- TutorialsFrom WPBakery to tagDiv Composer
Hello,
I saw you have the mobile theme plugin activate, and is disabled on the homepage https://www.screencast.com/t/NbcjDjNvqRS
So, the mega menu works only on a responsive version or mobile page, mobile theme can display a simple menu without subcategories.
Thank you!
Hello!
Edit the homepage with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there. In your case, select the header and change the color.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please check which header menu you have on the homepage and set it correctly.
If the problem is still there, then then make a full backup, send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin, so we can investigate this issue. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
Thank you!
i.e. ‘Featured’ doesn’t work for the top 4 article sections… but works elsewhere on the homepage?
Hi piratar, Anamaria was referring if you are using the mobile theme plugin (you do not have it activate), in that case you must use a plugin with mobile support.
I see that you are using the responsive and mobile page templates.
First, I want to make sure that I was able to inform you of all details about the mobile versions that our theme can have.
1. Responsive version, this is by default when you install the theme and you do not use mobile page or mobile theme plugin.
2. Mobile page/template this allows you to create with tagDiv Composer and cloud a different layout and set different elements for mobile and iPad/tablet and it will overwrite the responsive version.
3. Mobile theme plugin, this is a light theme version for mobile that will overwrite the mobile page and responsive version if enabled.
So when you have a mobile page/template this will be used instead of a responsive version, but if you also have the mobile theme enabled, this one will override both of them.
How to combine them? Yes, this can be possible, for example the mobile page/template will apply only on that page or cloud template that is assigned. But what to do if you want to use a mobile theme plugin too? If you use mobile theme, in Gutenberg editor it is an option to disable the mobile theme in current post/page, if you use the option, then it will be use the mobile page/template (if is assigned) or the responsive version.
So in your case you can disable the mobile theme on the homepage -> https://i.imgur.com/NX57q4t.png or if you do not want it at all, disable the plugin or use it only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/Grlz5Ee.png.
Here is also a video that explains all those -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Hope this will help you!
Hello,
Please let me know the subject of your email to search it.
Also, if you want to have it on the homepage blocks, please change how your page is displayed, please set the page on A Static homepage, and assign a homepage (you need to have a homepage/page that you have created before) from Settings -> Reading => https://i.imgur.com/mwjp18K.png
After that, you can design your homepage with the tagDiv Composer.
Hope this help you!
Thank you!

Hi,
I just reply for you on this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/a-phenomenon-in-which-the-putter-of-the-homepage-posting-disappears-and-the-post/#post-416342
Please don’t create another topic with the same issue.
Thank you for your understanding!
It looks like tagDiv plugins are not active. Enable tagDiv plugins to fix your homepage.
I hope you will find this helpful.
Annoyingly, I make a change to my homepage template and low and behold the second sticky menu keeps on reappearing even though I have gone into the header template and deleted it. Upon returning to the header template, it is there again! It seems to be an endless cycle.
Hey, something is wrong. I just made a few changes to the homepage. I added a row, saved it and then refreshed the page to view. I do this every time I make a change, but this last time it added a second sticky menu.
So, now I have two empty bars going along the top of the page. I didn’t touch the Manager and I didn’t open the header template.
What’s happening? There seems to be a bug somewhere.
Thanks : )
UPDATE: Okay so, I just opened up the header menu, and there it was, the second sticky menu. Why would it suddenly add itself? This tells me that the bug in the system also deleted the menu items mentioned in my original posts here.

I inserted alt text into every image on my homepage. But it’s not expressed at all. Please help me.
I’m not getting any type of solution from email. A week ago I mailed tagDiv support but they didn’t reply.
My homepage has full content.
I just want to show the title and thumbnail of the post.
How to activate tagDiv cloud library manually. I tried to upload the tagDiv cloud library but the page got crashed.

Hi,
Those ” https://ibb.co/DQYsGh2 and https://ibb.co/cL20sgT” are from mobile theme plugin and the color can be adjusted from the theme panel > mobile theme > theme colors -> https://i.imgur.com/hbGWx99.png here is our guide for this https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
First, I want to make sure that I was able to inform you of all data about the mobile versions that our theme can have.

Also if you use Cloudflare (CDN) please make sure that it is set like in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Hope this will help you!
I tried to edit the title of the advert and it reflected on the site so the code is editable and clearly somewhere embedded in the overall homepage…. I could probably directly delete this ad from the raw code but this to be quite frank this is way beyond my jurisdiction. Can someone please pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee help fix this.
Hi,
Thank you for the reply – from the images I posted
Which one is the mobile theme?
– This one: https://ibb.co/DQYsGh2 and https://ibb.co/cL20sgT
OR
– This one: https://ibb.co/gmTr1Kv
The home page I have edited with TagDiv composer (https://ibb.co/gmTr1Kv), the Category pages (here:https://ibb.co/DQYsGh2) I used Cloud templates.
How can I get the home page to show the same as the this with this menu and this layout? https://ibb.co/cL20sgT
(I have tried to create a mobile version of the homepage (page with tagdiv composer) but as soon as I do that – the entire site changes to mobile including on the desktop
I have have Cloudflare and I have purged the cache, made no difference.
Hello!
Please follow this video which I made it for you: https://www.screencast.com/t/qZlcIgEtZS
Edit your homepage with TagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on the footer row and delete the image.
Thank you!
Hello!
I do not understand what is not working with the attributes.
Edit your homepage with the TagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on footer zone and you can edit/delete the elements there.
Thank you!
Hello!
If you use Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with TagDiv Composer.
There are no settings to customize the pages.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in Theme panel -> Mobile Theme.
We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin with this configuration: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure
Clear the cache and it should display well on homepage.
If you can’t manage to configure that menu, then please make a full backup, send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin. Also, paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
Hello!
Maybe you can explain better with some screenshots if you mean post template and homepage, also some links. A solution for sending a screenshot is this:
Download, capture, send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link, paste it here.
Thank you!
Hi Folks,
Is there a way to assign different sub-categories into different elements on the category homepage? I know I can use Current Category from Filter, but it’s going to be the same across all elements in the template; they’re just the latest posts across the entire category, and thus they will all look the same.
For example, If I have 10 categories for Sport, I would like them to all show up in their own mini-feed. Again, I know I can’t assign football specifically because I am using one template for all categories, but is there a way to show sub-categories in different elements on the category homepage? Can they be separated?
Obviously, I think the only way around this would be to create 50+ templates, but I am asking before I start with the hope that you may have some suggestions.
Thanks : )
