How do I enable the Sticky header for the second menu while scrolling like the first menu header?

The thing is, that drop down menu (for selecting the header template) is empty. There is nothing there to choose from. I will try another solution first: revert back to an old WP installation (from just before the update) and then make sure to safe the custom built header as a template.
Next I will do the update to 12.2 and hopefully be able to choose the template from the drop down menu if the menu is wrong again.
If the broken homepage (sometimes it’s normal, sometimes it isn’t) is also still there, I will post it in this topic.

If you receive that message then you don’t have the header template assigned, please go to Theme Panel -> Header and assign the Header Template, after you can design it with tagdiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/8jv0e08.png.
Please provide a screenshot of how the homepage is displayed when the design is broken.

I updated the Newspaper theme to 12.2 and it messed u the header layout. This actually always happened after a Newspaper theme update, but then I only had to activate the updated tagDiv plugins and then it went back to normal, so to the header the way I designed it (from a blank template).
But now that doesn’t work and the layout of the header stays messed up. I deactivated/activated and uninstalled/installed the tagdiv plugins (composer and cloud) several times but to no avail. I tried clearing all the cache, still nothing. I switched to the default theme and back to Newspaper, no luck. The PhP version is 7.4.33.
When trying to edit the header in the tagDiv composer it says that this header is not editable with the composer and that I should use a cloud template.
Lastly. It randomly displays the homepage super strange both on desktop and mobile with everything totally out of whack.

We found what the problem is and a developer is looking into it. The problem seems to be only for the header live search element when the search button is used (or the enter button is pressed which activates the search button as well), it seems that the developers forgot to add the functionality for this one as well.
If you want to display results from several types of posts and not show wrong results until the fix is committed, you can use the Search Form element.

We use the Newspaper theme on our website (https://tobychristie.com), and it became broken today. Whenever the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin is activated, the website shows only blank white pages. When the cloud library plugin is deactivated (like currently), the header and several other sections only show codes instead of what is supposed to appear.
When attempting to edit in the tagDiv Composer, we get an error code as well for zones: 6.
I need some help on this.
I have attempted to revert back to a previous wordpress backup from before the issue happened, that hasn’t worked. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the theme, that has not worked.

I have installed the magazine pro prebuild template. I like to change the width to 1400px. I have tried everything but can’t find the option to change to 1400px.
The header zone width is 1164px which I try to change to 1400px but it broke the layout and the same for the content zone as well.

Update– the issue isn’t related to caching. It’s regarding my mobile-specific page. When I have the Mobile Page and AMP plugins activated, the mobile page doesnt load, even though I have a mobile page assigned to my home page.
Solution (to have a static mobile home page): Looks like I need to have AMP activated and Mobile Page deactivated. And recreate a new header/footer. This wasn’t clear from documentation.
I have the correct logo in my header, and in the TagDiv editing page it looks perfect. Yet when I load the live site home page, the logo appears correctly very briefly, and then flickers to a terrible low res version.
When I go back in to edit the element again, the uploaded image has vanished.

You can now use the header and footer template from Theme Panel; please activate the tagdiv Standard Pack plugin, but please note this plugin is deprecated; but until you find the suitable cloud template, you can use them.

If you want to update the theme, download the latest version from the Theme Forest account and download it.

I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you must also update the theme plugins.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/

Hi. I’m trying to update but I can’t find the header nor footer templates. I managed to get the cloud template for header but I can’t show the top bar. I couldn’t find the footer template I was using (template 4 in version 7). Is there a document I’m missing on how to update from version 7?

Resolved:
It had nothing to do with the plugins but rather I unknowingly used the header overlay. I changed it back to the regular header with a divider and it works perfectly.

The theme panel will not update when attempting to update the header and footer. The Box just spins for hours. Everything on this forum appears to discuss the newspaper theme instead of the newsmag theme even in the newsmag forum. Are both themes the same when it comes to editing? If so, why are there separate forums?
Why can’t we use the theme panel to edit headers and footers? Why is the option even on the theme panel if it refuses to update? The square just turns for an hour. Why?
