Hello,

In the admin panel, I see some tooltips like “The text logo is used only by Style 9, Style 10 and Style 11” or “Don’t upload a logo for Mobile if you use Header Style: Style 4, Style 5, Style 6, Style 7, Style 8 or Style 12, It’s not necessary.”

But I am not sure which style number corresponds to which header style in the cloud library. Is there a list that shows the style numbers? (like – style 1: compass, style 2: Blockchain pro, style 3: Amsonia etc etc. )

How do I insert the “live search” lens as if it were the last menu item, keeping all items in the center?

Cloud template loading gets stuck on the black screen - topic

Hello,

I’m trying to load the template gallery, in order to import an header temp. Unfortunately it gets stuck on the black loading screen. The issue happens on my other site too. Any ideas or solutions?

Please assit, for some reason the TagDiv Cloud Library Just loading when trying to load header templates just loads and shows nothing?

Can't load single post cloud template - reply

Partly it is solved, Single post template was in trash, restored back.

But the main problem still remains, when the Single post is edited, it cannot be saved.
It just spins and spins save icon and never stops/saves, even though I click on Save or if I click on the drop-down menu under Save -> Save content.

It’s the same thing, the icon spins and spins but never saves.

But other templates like Header and Footer works without any problems, as well as the home page can also be nicely edited and saved.

Hi – I get the following error under the header of my site – http://www.kormorant.co.za

I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin but still the same.

Hi,
For that, you can add with tagDiv Composer the title element above the sidebar widget element, like this – https://i.imgur.com/CFTsJqH.png and use the block header 1 (or the global header, usually it is the same one).

Hi,
Now I understand what you mean.
The thing is that the mobile has a different header, and the most simple way to add the shop will be to set the shop in the mobile menu you have set (this can be done from appearance > menu), after that the shop element will be displayed in the mobile menu too.

I wanted to add js script to the header once and now I can’t find option for it anywhere. I tried theme panel and cloud templates but still nothing. What’s wrong with your IT? Stop hiring indians, it’s not okay

Thanks for replying, but the video does not help. I am unable to get to that editor screen; I cannot see how to enter tagdiv composer on my phone, the optin doesn’t appear when in poetriat mode. If I flip my phone to landscape, the correct logo appears.
On my computer the minute I change the window size to convert it to a mobile display, the tagdiv edit option vanishes.

As soon as I drag the screen wider, the tagdiv option reappears at the same time as the correct header logo.

Hi dkempdesigns,
Let’s try to take each subject in turn:

To change the background color for some rows, select the row and check the css tab – https://i.imgur.com/OJ8d9Kl.png – for element menus colors you can check in style tabs (if elements have this tab).

Now to assign the menu on your website you need to edit it with tagDiv Composer the header, this can be done from the homepage – https://i.imgur.com/DVOZkt7.png select the menu and choose the menu you want to use – https://i.imgur.com/eDeupRH.png

‘I did not ask to remove image from footer, I asked why the default footer would not load properly on new pages when it was assigned specifically.‘ – I believe this is a plugin conflict, usually this is happening when you are using cloud templates and wpbakery plugin, we recommend to not using them together.

Whenver we put adsense code in header file, theme analytics/js code part, customized plugins we are unable to find the code on Page Source(https://datatrailerss.com/).
We have tried all our efforts but code is not shwoing on website and Google has rejected twice for this reason.

Acum despre problema cu CLS, intradevar apare pe acel element, dar acesta este mica, 0, 012, care este mai mare este referitoare la randul (row-ul) care contine featured image 0,094 – https://i.imgur.com/r3cEdih.png din pacate nu exista o optiune in tema care sa optimmizeze aceste “probleme” automat, de cele mai multe ori este nevoie de interventie manuala.

If the problem is related to the theme panel when you click on the save button there is an infinite loading icon, then most probably something is blocking the admin-ajax request, this can be checked using the console.

The categories you want to add to the menu can be added from appearance > menu – https://i.imgur.com/Hy7otJu.png and you can set it in the theme from the theme panel > header > menu – https://i.imgur.com/41SUOgm.png

The problem with “HTTP Error 500” can be due to several causes, but first, make sure that all the theme requirements are set as we have in the guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/ in special the WP Memory Limit and make sure that this code is also set – https://i.imgur.com/vy5xGW7.png

In case you checked all those and the problems persist, please contact us via email (contact@tagdiv.com). Make a full backup for your website and provide wp-admin and cPanel access via email and provide as many details as you can about the problem.

I haven’t got the mobile site plugin installed currently (it meant lots of my pages didn’t display correctly so I uninstalled again). Where pages don’t show correctly, I’m creating a mobile version, which works well enough.
BUT – where I don’t have a specific mobile page created, the header logo switches to the generic Newsweek one on mobile, and I can’t find where this is stored in order to change it!
Can anyone help?
