I have a problem that has not been solved since I bought the News Paper theme.
My posts are being duplicated at every page end.
Earlier I commented here on the forum about this and got the answer that it was possible incompatibility with elementor.
But I have uninstalled it since the day I was told about it and I don’t use it or have the plugin installed.
I need help.
Got cloud templates setup and working for posts and header, but when I try to set a homepage it gives back the error:
tpl card set global tpl error: missing template id or invalid nonce
Tried updating the theme, re-installing both theme and plugin, but nothing seems to fix it.

Please re-install the theme or do these steps:
1. deactivate TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall (delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if a cache plugin is present).
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if a cache plugin is present).
Make sure that the plugins are installed and active. Clear the cache and let me know the results!

We have reinstalled WP and the theme, but it doesn’t make any difference. We do not have any option for this in our theme. Probably you have some settings for that. We recommend you to have all the tagdiv plugins installed and activate, also up to date in order to have access to the new features and fixes.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Please make sure that you have the latest version 12.4, WP 6.2.2, and the PHP version 8.0, not 8.1 or 8.2

thanks, I did that, but the menu isn’t complete. it’s not the same mega menu that is in the demo site. I just don’t understand why the demo with content isn’t fully installing everything like the demo site, and I have to try to figure out where all the missing parts are. It’s a total waste of time. That’s why I am asking if there is a one click option that would import everything and it will all work exactly like the demo site. This a complete new install on wp 6.22. Very frustrating.

I’m pretty sure I didn’t even have the tagDiv composser plug-in installed yesterday which probably explains the issues I encountered.
I’ve installed the plug-in and now performed the 5.4 update without any issues.
I actually noticed it as it marked the tagDiv composser obsolete then updated it during the 5.4 update process.
So far, all is looking good, thank you for your help with this,

Hi bobtod,
Most of the time when this is happening it is because the theme plugin tagDiv Composer is not installed or something was not correctly installed during the theme updated.
Normally in this case what you need to do is to make sure that the required theme plugins are installed, in this was was tagDiv Composer.

Hi,
How can I access the theme editor in the Newspaper theme? In other themes, you can navigate to Appearance and then select the theme editor. I’m curious about this because I’d rather not install an additional plugin solely for adding Google code.
I mentioned this option. If that option is not available, are there any alternative methods to insert code within the <head></head> section?

I had several issues with tagdiv mobile and contacted support (still waiting for an answer) but I have now another big problem. I installed Disqus but the plugin wasn’t working, the old default comment system was still there even though I tried every tutorial. I contacted Disqus support and they said it was a problem with Tagdiv Newspaper theme and that I had to revert to WordPress old theme to see if it works. I did and it indeed worked, then when I reverted to Newspaper Disqus system was still showing however, my layout was completely destroyed. Can you tell me what I should do to get my site back ?

Hi, I installed buddypress but the private messaging function didn’t work. exchanging various arguments with the assistance of the various hosting providers on which I host the sites with the tagDiv theme active, the problem is caused by Memcached.
In fact, by disabling it, you should avoid constantly recalling the same queries, honestly, I’m waiting for a resolution update.
I’ve tried using Flex blocks, uninstalling the Standard Pack, using a CDN, disabling heartbeat, limiting Ajax requests to the maximum, and using only the plugins needed and recommended by tagDiv… I’ve deleted a large number of lines from the DB… nothing, just by disabling Memcached, the problem doesn’t recur.
I wonder if using Redis or other caching systems anyone has encountered the same problem.
