I have Install the demo theme TECH NEWS PRO and i have a graphical problem with the footer.
On the homapage the footer display good without problem, but on single post he is all white, i don’t know why because i haven’t change anything on it.

If you visit my site and start scrolling the page you will the sticky menu appears with NEWSPAPER branding. I want to change it to my branding.
Also I want to update the menu items from the same sticky menu bar.

I don’t know how I can explain.
I was editing the old post which is over 2 years old. Therefore I used the “classic editor” plugin.
Then I tried to edit another post disable classic editor plugin.
Then the editing section has become ridiculously narrow.
I have checked the same theme version on my anther website, which is fine.
I also activate the previous theme it was fine.
I deleted parent theme then reinstalled but it’s same.

As a follow-up, I completely deleted and reinstalled the entire Newspaper 9 theme – cleared all cache and only have tagdiv plugins. I’ve installed and uninstalled numerous demos and, I suppose it’s just a product of my luck, I am able to toggle menus without problem EXCEPT while using the Nomad demo. Is there any way to do an active interface with someone on the tagdiv team to help me out with this issue? I’ve been trying to get the Nomad demo to work now for a month and I still can’t get the menus to cooperate – this is driving me crazy.

Just make sure that you have the last version of the theme ( Newspaper v9.8) and you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all plugins and let only the tagDiv Composer, clear all cache and try again.

Hi, I have several problems on my website after updating the theme and wordpress to the latest version. I uninstalled all the plugins that could cause conflicts, contacted my hosting service several times and we don´t longer know what might be causing the following issues:
1. There is a blank space above the site header, a space that is misaligning the header and footer social network icons.
2. When I open the theme panel, half of it is the normal color and the rest is gray, with the same white space at its top.
3. When I am editing a page using tagdiv composer, the page opens for editing, but the title fields are not editable and I cannot save any other changes made.
I have the screenshot of all the screens with the errors, but I would really appreciate if you looked at the website to try to understand what is going on (https://www.asviagensdetrintim.com.br/). I’ve been using the Newspaper theme for a few years, I’ve been using it on other websites, and I’ve never had this kind of problem.

What exactly does “the website should be as it was before installing the demo” mean? Does that mean that menus, pages, and posts added AFTER the demo was installed will also be uninstalled? What about Cloud templates? What about reusable blocks? I want to clear the decks of remnant demo styling because it’s not TagDiv compliant and I want to be working with clean slate. But I don’t want to undo the other work.

I’ve just installed/purchased your theme and can’t find where to change the colour of the ‘blocks’, main title background colour/border line and hyperlink colours? I’ve checked the object properties and the theme options but no luck.

I realize the categories in mega menus default to alphabetical order, but I am talking about any Menus. I currently have 3 custom menus loaded that I can toggle between. The first menu’s name starts with an ‘F’ and the last starts with a ‘V’ because they are listed alphabetically in the drop down for selection (that makes sense). I have selected ‘Header Menu (main)’ for the menu that starts with ‘V’ and do not have an assigned menu for my Footer. Despite this, the menu for both the Header and Footer default to the menu that starts with an ‘F’ no matter what. I have deleted all menus except one and the Newspaper theme always defaults to the remaining menu or the first one alphabetically, whether or not I have checked the ‘Header Menu (main)’ or ‘Footer’ box. Essentially, the menu toggles for the Newspaper theme, more specifically the ‘Nomad’ demo, are not working. I have uninstalled the Newspaper theme twice now and used a standard theme through WordPress and there are no issues with menu selection. If I choose two separate menus to populate the ‘Header Menu (main)’ and ‘Footer Menu’ or no menu at all for Footer, they populate without issue on WordPress standard themes.
