Hi,
It actually was chache plugin (WP Super Cache)…
However, the only way to make my site works correctly is deactivate the plugin at the moment…
I checked the guide page (https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/) but still cannot figure out how to set it…
Because, the guide page is written based on previous version of the plugin so the setting page of the CURRENT plugin is different.
For example, there is no “Cache hits to this website for quick access” or “Use PHP to serve cache files.” to check or uncheck for the new version.
Can you tell me how to set the configuration for the latest version of the plugin?
Hi,
If you have installed the mobile theme plugin, content for pages is limited to the mobile editor. This section appears in the page edit screen, on the bottom
– https://www.screencast.com/t/lgszYjDG9y1
You will basically have to create two versions of a page, the desktop one and the mobile one.
The mobile theme will not display content created with composers on pages.
It also comes with a predefined template for the front page, post, category etc. If you would like to display the same content from desktop on mobile, deactivate the mobile theme plugin. This plugin is optional, the website will still display properly on mobile devices because it is fully responsive and adapts accordingly.

Hi,
After changing the permalinks website stopped functioning. I have tried all possible way likes below
1.Fresh installation then change permalinks and stopped working
2. Uninstall all plugin etc
Please do need full help.
Hi,
Try installing the theme again, manually
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Deactivate all other plugins except the tagDiv composer and plugins included in the theme package, and test again.
Also check the theme system status and make modifications to the WordPress and server parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Then create a new page and try to edit it with the tagDiv composer. Please let us know if you still have problems.
Thanks
Salut cstyn,
Poti accesa link-ul aici -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tutorial-good-basic-security-practices/
Multumesc pentru intelegere!
Hello iblyshc1,
Please try to reinstall your theme via FTP way according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ because this is the surest method in this regard. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello mdeleon,
Sorry for this inconvenient! First of all, you should check your system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, make sure that your theme has been correctly installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. For more information about using our page builder, please consult the following useful guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial-2/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
First please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Then try installing the Visual composer plugin again
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
If you still receive the error, try manually uploading the plugin on your server by FTP. Unzip the plugin, and upload it in the WordPress directory, in the plugins folder (it should be wp-content->plugins)
Then go to your plugins section and activate it.
More details about the FTP method in this guide

Thanks
Hello notageek4u,
I have inspected your website and your demo seems to work as expected. Where is the problem? For more information about demo installing, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-installing-demos/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
This is weird indeed. It must come from somewhere, it could not just appear in the Visual composer element list. The fact that the plugin author does not recognize it, it could be added there by a plugin or maybe modifications to the theme or Visual composer.
By default there is no such element provided in the Visual composer included in the theme package.
You could try as a test to deactivate all of the plugins, except Visual composer, clear any caching installed, and check if the element is still present.
Thanks
Guy’s I cannot work anymore. I have the NewspaperVersion: 6.6.5 only because when I installed the lates NewspaperVersion: 8, the website host gave me errors.
Now I have some third-party website taking over the entire domain. So if you go to my website thecromerreader.com, it redirects to some spam website. For the time being, I am using WP default template.
Please help!!!
Hi,
That might be a caching issue. Try clearing the cache and check again. Also check if the cache is configured according to this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks
Hi,
Please check and see if the caching plugin and CDN are configured as mentioned in these guides
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Then test again, and check if everything works properly.
Thanks
Hi,
It was supposed to be this guide, but my colleague made a mistake
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
Try regenerating the thumbnails and the issue should be solved. Also make sure the thumbnails sizes are enabled in the theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
After the regeneration process is complete, clear any caching installed.
Thanks
Hi Simon, I was expecting a bit more thorough approach to be honest.
As I mentioned in the initial post – the only change that was one – was upgrade to wordpres to 4.8.
Te problem is actually fixed without restoring anything, please see below the solution. Hope it will help you troubleshoot similar issues with future users complaining about the same thing.
The answer from our hosting support – the problem is evident from the answer.
As per my initial reply I switched the PHP version to 5.6 again and cleared the cache for the website, which immediately had effect as the login page at https://allontario.ca/wp-admin/ started working again without any errors. To test and verify this I created a temporary user for your installation and then managed to successfully log into the dashboard. While there I went to our SG Optimizer plugin -> PHP Config and ran the PHP 7.0 compatibility check, which reported having one plugin out of date and not compatible with PHP 7.0:
Code:
The following plugins/themes are not compatible with PHP 7.0.

I’m not using wp super cache or seo by yoast. This is also a clean install. I’m running it on a MAMP server. Could this cause issues?
Thank you very much. I exactly installed the child theme and created the module you mentioned under the right folder.
According to my tests child theme and module customizations work well. But on the other hand I am using this line of code to get custom taxonomies;
<?php echo get_the_term_list( $post->ID, ‘post_tag’, ‘<p>Şirket: ‘, ‘, ‘, ‘</p>’); ?>
Actually I used first the name of my custom taxonomy. But I am not be able to get any output. then I changed it to something wrong taxonomy name. In this case the output is broken. So I am sure I am using the right name for my custom taxonomy. But even with the default tags (post_tag) nothing renders out. Probably the problem is related to “$post->ID” but I am not sure because I am not well trained programmer just someone who can read a little bit code and find the way with blind eyes 🙂
Where is the problem? Thank you very much.
hello sir when I am going install plugin js_composer then it shows me error HTTP ERROR 500 so please help me.
Hey Guys! I do totally love this theme!
However, I installed the Craft Demo and the whole front page didn’t install.
My site is: http://foodnservice.com
What do I need to do to fix this all?
Thank you so much!
Hi,
If the ad codes are correct the theme will display them accordingly. Please note that there could be a delay according to Google, before the Adsense ads will display
– https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/76228?hl=en
That may be the case, you could wait for a while and check the results. Try clearing any installed cache as well. Also make sure that the ads are not disabled in the theme panel. The settings should be like this in order to display the ad

Thanks
Hello,
I have a “Big Grid 3” element on my front page.
And for this element, I set filter -> Sort order -> Random Posts.
Well, every time I refresh the front page when I AM LOGGED IN, random posts show up (works correctly) but when I AM NOT LOGGED IN, same posts show up (does not work correctly)…
How can I solve this problem?
By the way, I installed default demo and use child theme.
Hello,
I am trying to speed up the delivery of my website. I have super cache installed and have applied the custom code to make it work with the mobile version of the theme. However when I enable cloud flare it starts sending cache’d mobile versions of the website to the desktop and vice-versa.
Can you please advise the configuration to get cloudflare working with the mobile version.
Many thanks,
Hello sv,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can break the theme layout, like these -> https://www.screencast.com/t/CKQLH3R9k Notice that the first step in debugging on WordPress is to disable all of these and leave just only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem will persist after this, you should try with a fresh install from scratch, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
