Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

Can't Upload/Activate tagDiv Composer - topic

I have uploaded/installed the other plugins for the NewsMag theme. but when installing the tagDiv Composer plugins it shows a “500 International’s Server” error. Also I have tried manually uploaded the plugin on FTP and activated it and shows “500 International’s Server”. Only the tagdiv composer plugin gives me this error other plugin’s are ok to install/upload.

When Iam updating the theme I did not use FTP, I used cpanel, is this correct also?

1)We only recommend updating the theme via FTP way, according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/\
2)Regarding on page speed, please notice that we cannot provide speed optimization, as I said you above, sorry! You should follow the steps from our useful guide.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all fo untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
Regarding the infinite scroll for an individual post, notice that we cannot say for sure when exactly this feature will be implemented in our theme, sorry! Check our changelog.

Registeration Problem - topic

Hi,
In my website, registration doesn’t work.

When new register try to create a new account,
they don’t receive the confirmation mail, so they can’t finish the registration process.

How can I fix this?

I think I have to provide my private Info & Ftp details.

Where do I post about this information & get help?

I will wait for the answers.

La activare crapa tot siteul - topic

In mod ciudat cand dau activate crapa tot siteul, instalare wp de acum 10 minute, singurul mod in care mai pot accesa ceva e sa intru pe ftp si sa schimb numele temei ca sa o incarce pe cea default si astfel siteul redevine functional.

Am pus prin ftp directorul cu tema, facem asta de vreo 5-6 ani deci nu cred ca ne-a scapat ceva.

Yes, that is curl issue with your hosting setup.
You can install via ftp, or get curl fixed.

I have a download site using Newsmag theme. I want to put the download button right to the sidebar for every post (similar to Softpedia: https://www.softpedia.com/get/Others/Home-Education/Crossword-Express-Compiler.shtml)

I saw some WordPress theme have this feature but I didn’t see any in the Newsmag.

Is there any plugin to help my issue?

Hi,

Yes, you should download the theme and then, update it via FTP way. You have to download the latest version of the theme from your Theme Forest account.

Also please make sure that you have the last version of the theme, and all theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide
