Just installed and activate it. First update I want to do is changing logo. I added it in backend’s theme panel > header. On front end it still shows the default log and on the sticky menu, shows my logo along with the default logo. I followed up on frontend edit. Nothing is updating, no matter what I try to change. And the save button just spins infinitely with no outcome.

So what is missing in order to get a first good experience 😀

I am trying to edit my homepage with tag div composer and I am getting a Javascript error and the loader keeps loading forever, without actually loading the page. The error I see is “Uncaught DOMException: Failed to execute ‘atob’ on ‘Window’: The string to be decoded is not correctly encoded.”

I have already disactivated every plugin except tagdiv composer and I have re installed it as well, but the error keep showing, also my header menu has dissapeared

I have the issue, that my posts won´t show up in the categorys. I tried to use a default WordPress theme and they showed up again, so i tried to reinstall the Newsmag theme and the problem still persists. I really hope you can help me.

To be honest, I’m surprised there isn’t one in the theme.

Anyways, when I put in the column text widget and try to edit the content, the popup pops up and spins.

I don’t know if it matters but, all my PHP settings are up to the theme requirements, however, the theme only sees 40mb. On the server it is actually set to 256mb.

We’re using the latest Newspaper Theme and after installing last version of WMPL plugin we lost the possibility to edit header and footer from TagDiv Composer. Plz see screenshots https://prnt.sc/26nk9x4 and https://prnt.sc/26nka91

We still could edit the Header from the Cloud Templates menu, but the Footer lost the link “Edit with TagDiv” https://prnt.sc/26nkat2

I think it was after WPML install but I’m care to lost all work if we uninstall WMPL.

Please help me to resolve this.

Hello, I need help. For some reason, my widgets area has changed and I don’t know why. Now it’s very simple and I don’t have access to the widget features I had access to. Can someone please advise me what to do with it? I would need the same visualization of the widgets area as when purchasing and installing the Newspaper Theme. Thank you

I have installed Pulses pro, how do I get my posts to appear instead of the demo posts and get my sections on the front page?

I’m wondering what the potential reasons would be for an admin user to be denied access to instal/activate the Newsletter add on?

Our developer has not limited our access to activating plugins, and all our admin users are unable to activate it.

Just wondering what things could possibly be the culprit so I can look into them.
