You can install a demo with content so you can see the homepage elements live in the tagdiv composer. You can then copy the homepage and uninstall the demo content if you do not want to keep the posts and other templates as well.

Installing a demo with content will provide the homepage structure, without content you will have to build the homepage. You could install the demo without content and use the homepage from the demo folders. Example

Then edit the page with the tagDiv composer and configure the grids and blocks to display the posts you want.

Unfortunately only by installing a demo or by altering the theme css can you add a content background from the theme settings. You can try with css to get a background color for all the content as a custom solution:

.post {
background-color: #e6ded2;
}
Add this code in your theme panel-> custom css box.

First of all, I will thank you for your interesting in our items! Notice that our theme is more powerful which has a lot of settings in the Theme Panel. I suggest you read again the whole theme documentation to familiarize with all of these elements. If you want additional customization and if the theme does not have any such an option for what you want to do, you need to have some CSS skills. The black demo is designed specifically to be black in most part. Uninstalling a demo will remove all demo settings and imported data. Also you could customize the demo stylesheet and change the demo colors if you want, without uninstalling the demo

I can assure you the theme has absolutely no adverts coming with it. Please provide an example of this so we can inspect it. Are you sure you removed all the demo ads after installing the demo? please check the ads section of your theme panel.

The duplicator plugin is highly recommended in the matter.

The positioning of the slider has a simple explanation. In the first website you provided, the politics demo is installed.

By default all pages have a padding top set by the theme, the politics demo when installed will deny that padding with a negative margin

This can be achieved without installing the politics demo. Either remove the padding top with CSS, or set a similar negative margin to the row containing the slider

The Envato plugin may not be the best method to update. There are other more reliable methods

By FTP is the most recommended among all of them. Also remember to update the theme plugins as well.

Sorry but our theme does not reset automatically. Usually installing a demo will overwrite the settings or pressing the reset button in the theme panel reset section, but there is no way the theme can reset by itself without intervention as it cannot do that. There might be a database problem and you could have certain plugins that can change the database. I cannot say for sure what caused the issue unfortunately.
Please try not to use any untested plugins.

First of all, I will thank you for your interests in our theme and our demo styles! Plese keep in mind that each of our demos can be imported and installed from Theme panel, according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-installing-demos/
Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed. In your case, notice that you should purchase another license key for your new projects.!

You can install any demo you want and modify it as you want. If you like the cars demo install it

It can be installed with content (will include homepage and dummy data which ca be replaced with your own) or just settings and design (you will have to build a homepage)

Once installed (with content) simply edit the homepage with the composer and remove/modify/add elements as you wish

Check the permissions on the uploads folder, this could be the cause

Try installing the demo you want again while having all other plugins deactivated, leave only theme plugins active. If you have another demo installed, everything it has imported will be removed by the new demo.

You could simply install the Business demo (with content), this will add the demo homepage, theme panel settings and custom design
