My website keeps redirecting visitors to malicious and unnecessary websites whenever it is loaded, this started happening after I purchased and installed the newspaper theme. My host fixed the problem yesterday but its persist, they concluded its the theme I newly installed that is causing the problem.

How does that work exactly? The other website actually displays the header and footer from your website? Displaying theme elements in a different website would require the theme to be installed there as well.

I’d like to delete the buttons found on the bottom of all my posts. This is where people would click to share on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. I paid for and installed the plugin “Social Warfare” which does a much better job as social sharing buttons. This is why I want to delete the buttons I have.

After attempting to install tagDiv Cloud library I’m getting this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tdb_hook_td_global_after() (previously declared in /mydomain.com/html/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library-old/td-cloud-library.php:26) in /mydomain.com/html/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/td-cloud-library.php on line 43
I’m getting this error after install: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 103809024 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 79 bytes) in /mydomain.com/html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_util.php on line 1682
I have adjusted the php.ini on my mediatemple grid server to memory_limit = 99M but has not helped.

the permalinks were already set on Post name, but I did it again.
I checked the setting from Yoast SEO for URL and meta.
I removed the mobile plugin and the amp plugin and then I install them again.
I even re-installed all the theme.
…nothing is working.

I have a rtl language installed on my WordPress account, I’ve selected Mobile Theme> use mobile theme for> AMP
‘Cause I don’t want to write a double content for my computer and mobile.
But when I choose just AMP it seems like there are 2 pages on my website, one contains the content and when I swipe to left the second one shows a balnk page.
Maybe it only will be fixed with css code.

This is precisely where I went to install the plugins in the new 9.6 version. As I said above, when I attempt to install the plugin from this location (from within “Admin>Newspaper>plugins”) it returns the following message.
“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”
Why would I not have permission to load a plugin? How do I get it to recognize me as a paid user? I have disabled then reset the Newspaper key. Other features of the theme upgraded to 9.6 just fine.

Yes, when installing a demo without content pages will not be provided. On the other hand if it’s installed with content, the pages will be imported and they will display demo posts. I should have mentioned this previously, sorry for this.
Create pages or import them from the cloud (these can be edited and modified). Configure each element inside them to display the content you want, then set it as homepage.
There are many elements in the cloud, like block and grid designs, sections etc. These can be used to quickly create pages and templates.

So just to clarify now that I’ve read your reply- When I install the theme and choose which demo template to use (without content), all my previous content doesn’t automatically appear as it looks in the demo template, I actually have to build the pages or import an already designed page from the cloud library?
Maybe that’s where my frustration has been- Thinking that my front page will automatically appear with my current content, in the demo template design.

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

If the problem is still there you can try to reinstall the theme or make an update ( first please make a full backup ).

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

tagDiv importer detected an error. The importer will try to recover and continue to install the demo after you click ok on this dialog.
Step to troubleshoot:
– Check the permission on your upload foder
– please make sure that WP_DEBUG is set to false in wp-config.php
– Contact our support via email contact@tagdiv.com (please provide your product license key)
Hello. Please advise on the following items.
1. I cannot install the recommended plugin “WP Super Cache” as it states “Untested with your version of WordPress” (Not available)
2. Under System Status > php.ini configuration; the following are in yellow: max_execution_time and max_input_vars
3. Under System Status > WordPress and plugins; the following are in yellow: WP Memory Limit and Caching plugin
I just upgraded from Newspaper 9.1 to 9.6 and the NewsLetter plugin was corrupted and had to be deactivated. The new NewsLetter plugin in 9.6 cannot be installed and activated and gives the following error message.
“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”
I have disabled and reset the Newspaper license code but it still won’t allow me to install the NewsLetter plugin. It was working great in 9.1. The other 9.6 plugins work fine.
