Hi.
The first time I installed the theme, I activated it, entered the code.
But, on page “Updates” I see I see a message:
“Theme updates
The update process can’t be completed because your Newspaper Theme license key is not yet activated.

Please activate your theme! – Activate theme

If you need help activating the theme, please follow the Step-by-step Guide.”

And I don’t understand how Activate theme

Because, there is no activate item in the main menu.

I renetly purchased . TD cloud installation is malfunction.
Could not install anything from cloud to existing page. The installation button not working.

Hi, I recently installed your Newspaper theme. Everything seems fine BUT I’m having a hard time fixing your mobile theme issues, esp with caching. I carefully followed all the recommended settings (https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/). I’m also using your recommended plugin, WP Super Cache.

However, the issue keeps recurring on the website. On desktop, it shows the mobile version of the website. If I clear the cache, it works temporarily, but after some time the problem appears again. How do I solve this recurring problem?

I installed your theme and installed the Gadgets (normal one, not PRO) demo through WP Dashboard > Newspaper > Install demos. Now I want to activate the Infinite Loading for Single Posts (https://tagdiv.com/infinite-loading-for-single-posts/) but I didn’t have any items in WP Dashboard > Cloud Templates, so I imported Single Post Template 4 which is the template that resembles the most in the Gadgets Demo and activated the Infinite Loading.

The problem comes because the sidebar that shows widgets (Social Media, Most and Lastest Posts, etc) disappears in the imported template.

Can you help me showing how to activate the sidebar in the imported template? or to activate the Infinite Loading for Single Posts in the Gadgets demo?

I installed new font on my website but it’s not working

Hi.

I have a fresh Newspaper installation in my local computer and I have found the following problem:

– I create a new page and put some content in it with the tagDiv composer.
– I create a second, third, fourth… page with tagDiv composer and all of them are clones of the first page.
– If I delete all pages and create a new one, it comes with the same content.

This has happened twice already. First time I deleted the database and reinstalled the theme, but it has happened the same. I need to know what’s happening to continue with the site.

Whilst I acknowledge that AdRotate is not a plugin on your tested list, it is a plugin you have frequently suggested in this forum. Thus I felt i would alert you to a conflict occurring in theme 10.3.5 with AdRotate 5.8.4.

With AdRotate installed and activated the MegaMenus on the theme do not load. With AdRotate deactivated it does.

Whilst I understand if you elect to provide no support for this, I am prepared to offer access if you do wish to look at this issue. Cache was cleared, child theme deactivated. AdRotate also notified.

It’s an emergency. I’m supposed to launch my media on sunday and i’m facing a problem with my TD Composer.

Many of the options doesn’t work. For exemple, I can’t get a previsualization when I click on the screens icons, of tablets, smartphone or desktop.I can’t neither delete a row or a block. When I click on delete, a black layer appears then nothing … like an empty pop-up. And the block element stills there.

Even when I delete the row with the css option “hidden”, I put a new element (block or grid), i can’t, few seconds after, change it again. The modification sticks on row or column, but no way to change the element.

I don’t think it’s a plugin conflict because i didn’t install a new one. I already worked with those I have without any problem.

How Can I Solve that ?

I have to design the main page for sunday. I can’t wait for the weekend !

About a week ago we updated our Newspaper Theme and TagDiv plugins as we were installing a new plugin that wasn’t working properly (Classified Listing) and also MailPoet. We started noticing an error message when opening a page with TagDiv Editor that said “content wasn’t created by TagDiv” and a few of the features (like being able to click on the Row/Column/Editor header on an element weren’t able to be accessed) but things weren’t as broken as they are now.

We decided not to use the plugins after determining they didn’t suit our purposes, but they were still sitting on the site. We’ve lost a lot of control within the Tag Div composer. We were getting red Modal errors, iframe errors and we can’t delete any elements (the display changes to the transparent black overlay but nothing happens and the only way out is to close the tab and it pop’s up with a “leave and your changes will not be saved” message.

I can only change existing content by editing something and saving it, but I can’t make any further changes than this. We removed the new plugins (by deleting them) we also deactivated all plugins and then reactivated all the tagdiv only plugins and it was still broken.

We ended up restoring our website back to the 16th June (before any of these changes were made) using the Jetpack backup feature. It didn’t fix the problem. So we restored back to the 4th June (which was the last time we had edited the site as we do monthly newsletters) and we know it was absolutely working from back then. It still isn’t working.

We can add and edit posts without a problem, we can use the classic editor on the front end for pages that don’t use TagDiv, but we can’t Edit with TagDiv Composer. There are error messages in the code for JS wrapper and, “TypeError: Cannot read property ‘length’ of undefined
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (post.php? post_id=1802&td_action=tdc&tdbTemplateType=page&prev_url=%2F%2Fthelatzreport.com.au%2Fwp-admin%2Fedit.php%3Fpost_type%3Dpage:3375) etc etc.

We’re currently running the site on WordPress 5.4.2 (hosted with WordPress).
We have 10.3.2 installed from the backup/restore process.
We have version 2.5 Composer installed from 1st April as a result of the backup/restore process.
We had to get the site working as our major monthly newsletter went out this morning.

It would be helpful for someone to be able to assist us with the coding problems so this can be resolved without further breaking the site.

I have installed the theme Newspaper and baby pro demo two weeks ago. Sine that moment, I’ve got a lot of problems: a lot of pages can not be found (error 404) or don’t show articles, the site is really slow, every day I’ve got problems and it doesn’t matter if I do backup. I need help

I installed the Newspaper theme and created post containing a soundcloud URL und the “Featured Audio” and also have set post format to “Audio”.

Problem:
The Audio player is not visible.
Not visible on the post page and also not in the footer “page” where it also should show with the player.

What could be the problem?

I just installed the Newspaper Theme, initially i saw the activate theme, but didn’t activate it. I installed demos and did some customisation. The Activate Theme is not visible now.

If I try to activate from System Status or Update tab, I get an error ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’

Tried restoring back up and reinstalling the theme, removed security plugin, caching plugin, cleared cache, still facing the issue.

Could someone please advise.
