Hi,
How can I add custom ad codes that is not from Adsense on Newspaper site especially on the header, sidebar, embed, single post header and footer? I can only see “add Adsense code here” everywhere on the ads module i your Theme option panel!

I’ve been trying to figure this one out for quite some time. By changing the theme colours in “theme panel” i should be able to change the default background AND font colours. For some strange reason that doesn’t work for the “Related articles” box in posts: http://eu-uutiset.fi/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/theme-colors.jpg

Is there anywhere else that font colour can be changed (that I might have accidentally set), should it be white, or might there be a misconfiguration in the theme? I’ve searched through all of the colour settings in my theme panel, but haven’t come up with any results. I use no external or added css that should interfere with the header font colours.

The font colour works flawlessly everywhere else than in the “Related articles” header.

First of all I want to thank you for developing this amazing theme. It is truly the most versatile theme we have used, and provides our readers with a delightful experience.

I am writing with regards to our website (https://worldwithouthorizons.com). We have been trying to place a double line menu item as follows in this example (see attachment). This website is similarly using a modified version of the newspaper theme. We would like to use the wordpress description feature and insert the description on top of the words in the menu item

We were looking at documentation using the menu descriptions and extending the walker class using wp_nav_menu(), but there was not much documentation to go on. At this point as long as the effect is created we would be alright. Perhaps you can point us to the relevant files and we would have a look ourselves.

but not seem to work.

How could I achieve that?

I was install my child theme but on theme wordpress said …

Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.

How to fix ? should I insert all file on parent theme ? or only insert file with modification?

I just want to know

1) If it is possible to have multiple block header categories on homepage. I can see that in “Widgets” content blocks have an option to choose header type but I don’t see such a choice on pages.

2)I want to have related posts in the sidebar using block widget (Block 7 for example). Is it possible that posts appearing in this widget change with the change in the category similar to related articles that appear below the post?

3) Posts shown in the sidebar also keep on showing the main post (currently being viewed). Is there a way to implement “Unique Articles” feature for sidebar widgets as well?

4) Is there a tutorial to create “Tabbed Content” similar to Newspaper-Magazine listing categories Fashion, Sport, Music, World, Lifestyle.

In Header Style 9, 10 and 11 — when you do NOT upload a logo image — the website shows a text logo.

1. Can I change the font style of this text logo without CSS?

(I know how to use CSS. However, CSS require same time to upload. The logo shows in one font-style, then change to your CSS font-style. Not a nice result)

2. If I don’t upload any logo, what happens with the mobile website? Am I going to see a smaller text logo or no logo at all?

I need this featured image in the header, but this image is too tall.

Is there a css code to limit the header’s “height” to cut off automatically at 500 pixels ACROSS THE WHOLE WEBSITE, FOR EVERY POST, instead of including the entirety of its featured images?

It can not be applied after changing the header logo.

The changed logo has been applied to the Explorer, but it will not work with Chrome.

I need to change the size of the logo in the header, the default sizes of the template do not cover my needs.

How can I increase or decrease the size of the logo without being limited to the visual options offered by the template?

I do not know codes, what alternatives can you give me, please?

I have searched the forums and found some threads on this subject already but couldn’t fix it.

I see the Logo on Header Style 9 (NewsMag) has a H1 tag for the home page and Pages, but doesn’t on Posts.

Is there an easy way to ether remove it completely or remove it from Pages also? My Pages are customised with VC.

I’m trying to add, below the header, just a generic bootstrap dropdown.
in my homepage I add a row and then the “raw html”
– If i add it like the code below (1), the styles don’t work
– If I add the bootstrap css/js (2) the dropdown is perfect but the theme breaks.

I’ll appreciate any lights for achieving this!!
