Hi there!

I hope someone can help me:

I installed the demo and I would like to remove the installed categories (can’t find them as categories in wordpress)

For example:

Tech and Gagdets / Fashion and Trends / Travel Guides

These are topics which I didn’t create.

Unfortunately I can’t find anything to delete this sections.

My blogposts are shown in this sections, although it’s not about Traveling ect.

I had the theme installed on a sub domain and was able to remove the “continue” button altogether by following these instructions.

Now the theme is on my main domain and the button reappeared.

I also tried to comment it out by adding this to custom css

.td_mod9 .td_read_more {
display:none;
}

but it didn’t help.

Please advise.

I try to install plug-in (Revolution slider), but I got this message “The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature“.

How can I fix it?

If you scroll down, you’ll see a section called “Apps” that I have setup using Block 1. I don’t know why but it isn’t showing all posts from the category. Only after a few clicks back and forth on the sub-categories does it refresh.

I have no cache-plugins installed. Disabled all external plugins, but the issues persist.

Updated to newest version of Newspaper (love this theme and the support btw, you guys are good). Noticed now I have an update to WPBakery. Tried to do the install per your instructions but keeps going to version 4.2.3 vs 4.3. Am I missing something?

Hello, I’ve just migrated my website from an apache based web server to nginx based web server. Previously, everything was working correctly but now, i’ve replaced my theme with the latest version from themeforest and since then, the theme is not working properly. Like the footer is missing from the homepage and the search is not working and many other problems. My website is not live on the new server but i’ve installed the theme and migrated the data. My webmaster wants to use the common elements you use on the preview template of the site for settings/formating/ect ect and wanted me to ask if you can provide the template or such for them? Maybe I am not explaining it correctly but basically we want what you have on that “Preview Page” that is you use for advertisement of “Newspaper” theme. The site formating I guess is really good but you do not provide that in the “Demo Install” which is different from what you have in the preview. He said he could do it from scratch but if I can ask in order to have you guys help him save TIME! LoL, thanks for your help and we both AGREE you have the best THEMES on Themeforest!

Suddenly, Jetpack sharing buttons links not working any more. It was working fine until now. I didn’t do anything or install some plugin. I tried to deactivate modules of Jetpack and the whole plugin and re-activete it but nothing changed. Social numbers are showing fine, links are not working. You can see an example here

Hello, I really love this theme, its spectacular.

However everytime I install the BBpress plugin, I lose my sider options on the widgets page.

Anyone know how I can solve this? Really need to get this forum installed on my website.

I have installed the Hybrid Connect plugin on my website http://www.kleinerpanda.co. The e-mail webform works on desktop but not on mobile (iPhone). Here is a screenshot from desktop: http://screencast.com/t/gjGxMC1w

The support team from Hybrid Connect says there is a javascript problem from newspaper which conflicts with wordpress. Here is there statement with more details: http://screencast.com/t/R7ZxlzsU8

Hi, I have version 4.0.2 of the Newspaper theme installed, and when adding a new entry post, the tagdiv shortcodes don’t show. I’ve tried to turn off all plug inns to see if there is any problem with any of them, but still it doesn’t show.

Also, the Visual Editor doesn’t show, and I tried the same with the plug inns, but no change!

Permissions to folders are ok, and i have manually added a featured image to one post.

When I have the Visual Composer plugin (WPBakery) plugin enabled, every time I load a new page or the make a saved change (causing the page to re-load) I just get a white blank screen. It I hit re-fresh the page then instantly loads.

As far as I can tell, disabling the plugin stops this from happening.

I have updated the visual composer using this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/ – but the problem still persists.

I also spun up a fresh WP instance and just installed the theme – same thing.

Any suggestions?
