PLEASE HELP!
i created a header template i designed myself. the header is an image (not a small logo but an image that stretches across the top row) .. but every day i look at the site and i see that it reverted to a generic grey row that says “newspaper”. if i add my image to the section that says “logo/favicon” i see my image in a tiny rectangle on top of that grey generic header… PLEASE TELL ME how to get my custom designed header to show on my site without the generic demo one showing through!!! i designed the header from scratch so i don’t know why it’s showing the text logo!! when i log in it looks fine and after logging in if i refresh the page where i saw the text logo it goes back to mine.

So I have created a template for author achieves however and in the theme panel i did assign the template to the authors on my site, however when you click on the authors name, it points you back to the homepage.

I am trying to use Quick Contact Form shortcode in Homepage and I manually inserted the short code to allow the Quick Contact form to appear in my homepage.

But, in few couple of hours, the short code is automatically getting disappear.

May I know, any alternative way to add my short code in homepage?

the default short code is [qcf].

Latest Newspaper Version: 10.3.9.1 REGISTERED

I can’t see the top ‘black admin bar’ with the TagDiv Composer on my homepage. I can see them on other pages though. It gets fixed with I install a prebuilt, but goes missing again when I uninstall the prebuilt. How do I solve this?

When I first click “edit” on the homepage, I’m presented with the WordPress blocks editor, with a wall of code.

It appears that I need to click on “tadDiv Composer” at the top in order to actually be able to edit the homepage.

I work very hard to make it so that I don’t have to do training when I had a site off to a client — I want things to be as intuitive as possible. So far no one I’ve asked intuitively knew they’d need to click “tagDiv composer” at the top to actually edit the page.

Is there a way to send users straight into the tagDiv composer when editing the homepage? Or any other suggestions for making it more intuitive?

I appreciate any suggestions.

Hi I have updated to WordPress 5.6 and the Newspaper 10.3.9. Now all the post images (Featured Images) in homepage disappeared (these problem is showing only in Firefox). The site is http://www.inpressmagazine.com. Minimizing the window the images appear but this did not happen before the update.

My Home page is having and Google Ad which is disturbing the home page layout.
How can I get rid of it

I can’t figure out what caused my pages to have a limited width. My homepage had a top image (like a banner) in full width and it is limited now. I created a test page and imported a page template that is full width – this page got also a limited width, different from it’s normal layout. Where can I check what could limit it?

Also, looking a the documentation, when I got to this page:

See that in the first image it says that I can work on the Page Settings inside of tagdiv Composer. But when I click on the button that gives me access to the option “Menu Setting” and “Page Setting”, there is only “Menu Settings”, I cannot see the option “Page Settings”.

What should I do?

Hello, I created a new template with tagdiv composer for posts and while I was creating it I noticed that I wasn’t able to change colors or put in images from media gallery.. Any way to fix this??

I went to my pages to see if i could still change colors or images in my homepage and it’s also not working. No images are showing up it’s like it’s stuck and when I click for color i get 6 small circles with colors instead of the usual grid to choose color and even if i type #FF8400 for example nothing happens.

Also I put a “page title” on top of my post template that I am creating but It doesn’t use the H1 font that I set in the theme panel. I tried just typing a sentence and give it H1 but it’s also not showing in the “single post content” shortcode. Why is there not a “single “post” title shortcode instead of the single “page” title? How do I make the H1 show on the page with the font from the theme panel?

When I did the update to Google AMP 2.08 all of my posts suddenly returned a 404 error. The homepage was the only thing that remained unchanged. I checked with the AMP developers and they said it was the Newspaper Theme causing the issue so I had to revert back to version 2.07 of Google AMP which works fine again. Just a heads up as they said to let the developer know.

A bunch of block shortcodes are gone after upgrading to latest theme / plugin

Like the TD Block 12 we were using on homepage and the another on sidebars. Are those just gone?

We using Architecture theme since last six months.But we facing few issue in this theme.
1. Here we are unable to remove numbering pagination to using using others like ‘load more'(https://prntscr.com/vwqi4s). How I can do so.

2. We are unable to remove LATEST ARTICLE template in the homepage (https://prntscr.com/vwqi99). Even we could not edit the words (LATEST ARTICLE) also. Why Please fix the issue.
