Did you see the screenshots I sent? Mobile + Amp is enabled.
The mobile theme plugin and AMP plugin provided by Tagdiv have been installed and activated this whole time.
My observation is that on occasion, the site will display the mobile theme and another occasion the responsive version. I really don’t know what to say here.
Responsive theme = all good except no pages are AMP
Mobile theme = Blog page works but all custom pages (about, contact, etc.) are grey.
I understand from the last link you sent that the mobile theme custom pages need to be built from scratch, since they allow for 2 different looks, one desktop and one mobile.
Maybe this is the problem here? Although I’m still not sure why the display hops from responsive theme to mobile theme if I have had the mobile theme active this whole time.

I have installed the theme in out existing website. Now we are not getting the future images and video for a single post.
In the home we have designed using visual composer but it shows a blank screen.
Previous we have used WordPress automatic plugin to get the video and images from youtube.

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also if you set some code in theme panel or theme file, please remove it, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem is still there, please provide me a link to your website, in this way I will be able to make some deep investigation and provide you a better answer.

I have a problem in installing WP super cache to my newspaper theme. There is no install now button in the add new plug in section. And when I downloaded the plugin and installed it manually, the WP super cache plugin is disabled in my “installed plugins” section. Any idea on this problem.

How do I change the logo in the demo I just installed. It doesn’t let me do it. Just allows “Insert Element.”
However, I have gotten this message:
“TD Newsletter – This plugin requires Newspaper v8.7.5 but the current installed version is Newspaper v8.6.
To fix this:
– Delete the TD Newsletter plugin via wp-admin
– Install the version that is bundeled with the theme from our Plugins Panel”

I have had problems with the images have disappeared.
I have restored the site from a backup, installed Theme Mobile again, but the problem still continues.
I have deleted and disabled the cache plugin but the problem persists.
What I can do?
Also, checking error logs on server is helpful if things ‘suddenly’ crash without warning. Also check into security hardening your WP install to stop resource hogs from hack attempts.

I am receiving a td_wp_booster error which has crashed my site. This happened today. I am using newspaper 9.6.

after last update, the mobile theme is not showing amp site anymore
I reinstalled mobile theme, official amp for wp and saved permalinks

Please check the requirements guide carefully and if needed increase the parameters mentioned in it, or ask your hosting provider to do it for you if possible.
That message you are receiving could be caused by a low max upload size value, like in this similar topic

Yes, this problem is because the plugin make some conflicts with our theme, if you’ll deactivate that plugin, and you’ll clear all cache the layout will be like before ( there is no need to reinstall the theme).

Exactly as explained, i have selected the mobile only option and installed another amp plugin. It shows fatal error. That’s why i have contacted support.
I’ve Uninstall all the plugins but yet, I can’t save my settings.

I have tried to install the theme. It uploads 100% to the site, but then I keep getting the message:
“The link you followed has expired.
Please try again.”
I have tried on different browsers and different computers. I have increased the max upload size of the site. And last night I installed a different theme with no problems.
What am I doing wrong?
