After visiting pagespeed, and the site getting a dismal score of 38 …
I installed WP Super Cache, set according to your docs, then installed JetPack according to WP Super Cache recommendations.
AMP is no longer showing as an option to the left.
How can I get acceptable performance, not lose AMP?
Is there a guide on how to get things so that a 38 isn’t returned?

after de-installing the theme and all plugins + re-installing and activating + de-activating the wp-zoom social media plugin the problem still remains with the following error:

The theme is using shortcode to build pages and cloud templates, and that it is way the ads are set in the page “code”, but is no need to delete them like you did, you need to edit the page using tagDiv Composer, and use the right click to delete an element -> https://i.imgur.com/qrwv64j.png also the ad box can be configurate using the tagDiv Composer -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/ so if you do like this, the ads will disappear from that page/templates.
If you tied like this and the ads were not displayed in composer can be because of some cache (this was the most case that we saw). I also just checked again on my install and for me everything is working normally and the ads are display in tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/BlttnFl.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/aStpTb9.jpg so maybe, if is not a cache it can be a browser extension or from an extra plugin. Please try it only with tagDiv plugins enabled. From what I can see here you use some extra plugins https://www.screencast.com/t/wnMUVFYR44 and some of them are even change the default WordPress.
To remove the ads from the pre-build website that you have installed, you’ll need to check each cloud template and page that was added when you install the pre-build website -> https://i.imgur.com/KYiGTic.png

Unfortunately, once that the block is installed, the name from the cloud is no longer display. What you can do if you forget the block name is to save it as element, then just add it from composer on another page -> https://tagdiv.com/right-click-menu-tagdiv-composer/

Hi whoknows, I think that you misunderstand, what Anamaria suggested was to make sure that there are no external conflicts and this is because most of the time those situations are made by untested plugins and we can not offer support for untested plugins.
Now, according to the details that you provided above, you have installed a plugin for js/jquery also I see that you have a block with an invalid category “wpzoom-blocks”.
Also, for this situation can be other reasons, for examples, when you use an old theme version with the latest WordPress version (is not the case ), or when some extra settings from host are blocking the theme.

1. When I install tagDiv Mobile Theme in WordPress it’s say it’s required to install tagDiv Composer plugin also. But AMP (Google) not recommended tagDiv Composer plugin. Also when I use both plugin together all my website page content is showing blank in mobile site.
2. Mobile menu is not loading on mobile.
3. Some of page unable to loading ads.

Can you please let me know the steps that were made to install the theme and the theme plugins?
I think that the plugins were set via FTP (usually in those situation appear that message, and most of the time when the plugins are set via FTP is because of some restrictions from host) and were not installed from Newsmag > plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/EMGxEpL.png now if the plugins can be activate from Plugins section, then this message will not affect you (most probably you already have the last plugins versions -> https://i.imgur.com/UxC8E5e.png and that is only a message because the plugins were set manually via FTP).

Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Just please make sure that you have the theme plugins installed (tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library) and in case that the problem persist check the post template, maybe this do not have set the featured image.

The plugin version can be used only for the theme package that is installed, an old version will not work.
Also, I made a few test, I downgrade to Newspaper v11.3.2 then I updated the theme using the option from the theme panel and I also made a test using manual theme update and for me both methods worked without problems -> https://i.imgur.com/xPb7f6g.png -> https://i.imgur.com/icnaigw.jpg so maybe there this is not a general problem, and it maybe a plugin conflict or maybe something from host is prevent the theme plugins to be installed. I don’t see that top bar that you are showing there where you set the template to Global. I used the Theme Panel to set the template to be the default template for Single Posts.
As for WPBakery and Composer… we are only using the plugins that were included with the Newspaper theme installation… why would they be in conflict?

This issue is still not resolved. We are still unable to preview any draft posts, as the PREVIEW DRAFT simply takes to the Home Page. However; When we disable the “tagDiv Composer” plugin, then the post preview feature works – Of course with that plugin disabled, features are lost, because a pop-up message says the theme requires that plugin.
When we re-enable the “tagDiv Composer” plugin, post previews stop working.
Is it possible that the tagDiv Composer plugin is the problem? Are we able to install a replacement for this plugin?

I’ve installed the theme and imported a prebuilt style without all the content in it. I’ve managed to edit the Cloud Template – Header and Footer Template so have the logo in etc but can’t for the life of me find where to change all the default fonts and colours?
Tried Global in the Header template…
Changed all in Theme Options:
Changed them in the Category Template (include the colour of the tabs):
But…none do anything front end to the content???

I have installed Newspaper theme two days ago. From the beginning I do not have tagdiv composer icon in the wordpress menu and it does not work, so I can not create pages. It seems like there is no tagdiv composer. I have Standard pack plugin installed and active, I have even reinstalled tagdiv composer two times but it is still the same.
