5) Primary and sub-domain, both have the same issue. Both primary and sub-domain have separate wordpress installation, database, ftp access. That means the problem is common to the theme.

You have the mobile theme version now, so you can disbale the plugins to check the responsive version.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions

Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).

The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

I have uninstalled the theme from the test zone and installed it in my main domain https://farbound.net. But the result is the same. I am able to get the theme registered by continuously pressing the button but the validation error persists. When I click updates the uptodate panel appears for a brief while but it is replaced with the validation error.
I could not upload version 12.7 from the theme panel because the same error was there in version 12.6.9. So had to upload the theme and plugins via cpanel. On trying to install plugins from the themepanel, I am presented with a download forbidden message.
Since I have had issues with your Cloud flare settings in the past. I was wondering, if my IP address or domain is blocked from your end?
Newspaper Theme has been on my domain (https://farbound.net) since 2014.
I downloaded a brand new copy of Newspaper 12 today and installed it. I also installed the Momentum prebuilt template. When I go to edit the template – specifically the header logo and items in the header – the Tag Div composer allows me to save changes and confirms they are saved, but when I close the composer it reverts the theme back to the original predesign. I spent hours on with my hosting provider who determined it is a theme bug. I’m not sure what to do here.
I installed the Newspaper template with its pre-designed OFFICE NEXUS template, but when I click “Edit with TagDiv Composer,” it directs me to the “Page Not Found” page and won’t let me edit. I’ve installed and uninstalled the template, but it’s still the same. I changed the permalinks from “simple” to “Post Name,” but everything remains the same. I can’t edit.

1) The plugin mentioned in the forum link has been closed more than a year back. Searched many but all are paid. Few have free option but not sure how much they will work. If you come across any, please update.
2) There is a option in Newspaper theme as “My License”. There it shows option to Assign/UnAssign. What exactly is it?
3) We have installed them on the primary domain and then on sub-domain. Does is makes any difference where we install first?
4) On how many sub-domains can we install the Newspaper theme? We have installed on primary domain and 1 sub-domain. Is there any limit?

I know what the errors suggest, as we had WordPress developers looking at our installation. They asked us NOT TO HIDE the error, because that’s not a fix and the error will still shut down the server. And, TO GET IN TOUCH with the theme developers (THAT IS YOU) as these issues are theme related. Moreover, they insisted that both Woocommerce and WordPress are free of these bugs and that, again, they are theme-related.

I’m reaching out to you after installing update 12.7, which I found to be absolutely nonsensical. We previously used the Single Background Image tool on our website to place the images we needed. Without any prior notice or information about an alternative or what was new in this update, you have removed this option altogether.
I kindly ask you to restore it as it was, because having access to this tool is absolutely ESSENTIAL for our work.
If restoring it is not possible, please tell us how images are supposed to be placed now, because when using the Image Box option — with the same dimensions and resolution we used before — the new images appear completely pixelated, which is extremely frustrating.
Please help us find a solution to this very serious issue.

For cache, you can use Wp Super Cache. If you are using Cloudflare, please ensure it is set as in our guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/; you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
You can use the contact form 7 plugin or build a form with the help of the Newspaper feature: https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-frontend-submission-form/
WPML for a multilingual plugin, or translation, you can use the simple plugin gTranslate.
For GDPR, there is a recommended plugin.
In the Newspaper theme we have a Newsletter plugin, Opt-in builder for subscription and you can simply add the ads and integrate them but there is not a plugin like a manager. Ad rotate plugin can be used for a manager or for creating ad groups to display on your website with the help of the Ad box shortcode from the tagdiv Composer.

I have tried using a template from the cloud templates, but keep getting the following error message and a red x after it is installed on the page: Invalid page template. Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
The questions I have about this are:
1) Can you use a cloud template from a different prebuilt template if it appears in the cloud options, or do you need to select only the cloud templates from your chosen prebuilt site?
2) Since this error was occurring I tried to build my own page, however, the options were not always available to fully customize the text size, for example, making the text larger. There are only limited options once you select text, or title, or title with text, for example, so how do you make sure the text and everything is the same across all pages in the site, even those you build that don’t come with a prebuilt site) when the option is not there in the composer to make all necessary changes?
3) Finally, I am doing all these things within a staging site. When I push things into the live site, will I need to deactivate the theme in the staging site and then activate it in the live site? I read about someone having issues moving from staging to live, but I was unclear on the recommended solution.
4) Finally, in the footer, there is a count after the categories listed. Can these be deactivated while still listing the categories in the same way, just without thee numbers?

Hi There.
I am trying to customize the town talk template; however, on the prebuilt homepage on the right-hand side of the main image on top, there is a section with recommended articles and latest articles. I tried adding the page IDs and page title after the demo installation, but nothing shows up. The bookmarks page ( accessible from the header bookmark element) also takes me to an error 404 page when I click it. At one point, I completely removed the tabbed content section on the home page. So I’m wondering if this caused an issue. The question I now have is 1. Is it possible to completely remove/disable bookmarks from the theme so that the tabs do not appear anywhere, and 2. Why have I not been able to add the pages using the tags as per the documentation? Does this feature not work in staging sites, or is the issue something else? Please advise how I should be setting this up and where the right bookmark page should be accessed.

2) We deleted the wordpress installation and reinstalled it. Then we installed the newspaper theme. It is not the theme panel and the registered theme message. Please reset the key from your end. After resetting, would the same key work?
3) We will be using the same theme for subdomains also.
Ok tried what you said in Tagdiv composer to try to get Page Title to Display
1. add “text with title” element to home page
2. clicked elements settings
3. Edit Content
4. Wp editor opened
5. added [post_title] [page-title] [page_title] neither of them worked.
I don’t have this issue using WordPress own default installed themes, my current theme, and elementor themes. I did not have to add any shortcode for the page title to display on those.
I have about a thousand pages that need the page title displayed. Is this not possible with TagDiv? OR what am I missing?

This is a new installation of the theme, which is all up to date, although no earlier version has previously been installed.

Hello, so just purchased Tagdiv and installed it. For some reason any Tagdiv Theme I chose and install (tried multiple) the pages never display the Title at all.
Example (staging site)
If I use a default WordPress theme or any other them, the titles show with no issues without any special code.
Example (current live site)
I checked every single setting in Tagdiv Theme panel and there is nothing that turns on or off the Title.
what am I missing?

Hi tagDiv Support Team,
I’m using the Newspaper theme on my WordPress site and have run into an issue where the hamburger menu icon and some other icons (like the scroll-to-top arrow) are not displaying. Instead, I see empty squares. This only happens when I’m logged out or browsing in incognito mode. When logged in, the icons display correctly.
After inspecting the site with DevTools, I found a failed request to the following resource:
/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/static/icons/td-icon/td-icon.woff2
However, the static/icons/td-icon/ folder doesn’t seem to exist in the theme files — neither in the installed version on my server nor in the original theme ZIP I downloaded from ThemeForest.
I’ve already:
Cleared/purged Cloudflare cache.
Deactivated caching plugins.
Deactivated Darklup plugin.
Compared the structure with a clean Newspaper install (same result — no static/icons folder).
Tried manually creating the folder path, but I don’t have the original .woff2 file to upload.
Can you please provide guidance or a direct download link to the correct td-icon.woff2 file? Or let me know the proper fix to restore these icons?
