Maybe the demo installation was not completed or there was a problem. Note that if you install a demo without content the homepage will not be provided. Only theme panel settings and custom design will be imported

If you install it with content, the homepage will be imported and set automatically. Then you can customize it as you wish.
So currently there is no demo installed, what exactly happens when you install the demo you want? Are there errors displayed?
Check the theme system status as well

This will only import theme panel settings and demo design, a demo homepage will not be included in this case. You can build a homepage with the tagDiv composer

But note that the demo custom design will only apply in the homepage if the same elements are used. Same grids, blocks etc as the demo. Changing themes would require testing, to ensure everything is set properly and works fully.
It is recommended to place the website in maintenance mode when doing this, or creating local clones of the live website and begin there by applying the new theme and testing.

Unfortunately I cannot access the intended website, I have tried to access it as I have did others before. It did not work no matter what I tried. Those links also do not work for me

However those sound like a lot of issues you are having. They could be caused by plugins installed or maybe theme modifications, in these cases there would be nothing we can do. The theme related articles section and mega-menus are tested extensively and they work just like in the demo

Hi,
After install theme, I cannot access any post from front end while I can edit post in admin panel.
The problem is not present if I use the dafault wordpress theme.
The sample error is as below:
You don’t have permission to access /tfpro/index.php/2018/05/11/hello-world-again/ on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Try deactivating all plugins as a quick test, leave only theme plugins active. Also deactivate the composer plugin and reinstall it from the theme plugins panel

Check if this has any effect. Try with a different browser as well (clear browser caches). If there is still a problem, we could take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, FTP and also cPanel access if possible. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and required plugins installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Hi! i’m using Newspaper 8.7 latest theme. it contains tagdiv AMP plugin, i installed that. but when i check my website AMP Enable or NOT at Google search console it display’s the Message.
“We did not find any Accelerated Mobile Pages in your site”
why it say’s that? i’m using AMP plugin and submit my analytics code.

First of, Great theme! Has epic potential if I can get all these issues resolved.
1. Uploading the theme via WP failed with “The Link You Tried To Follow Expired” – I could not upload the zip file at all, after googling there were multiple possibilities. So I uploaded it via Cpanel File Manager and it worked.
2. Your TD Composure doesn’t work for me, every time I tried to add an element the turning simple/icon just spins around and around no stop… forever.

You will see the Instagram in the footer takes up the entire footer. I have selected footer style 1, which should be 3 rows and a bottom section. But with Instagram its just taken over the entire bottom, no borders at all. From one end of the screen to the other… is that the way its suppose to be?

I attempted to install the Wedding Demo and upon doing so, I refreshed my browser and the demo did not install. in face, my site looks like an older blog. I then tried to uninstall and it DID not rollback to my original site. What happened and how can this be fixed?

We are running newspaper 8.7.3 and while the instagram, twitter, and youtube counters are accurately loading the facebook counter is showing 0 fans, when it should be 1,501
I have tried uninstalling the social counter and installing again, from a post I found elsewhere, but the problem persists.

I installed a clean wordpress 4.9.5, one theme (newpaper 8.7.4) and two plugins (Composer & Social Counter).
Again, I see no items in ADS tab!
The XAMPP PHP version is 5.6.33.
Could this be an issue?
EDIT: The problem is only in Chrome!
Firefox and Opera display the Ads tab OK.
I have install the visual composer but the frontend editor missing… i can have access only in back end editor…
Please note that i have disable the tagDiv Composer because is with limited capability’s
is anyway to enable VC frontend editor ?

I have the same issue.
But for me was not an update because I just bought the theme.
I watched this tutorial ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zCqg3BfQrEY ) and for me, “icon box” element doesn’t exist. And never been there.
I thought I should install them separately, but after I searched information and tutorials on the internet and those icons should be there. But are not.
So, what should I do?
Just purchased this. Dark theme installed demo files but nothing shows. Just an all black page. Home page is set but cant be edited. When you try to edit with composer this error shows:
Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
Page just spins and nothing displayed.
Really not giving any confidence if out of the box the demo cant even work properly.

I had installed Sound Bar demo on my website, I have edited all theme color according to my brand color, I am using Black as the header background color.
My main issue is whenever I or anyone visits my website then for the first 1 sec it shows another color,
For example
If i have seted up my header color as black then for the first 1 second it shows white and then after one second it finally converts to black.
I don’t want this to happen. I just want my color before and after.
So please tell me how to fix this issue.
Maybe it is something specific to your computer, try accessing the website using a different one if possible. If it is still happening there, then it would be something wrong with the install. Your hosting could have an idea about some possible cause, maybe you could ask them as well.
Hi, I have very recently installed Newspaper theme and when using the tagdiv composer, I cannot scroll down the list of elements on the left-hand side. There is no scroll sidebar. The only way to access them is to type individual letter in the search form, but it would be nice to be able to scroll down, too. Is there any solution?

That is not normal, the theme panel is not working properly. Maybe the theme did not install right, try reinstalling it and check if this fixes the issue. Also deactivate all non-theme plugins, if you use a child theme deactivate that as well.

The latest version of the theme has been fully tested and should works as expected, without any problems. I suggest you make a new clean install to another sub-domain for testing, clear all the caches and check the results. You should follow the FTP way for theme installing because this is the surest way.
