiu ca aceste customizari nu sunt simple si necesita ceva studiu si munca in plus in aceasta privinta. Dupa cum se poate observa, acest tutorial este explusiv pentru utilizatorii avansati in acest domeniu. Daca crezi ca nu te descurci in aceasta privinta, va trebui sa angajezi un freelancer/developer care sa te ajute cu aceste customizari suplimentare!

This could be happening when the complex visual composer elements present on your page, make multiple ajax requests under heavy visitor traffic. You should try to reduce the number of requests, like block pagination, ajax filter etc. from each of the block settings – https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/ Also make sure you have updated Visual composer – along with the theme update. Alternatively this can be caused by a plugin, so you could deactivate all of them if possible, except visual composer and check the results. Yes, it is true. The Mobile Theme is faster than the normal theme for mobile. This was a new concept which was implemented in our theme and as you see, this is an optional plugin. Please notice that this theme concept intend to display a Big Grid feature at the top of homepage which shows the posts which are included in Featured category, then will show a text which you added in Mobile Editor in Visual Composer from backend and at the very bottom of the page you will bring the Latest Articles module. Please keep in mind that the Mobile Theme do not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode and that’s why you did not get the page content created with Visual Composer for mobile theme. So, for more information about our mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you are unhappy with this layout, and if you want to have the similar structure with our demo mobile, you will simply turn off the mobile plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile mode.

Pentru a obtine un scor de page speed mai bun, puteti folosi acest tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ , dar nu e bine sa urmariti aceste teste ad literam deoarece ele pot fi eronate de multe ori. Am vazut site-uri care incarcau foate repede dar aveau un scor de 60% dar si invers, site-uri care incarcau in peste 10 secunde dar la test de page speed aveau peste 85%.
