Hi, is look that this is not working on your website correctly even in chrome. I just checked again on my install an for me is working, please try the follow steps:
1. Disable tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uzBdRB9.png
2. delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png
3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png
4. Clear all cache from your website, host and browser ( for browser use force refresh Ctrl Shift R ).
If the problem persist, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Make sure that you are using the last theme version, Newspaper v10.3.6.1 only this will work with WordPress v5.5, if you have this version and the problem persist, try this:

Hi, I’ve just installed the latest Newsmag theme (I had to buy it again, as the original was installed by another developer) and I tested and redesigned the site first on localhost, where I was able to add a column text element containing a shortcode using the TagDiv designer. I’ve now imported the theme settings and my new homepage, but the column text element is missing in TagDiv on the live site when I try to add a new element, and the one already on the page doesn’t show. If I save any changes to the page that element disappears completely. It’s quite important so I don’t want that to happen.
How to fix please?
I’ve updated WordPress, re-installed Tagdiv Composer and it’s working after removing the browser cache.

As Calin posted above, the issue *is* fixed. No need to downgrade wordpress.
I had previously tried deactivating tagdiv composer, and then reactivating it and that didn’t resolve the issue. I tried that yesterday before posting that the new wordpress was breaking the composer. I think I also deleted the plugin yesterday, and then reinstalled it but I am not sure if I went the extra step of deleting it.
After reading Calin’s post this morning..
1. I deactivated composer- https://i.imgur.com/cymMFBF.jpg
2. I reinstalled composer- https://i.imgur.com/42Z3EE2.jpg
3. I activated composer- https://i.imgur.com/axf9um9.jpg
4. I made a large thumb- https://i.imgur.com/mCUmChL.jpg
Then I went over to composter and tried to one a template I had been working on. It spun and spun and I honestly thought it was not fixed.. but I showed more patience, gave it another 10 seconds or so and it opened.I edited something, saved it, closed it, reopened it and again.. seemed to take a little longer opening than I remember (spin spin spiiiiin) but, it did open.
So yes, it works now. Thanks Calin!
i recently purchased the newspaper theme, how do i get help because i m having a hard time to set up the mobile menu after installation?
I updated to the latest version of Newspaper and my images on pages and posts are now not rendering, and my menus are rendering in a jumbled fashion and all skewed to far left of screen. My hosting company suggested that the theme may have overwritten/rewritten some of the WordPress config files and caused this error. Can you in any way diagnosis the problem on your end? I did try rolling back the theme to a couple of versions ago, but no luck – problem still persists. (I then reinstalled latest version). Here’s a link to my site: https://pabucketlist.com/

Hi karlrosqvist, there should be no problems, but we recommend to make first some test on staging or subdomain not directly on live website.
There are two ways to use cloud templates, installing a pro demo and all the settings and edits will can be made using tagDiv Composer and will be made on fronted.
Using the cloud templates you want from cloud library, now the first one is faster, but when you change a demo all the settings for that demo will be lost therefore if you want to can keep the settings and cloud template import the templates you like and assign theme in theme panel.

If you have this version and the problem persists:

I had installed and actived Newspapers theme normally. But when I actived theme’s plugins (such as tagDiv Composer…) my site not work and displayed blank page. When I turned on Debug mode, I had noticed fatal error with header.php (line 17).
