Hi,
when I’m choosing “load more” as the pagination style on a page for ONE category on my clients page (in the final building block of visual composer n that particular category-oage) I’m actually having NUMBERS for more fllowing pages (1, 2, 3,..,99) below the shown posts, which is a bit confusing – since I chose “load more” – but that’s OK since my client likes it that way.
f.e. http://finanzwelt.de/category/mehr/kolumne/
In fact my client even wants those pagenumbers to be the general way for each pagination – uniformly all acroos his website, so on each page for each category. But on the homepage, for example, which is showing posts from 3 different categories, I am not able to produce these Numbers-Pagination below the initially given content since “load more” actually produces a “load more”-button and I don’t seem to be able to produce a numbers-pagination with any other pagination setting here. Trying to even make any kind of even pagination – be it numbers or “load more” thoughout the entire website seems basically impossible since “load more” is leading to random results, maybe depending on the number of categories the very block pulls its posts from?
Question: how can I make my client happy in delivering an even numbers-related pagination on each page?

It seems this is happening only on the homepage. Please try to make a new clean install from scratch and install the theme only with the required plugins active, which come bundled in the theme package and rule out any conflicting plugins. The homepage does not have a standard sidebar if it;s created in visual composer so any custom code can be added on the homepage in the page builder.
If you want to alter the page template php, then you will need to edit the page template file that you use on your page:

The white part you see is the top padding added on the page content. You can remove it for the homepage using this css code:

Hi , In my previous query i found an answer which help me some a bit . Now I am asking a brief question.
I am having a good problem with the block settings.
When I upload a template from the predefined template, I would have many rows. At the the beginning i might have the grid style 1 or 2 or 3 etc . In each grid I will get few blocks to show the post .
In this case I do not have any idea how to put the post in the grid that is specifically for that page and moreover how can I control the post in the block area .
For example – I have a post and I want to show that post in my homepage and in grid style 1 , that post going to be in the left corner with bigger size . How this gonna be possible?
And i would like to know how can i do the same way for block settings for the other page as well .
Could u please elaborate me for the procedure to do the block settings for other pages and for the widgets as well .
I am having this problem since the beginning bcoz of the tutorial has a very short description.
To conclude – I want to say that I am having very confusion for setting the block in grid and settings for the different categories post to different pages .

Yes, this is the theme thumbnail system that will not show the full images but rather thumbnails of your image in order to load the page faster. Having full size images on your homepage will result in very slow loading times.

I would like to write different post titles on the homepage and in categories. At the moment the homepage shows the post title used in the posts/articles/blog. I will give you an example of what I want to do.
‘Bepicolombo’ is the title of the page.

On the AeroSpaceGuide.net homepage I would like to show: ‘BepiColombo: European Japanese Mission to Planet Mercury’.
Why? On the homepage the title gives extra info whereas in the post page it takes too much of the post title name area.

Hi. I have a problem. I just noted that I can’t entry in an article clicking in the post (imag,description or read more). the problem concern any post. I can entry in the post only open a second window, but the users don’t note that and for today I registered no users in the website. how to do? thanks
Always best to save any custom CSS placed into theme panel, and text in boxes, etc. into a backup text file for safe keeping; also consider copy-pasting custom homepage “code” to a file as well. Make note of any special text you have placed into widgets where you don’t have that info saved.

You will only find the homepages of the demos when installing the demo itself with content.
If you want the page layout of a specific demo, you can recreate it in visual composer or simply install the demo with content, copy the page shortcodes from classic and text mode and then paste them to your page. And uninstall the demo afterwards.

I’ve changed the pagination on my homepage’s website (using infinite load). I see the changes on the desktop version but I can’t see the changes on the mobile version, how can I change the pagination of my homepage on the mobile theme?

I have seen other people’s website who have used Newspaper. On their home page, it shows the category for each posting. It will show on the picture and in the text. For some reason, mine doesn’t do that. It just has text. here is an example http://www.johnmalecki.com/
You can see that every post on his homepage has a category name. How do I get that to show up on mine?

Thank you very much for the reply! I managed to find an option to insert Default Templates, like “About me page,” “Homepage,” “Homepage – blog” and “Homepage – fashion.” However, I didn’t find something like “Homepage – politics”. Should I find and upload it to my site somehow?
OK, i did it and it is still same. I clean all the database, reinstall, import theme setting (exported from older theme version), set homepage (template Pagebuilder + latest articles + pagination) and set that page as a main page. Then the problem starts again.

I tried to switch the homepage as a latest posts and it works. The problem is somewhere in pagebuilder or theme settings. But what is strenght is that it works before. Just update of homepage (page content) broke it, and now, it doesnt work anymore.
Hello, after updating my homepage there is error. I tried to reinstall theme, restore template settings, deactivate plugins but nothing help.

I use Block 1 on my homepage, however it doesn’t appear to be cropping the thumbnails properly. I checked the theme panel and have all the right boxes active. Here is an example of what I’m seeing. Is this how it’s supposed to look?

just a suggestion, I would say that it makes no sense to go to the next page just to see the three giant articles I have already seen (and read). The homepage makes a lot more sense.

Unfortunately you can not set one of your category pages as homepage. You can create a page with the Visual composer elements that you want – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/ and use that as homepage – https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/ and then also control the content displayed in the grids and blocks using these settings – https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/

You have not mentioned if you are using the mobile theme plugin, in which case there are predefined templates for the homepage – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you are not using the mobile theme then the same content you have on desktop will be displayed on mobile, the theme is fully responsive. Maybe the plugin you are using is not compatible with the theme, not all plugins are, or is not properly configured. A caching plugin could also prevent the changes from being applied. Grid on my homepage takes too much time to bring images and blocks below it takes just as much, to show up themselves.
By the way speed tests suggests that theme has broken request, though I have done nothing to customise the original structure.
I have talked to my hosting company about slow loading time of my homepage and their response was:

Hey I’m having problems with my website menu header and footer. I was wondering if there is a way to disable the sticky menu, and my footer has the site logo in it for some reason and I cant seem to find a way to remove it or even put stuff in the footer itself. If anyone can help, please.
