First of all, ensure that you have disabled the WP Rocket because this is not a tested plugin and it seems to be a problematic one, make sure that you have correctly installed the theme via FTP way and then, try to the following code into your .htaccess core file from here ->

Set up the below code in .htaccess!

Please go in /data/18/2/107/137/2596952/user/2848103/htdocs/WordPress/wp-content/plugins/ and remove/delete td-composer after you do that try to install it again.

Something must have happened with the database, I can’t find much online about this problem.
From I did find, The Not unique table/alias regarding the wpxp_postmeta database table could mean there are two of them for some reason. If you have a database administrator he could take a look, should know more about it.

If you did something before the issue started happening, like installing a plugin or adding various codes, try to test without them.

Please make sure that you have correctly installed the version of the theme and if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page. Before this, please make a full backup to your database because we will try to update the theme version. Also, we need to have CPanel access for more investigations.

If the left sidebar don’t appear ( https://www.screencast.com/t/qsnv1IwHIIG ) please remove the tagdiv composer and reinstall it, after that if the problem persist please deactivate all plugins that are not tested on our theme ( https://www.screencast.com/t/DYCrLXesOL7c ) , also you can check if you use visual composer to build that page, because you should not use both composers on the same page ( please read more about it here https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ ).

If the pages are built with the tagDiv composer or contain tagDiv composer shortcodes, or you used the cloud library plugin to create templates, then you should not deactivate the plugin. This will lead to problems, also code will be displayed in your pages.

Why did you deactivate the tagDiv composer exactly? We recommend this page builder to be used with the theme, more new features will be added for it specifically in future theme updates.

Maybe that code is causing the problem you mention with AMP. Deactivate the plugin and delete it, then install it again from the theme plugins panel

This will remove any code you might have entered in it’s files. You could also check the theme panel AMP ad code and analytics sections, you might have entered invalid codes there

Hi,

The process of installing a demo without content will import theme panel settings, custom design for some elements, no dummy content. It will not remove default WordPress categories, that is not supposed to happen.

An exception is if you at some point installed a demo with content, then used the imported demo categories as your own. In this case if you install a new demo the old demo will be removed completely, including the demo categories, posts, pages etc.

I am not familiar with the plugin you mention, could be a problem with the plugin if it’s content is lost. Maybe it got deactivated for some reason when installing the demo. It could also maybe be caused by the theme modifications you mention.
