1. the footer issue was fixed
2. when i go to the widget there are 3 sections which i focus on: (referring to the ad box and widgets in general)
1. “Newspaper default” – deals with the homepage sidebar (doesn’t seem to affect any of the other sidebars)
2. “td_demo_category” – deals with ALL the categorize sidebars including the video category, when i change the position of one of the widgets (ad box) it changes in all the categories i created.
3. “td_demo_sidebar_video” – doesn’t affect ANY of the categorizes, when i change the ad box position nothing happens…
i only want to remove the ad box in the video category… but the “td_demo_sidebar_video” doesn’t seem to do anything… so i still need help with my second issue.
I am currently using a WP RSS Aggregator for a curator style website. I have set the RSS feed posts to open in a new tab and direct visitors to the original feed source once you click the post title. The settings work fine on the various category pages of the site, except on the home page. Posts displayed on the homepage do not direct you to the feed source once you click the post titles. As all of the pages on the site have been set up in the same way, I do not see an obvious reason for this.
Please note that I am not familiar with coding.

The homepage templates can be installed with one click. Just create a new page and click on the desired template – http://screencast.com/t/uBnBp9NP – it will automatically load the page structure. About the error, can you try with all plugins disabled, to avoid javascript conflicts.

New posts are not showing on Homepage, i am using w3 total cache plugin
previously i was using zencache but when i moved to w3 total cache , new post are not automatically updating on home page.

I’ve recently updated the Newpaper theme from ver4 to ver6. I’m really enjoying some of the new features that the TagDiv team have added, however what I have not enjoyed is that the update has screwed up my main menu.
Previously if you clicked on say Reviews, it would display the latest 10 reviews. Now with the update, when you click on Review it displays the Homepage again. This happens on all of the items on the Menu.
I have tried the following:
1. creating a new menu
2. Added a Home Page and a Reviews Category to the new menu and saved
3. Change from the old menu to the new one via Newspaper>Themes>Main Menu
But I get the same issue, if you click on Home its fine, but if you click on Reviews it displays the homepage
Any assistance would be great as its difficult to see where i’m going wrong

I have been set the max_input_vars to 5000 all php.ini on php5 folder i have been set to 5000 but in my theme system status still detect 1000, why ?
And also, the mega menu still not get function and in the homepage the footer not show.

Hello,
Please disable all your plugins except visual composer. The category links do not work on your site on the desktop version as well. They redirect to the homepage. As for the top menu, we could not see the problem as you do not have a top menu set up.

Currently instead of using standard slider of theme, I am trying to add custom slider.
But there is a problem that all the other sliders at homepage are conflicting with that and does not work.
How could I solve this problem?

Unfortunately, I do not understand very well what you mean…sorry. Practically, you can not have 6 homepage into one…it is impossible this things… Please provide more details about what you want to mean about your pages, so i can be able to provide a more accurate response. Hi, I just updated the last update which you released 25th Nov. After updating the theme and website I’m having duplicate article issues into my website homepage. I’ve used block 14 to create a infinite load of latest articles but I see the articles from other block shows into this block section while loading infinitely. My website is http://www.dietfigure.com.
Can any of the support member can check the issue and give a solution to get rid of duplicate articles. Note: I tried offset posts but no results đ
It seems to me I may have made a big mistake investing in Newspaper.
I cannot make even fundamental changes like adding pictures on my Homepage, or changing the type style of my site Title.
This suggests that when it comes to things like adding posts and organising the site into different sections I am going to be stuffed.
The language used on these forums is completely over my head – I have no idea what a lot of the references mean, and when I see coding suggested….well, that’s full-scale panic time for me.
What I need is a step by step visual guide that assumes no knowledge of coding or buildlng a website from scratch. If that is not possible, I need to find a way of getting my money back and looking elsewhere.

in your GA account, go to Behaviour > Site Content > All pages so you can see what pages are picked up by GA. If it only shows your homepage then you know that’s the problem
Maybe this is a silly question but I need some help…
I recently updated my Newspaper Theme from 4 to 6 and have since noticed a considerable drop in traffic reported in Google Analytics since making the upgrade. See pic below… Traffic drops dramatically the very day that I upgraded (28th Oct)!

Could updating the theme actually cause a drop in traffic?
Or is it more likely that it has upset the tracking code somehow and GA is now reporting incorrectly?
I am concerned that maybe I only have the tracking code setup on my homepage now and not on any other pages of my site but I’m not sure how to check or modify this… Surely I don’t have to add it to each page individually?

this time i need to ask even if i put the facebook page detail on my homepage social counter place it still shows the fans 0
there are 95 likes and it shows 0 even though when i clicked on it it redirected me to the correct facebook page.

On the home page is use visual composer page CSS, but i don’t know what is happen, the Thumbnails of the homepage is gone, not showed.
And also about the mega menu on homepage, mega menu function is not funtion. But if i click or choose one category or single post, the featured image that i set as a first image for my content is showed, and also, the mega menu is okay. Just in category page and single post. Not In home page,

On the homepage – in the area by more articles – there is the calendar in the widget. In that widget it places once as expected.
However, when the code is placed in the Home Page using the HTML Visual Composer box the calendar gets placed twice right on top of each other.
