1. We know about this issue with version that appear and we try to fix it soon as possible. If you have used this guide and updated properly your theme using ftp method: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/ you should have the right version installed even that doesn’t appear 4.6.2 version. Hi,

This is to remind you that if you’ve edited your stylesheet or other core files without using a child theme you will lose your changes. The styling options you’ve set in the WordPress Theme Customize or in the Theme Panel – those options will not be effected by updating your theme.
Anyway we recommend FTP method for theme updates.

Please make sure that you have this settings like above when you create megamenu. Sorry for the inconvenience and for the delay!
Please download the latest theme version(4.6.1) from themeforest: http://themeforest.net/downloads
Update the theme to the latest version using this guide and the FTP method: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/ make sure do a backup of your current theme installation before updating it so you can revert back to it if something goes wrong.
After updating your theme remove the Visual Composer plugin and update it using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/
At the moment version 4.3.5 of the VC plugin is include within the theme files but we plan to release an update during this week in which we will include the latest version of the plugin(4.4.2).

First please make a backup to your current theme installation if you update so in case something goes wrong you can revert back to it. Major change was in version 3.7: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-v-3-7/

If still have this issue try this css in Theme Panel > Custom Css:

I also tested this with the last theme version(1.6) with Visual Composer(4.4.2) and didn’t found any issues with it. Please update your theme to the latest version using this guide(use FTP method): https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/ and also update plugins that comes with the theme’s files, you can find them in /plugins folder: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/
If you still have issues please deactivate all plugins, leave only Visual Composer active and try again.

If you use the latest version of theme(1.6) you have this option in Theme Panel to hide that menu for each category: http://screencast.com/t/snaBQTG1
If you need to update your theme please use this guide(FTP method) to update: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/ Also make sure that you update plugins that come with the theme, you can find them in /plugins folder.

There was an issue with social counter plugin, but now the it is fixed. Please download theme again and upload it via ftp or update only social counter(delete plugin and update with fixed version).

We are sorry about this issue made by Social Counter plugin! Please update again your theme (1.6), use ftp method: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/ and also update the plugins that comes with the theme. You can find them in /plugins folder that comes with the theme files that you downloaded from themeforest.

Or delete only Social Counter plugin and update to the new version from the /plugins folder that comes with the theme files.

@jk You can use prevision version of Visual Composer if you are satisfied with it. We still investigate the resources issue regarding V.C.
