Please try to make a fresh install and trying to run the system only with Visual Composer. I recommend you doing a fresh install via FTP by following this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Your settings will not be affected as they are stored in the database. Simply download the latest version of the theme again and install it directly and see if your fonts work.

Unfortunately this modification cannot be made in the editor from the dashboard as files from wp-booster cannot be edited from there. You need to access your site via ftp and make the changes as suggested above.

The best way to edit php is by accessing you files via ftp and using a text editor such as notepad++.
1) If you want to edit parts of the header then you need to access one of the header files: http://screencast.com/t/2zAba2Tj
You will need to kn ow a bit of css as well as it is used for the margins you need to alter in order to get your new dimansions to display properly.
2) If you want to add a shortcode for an ad spot at the bottom of the menu, then you need to menu file and use a do_shortcode php function like so:

If you want to place an ad at the bottom of the menu, it’s best to add it inside what is below the menu, not the menu file itself.
In order to do this, you must edit the specific post template or category template or page template you want the add to appear on.

Is your error message about visual composer not being able to install because the destination folder already exists?
If so, you need to access your files via ftp and delete the js composer file from the plugins folder and thn install visual composer again from here: http://screencast.com/t/AKwnNXEmPW

Before you make an update, we recommend doing update. Please try to remove your old version and try to install the latest update of the theme via FTP according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ Also, we do not recommend to replace the update code of the theme with the old one because could appear some errors in the theme.

I have checked your website again and I saw the problem again with your 43 page. Also, I have noticed that you have used an old version of Newspaper v.6.5.1. Please try to update the theme to the latest version 6.7 only via FTP, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ Also, please check all your customizations if you have, your ads code from the Ads area to have no syntax errors. Before doing the update, please make a full backup.

I saw and your e-mail and my advice is the same for your both requests and is the following -> please try to disable all the active plugins, because I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, please consult your hosting provider and check if your server is right installed and if it has the right version of PHP installed. Changing from newspaper 4 has it’s downside unfortunately as it will be almost like switching to another theme as the code was changed drastically since version 4. The best thing to do is to delete your current theme and upload the new version directly via ftp and then simply run the update script from the main theme panel.
