I have uploaded a custom font which successfully displays if i apply it to the content.
I’m not able to get the same font to successfully apply to the site Text Logo. When I save and refresh it is not applied.
Do you know why this might be?
In the Search Console there is new Page Speed Report online. It tells me that I should avoid cumulative layout shift. Mine is over 2,5 s for mobile and desktop. So the pages are categorized as slow. But what should I do? I have nothing changed concerning the layout?
I have done some research in the meantime and found out that it must be a problem concerning the theme layout. There is a placeholder missing for the logo in the desktop version. So, at first the text is loaded and then the image. So text shifts down and the high cumulative page shift that kills the page speed is perfectly done. Can you provide a code to set the logo image in container / placeholder to avoid that problem?
The cumulative page shift also concerns any and all images in a post as well as ads if they are not placed in a container that tells the browser the height and width of object to be loaded.

When I upload my logo – two versions – small and retina – the logo is blurry. Any suggestions? They are high res and sharp when I view them in Photoshop. I’m using .png.

Please note that the logo that we recommend to use is 272 x 90px, if you use bigger sizes you can use header style 9, 10 or 11, also you can use a cloud header, this can be edited with tagDiv Composer and you can set what logo you want.

Hi ! So, i’m pretty new to wordpress and I’ve been struggling with the logo.
I’m using the right size, and the quality of my image is really good, but it keeps coming out really ugly (low quality) in my Header + it’s really tiny. Do you have any idea why ?
My second question is that, when I try to change the color of the header in the theme panel… it does nothing !

the logo was done by one of YOUR team members. on a daily basis i am having problems with this template. yesterday my entire site crashed and i couldn’t log on to my domain.. the day before i received an email saying “tagdiv cloud library fatal error”.. i don’t know how to include screen shots on the forum – pls. advise. thank you.

It is also weird because if I look in the backend in the themepanel I see the logo and such. However on the frontend, there is no logo. It is just the name of the site. So it also doesn’t show the settings of the themepanel on the front end it seems.

Dear Sir,
I have included a screen shot of my site on mobile here https://www.screencast.com/t/WDUbDlAmiFX4 Its the first time I noticed no branding or logo loading up in the top bar. are my settings wrong or is that the default look?
In theme panel > header it says not to load a logo for mobile if you’re using style 4,5,6 which I am (using 5). what can I do?

I have disabled the mobile theme and opening the the newspaper theme on moible – https://jvalin.com and i see that both default logo and text logo is getting displayed, how do i remove this?
