Unfortunately, I do not understand the problem, it will be easier if you can provide some screenshots or a link to your website where I can check the problem.
Normal if you have Newsmag theme and tagDiv plugins enable, then you can install a demo also you can use tagDiv Composer top edit pages
Also make sure that you do not have any extra plugins that interfere with our theme.

after installing the newsletter plugin required by the influencer demo, this happened:

You know that green button EDIT WITH COMPOSER when I use a demo? Well…Is there a way to create a homepage without installing a demo? The Green button does not show. Yes I am logged in.
I have purchase the theme. but when i tried to upload lifestyle pro theme, the option of installingis disabled in my paid theme. what could be the reason?
Any Html code is not showing in the front end of my website. I tried creating ad modules, editing the ones in the demo, even created a test post and put my Adsense and affiliate code both there, they are showing fine at the back end but just does not show in the front end.
And yes I have tried removing and reinstalling the Tag div composer still did not work.

Hi, I just deactivated all plugins not associated with the theme and cleared all caches. It’s still not giving me the option to turn off all demo content when installing a theme. My site has been down all weekend due to this. Is there someone I can email directly?

The same happens to me.
I have analyzed the site in several ways and have noticed the following:
– The pages that were had before installing the template do not inherit the icons of the menu that comes in the demo.
– The pages that are created after importing the demo do have the menu and show the icons.
– When this new page is edited with TDC (TagDiv Composer) that does have the menu and icons as in the demo, something happens: They are not visible on the website but they are visible in the editor.
I have checked the logs in PHPMyAdmin and did not detect any inconsistencies but I suspect that the TDC is not saving ALL menu information correctly. This is probably due to a problem with the memory_limit parameter of PHP or WP-Config.
This may help you detect and correct the problem.

This is my first day using the newspaper theme , all I have done is install a demo and now I am here looking for support.
I tried to create a review post but seems like there is some bug happening. As soon as I try to create a review post with gourmet pro templates, the posts page started giving a fatal error and stopped responding.
After running some file checks, seems like the tagDiv cloud library plugin was shooting the error. just after deactivating the plugin, the posts started working and again activating it was creating the error.
Also, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Demo, just as I uninstalled the demo the review element started showing on the post and after installation again stopped showing.
Please help regarding this, as most of my posts are review posts and i am hoping to go with the Gourmet demo too.

There is a big white (blank) space below the sub footer on home (front) page only. Blank white space is not presented on post page. I tried every setting one by one but this error still presents. How to fix this problem. I am building my site from scratch with the help of tagdiv standard pack, without installing any demo.

If you want to have the same design, all you need to do is to install the demo -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/ with content after that you can adjust it using tagDiv Composer.

Steps to troubleshoot:
– check the permission on your upload folder
– Please make sure that WP_DEBUG is set to false wp-config.php

Hi lorrainedzeka, sorry, but I do not understand what is have to do our theme with your host from Bluehost.
Also please note that if you use a demo and you edit the posts pages prom that demo, when you uninstall it or change it these will be removed, therefore you need to make your own posts, categories, pages … please check our documentation for this -> https://i.imgur.com/SluT5K9.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
If you made your own posts, then these will not be remove by our theme, only if you are using extra plugins or is done manually.

The demo you are using has the option for layout boxed enable, please go in theme panel> theme colors > general theme colors -> https://i.imgur.com/zmYvnKE.png and make sure that this option is set on disable.
After that you will be able to use tagDiv Composer to stretch the row with -> https://i.imgur.com/6SbnlTY.jpg select the row and stretch it as you like -> https://i.imgur.com/cHgsCRN.jpg

Please do not share your private credentials o forum.
As I can see now you have installed a demo but without content -> https://i.imgur.com/ORMiz5a.png and the post you have do not have set a featured image.
Also I reinstalled the demo with content and now is look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/pmCGREU.jpg but please do not edit the demo content -> https://i.imgur.com/Pnrcbam.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-installing-demos/
Also the Newsmag theme do not have a full width content only boxed content.

Most of our demos are made using posts, therefore when you delete theme, then the layout will no longer be the same.
Now you can import a demo with content (posts and it will be as in our live demos) or only with the settings and you add your content.

After you install the theme and you activate it, you can import the demo you like -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/ then all you need to do is to add new posts to your website, also maybe you want to make some changes for categories, then you can adjust the posts you want to display on your homepage using tagDiv Composer and our guide for blocks -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/

I have pretty much incorporated all the changes mentioned in the link and I am attaching the system status of my newspaper theme as well.
Please Note – I have installed wp cache plugin as well, it doesn’t make a difference.
Furthermore, I have scrutinised the same issue, on Newspaper own demo version of the themes and friends using the newspaper theme (of i am aware of), and can send the video for the same. I don’t think, the speed or resource error would be there, in newspaper own database of demos. The error is solved after installing plugin for wp menu, but the plugins are not so good, and I really want to keep my theme safe and clean using the Newspaper own theme menu.
