If that problem is still there, then please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

You can no longer install tagDiv Standard Pack because it is an older plugin and is used for standard templates.
The news prebuilt websites use cloud templates.
According to this message the folder already exists, you need to rename/delete that folder manually using FTP/cPanel, after installing the plugin from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/WLy01lbc

When I Try To Install these plugins, it shows error” file already exists.
My issue was due to mixed http and https content. It was fixed by installing the Really Simple SSL plugin.

I want to use a plug-in called Product bundles. I have to versions available, one by Woocommerce, and a third party one.
When I install the one by Woocommerce all product pages go blank and it says:

I tried a different one, and this one doesn’t give me an error, but it also doesn’t show anything of the product bundles on the page. When I switch to a default template, it does show.

Hi I have a theme installed and customized for my needs. I also set a different mobile page from mobile templates. After some time or edits, the mobile page changes the desktop version. So I have to go to the edit mobile page, and save without doing anything. Then the selected mobile page is displayed.

I have a new release RC 11.4.1 in the “Update” section. Where can you find out what has changed? And is it worth it to install?

Please try to add that code after line “# END WordPress” in .htaccess and make sure your requirements are set as in the guide. If you use standard templates, please check if you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active.

First of all, try to do these steps as quickly as possible, so your visitors do not notice the process:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.

I have Godaddy Shared hosting and I have installed WordPress from CPanel of my hosting.
I have installed the Theme and deployed the Pre-Built website called “The Critic Blog”.
After that I clicked on the button on the top “edit with tagDiv Composer” to edit the page using TAGDiv Composer. but getting following error:
This page isn’t working
xxxxxxxxxxxx didn’t send any data.
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
Please assist. I did check the “https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/” URL and steps. all is there but still not working.

When I edit my home page and save it, I get this error:
“Invalid page template. Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
The page still saves and displays, but the error happens every time I save the page or import something from the cloud library. I don’t have a theme installed (I installed one a few days ago, but immediately uninstalled it). I do use a header from the cloud library and the errors happened after I edited it just a tad. I tried a different header and I get the same error.
How do I make this error go away?

The navigation bar on the tech demo is made full with with custom css that is set in the code of demo.
Normally, just installing the demo should make the navigator bar full width -> https://i.imgur.com/evbuNHt.jpg
