Moreover, on other pages that are structured like a table, the info is all over the place. ( see members section)

I have imported a header to create my own template. The header I imported is ‘Culture’ I have customised it (see enclosed).
I am having a problem with adding an element to it. I would like to add to right-justified of the logo area a banner ad that would be consistent with header banner ad. No matter how I try I cannot get the ad in there, it won’t let me add/drag anything else to that area.
How do I get around this?

I’m really confused now, you walked me through a process to get a different header on a category. The theme has the ability to format category pages in the admin. So are you saying that i can create a header for a category page, but not the posts in that category?
I’m also having an issue with the logo. I can see my logo is set to the laval island logo in the admin, but when i look at the page https://www.westislandblog.com/category/laval/ on my mobile device, it is the west island (site wide) one. Even tho the layout is coming from the template (it’s layed out different than the site wide, so i can see it’s different on mobile)

Hi,
1. If you want to import pages from tagDiv Cloud Library you need to import homepages, if you want to change the post templates you need to import single post templates ( you can not set a single post template content in a page ).
You can edit/build pages and template using tagDiv Composer.
2. You need to use the header manager and check the sticky menu, scroll until you see the sticky menu and click on logo -> https://www.screencast.com/t/o6Z8zoJoWbFY

Hi,
I purchased this (very nice) theme because it was recommended for content-heavy designs in a blog article.
I was wondering which sub-theme theme to use? Meaning which theme within Newspaper? I originally was going with “Classy” but it seems to be mostly images.
We have way too much long, heavy content for so much. This is actually more of a humanitarian / non-profit site, but we thought it would be analogous since there are no good themes in that category.
Any suggestions?

I cannot click or save anything in the Theme Panel menu. I tried to remove the stock Gossip logo from the theme panel but I can’t click upload or remove, and when I type in a text logo, there is no place to save it.
I receive this error when I try to access the misc. section.

That demo uses a cloud header template. In order to customize the header you will have to edit it with the composer.
Access the cloud templates section and edit the nomad header – http://prntscr.com/nfqrj2
remove the text logo and icon – http://prntscr.com/nfqx6k w2hich the demo header uses initially – http://prntscr.com/nfqxuf and make the image logo visible

Then the logo set in the theme panel will be shown. If you have more questions let us know.

Hi, when we setup the latest version of the theme (newspaper) was everything ok, we installed all the plugins and set up logo and titles…
after while the menu on mobile version stopped work, we checked everywhere to see if was some configuration wrong. but nothing is showing be wrong. Can u help usplease.

Hi,
If you want to have a logo in full size you need to use a different header like 9/10 or 11 these are the only headers that do not have the default size for logo and will take the size you set.

Hi, I don’t think i’m being clear. I have a site wide logo, that i want on all pages. I want a different logo for the post category called Laval. In this thread, you have helped me do that using the cloud templates.
Here is how it is working now:
So on my main category page https://www.westislandblog.com/category/laval/ i have the logo i want, it’s not the site wide logo, it says laval not west. All good
I also want all the posts that have their main category setting set to laval, to have that same topper. That was my assumption, all Laval posts, will use the template i’ve set for the laval category. This is not happening. https://www.westislandblog.com/laval-mayor-declares-a-state-of-emergency/ So my question is, how can i set up a template/template header for all posts that belong to laval category.
also another issue is the mobile menu doesn’t work in the Laval Cagegory page. I realized that i have to set up the header for mobile, so i’ve done that, the logo shows up, but not the menu.

Even though I selected full size at the logo selection it scales to 90px.
So is there an easy way to set it to 120px or do I need to change CSS to?

Regarding on saving issue, please notice that the reason for that error might be your system status parameters. Please check the values of them to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Probably, your PHP memory is exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything.
Also, I have checked your website and I saw that you have two different logos on it. On that category page you have a logo and for those pages, post pages you have another logo. This case is happening because, for that category -> https://www.westislandblog.com/category/laval/, you are using a template where you set up this header from Cloud Template Library. If you do not want it, you need to remove that Category Template from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/jRcoDgLYZooB and chose the Inherit from Global Settings if you want to have the same header for the whole of your website or you can edit that category template and change the logo from your header section to be the same.

That is a header logo, not a slider image. It is a header style that uses a full logo such as header styles 9, 10 or 11. The food recipes uses header style 11.
The big image is the site logo.

I’m using the 12 block which looks fine, but then some of the images are cropping and showing up as different sizes. I wish I could make it so that all the images are the same size. It seems like the theme wants to crop my images with the logos so that there’s less background space and then for some reason it makes them a different size. Is there anyway to stop this?

The logo with background do not fade in anymore with that code. But unfortunately the menu still fades in.

I have activated the default AMP plugin from the newsmag theme update in December 2018.
However, I have difficulties in the settings. Can you help me arrange it? here are some points that I want to set.
1. I want to change fonts, either for Title, Content Text, or others.
2. I want the header logo to be in the middle.
3. I want to hide the categories in breadcroms.
4. I want the display of the sharing button to be in a circle.
5. I want to display Author Box.
6. I want the related article thumbnail image to be visible.
Here I attach my screenshot image of the AMP version that I want to set.
And, if you wish, please help also to check whether the AMP settings on my website are correct in accordance with AMP regulatory procedures.

ah, think a bit of a mystery is solved. i have to create a header template, then also a category template and use the header on it. I’m struggling to save the template tho. It says it’s saving it, but then when i try to leave the page, it tells me “unsaved content, still want to close tagDiv composer”. If i exit, my header is only partially saved. At the moment i can’t get the menu in there. I’ve tried creating it again, and same thign. I manage to get the logo, and widget in the area, but no menu

I have checked your header section and I saw that you are using logo image and logo text with tile for your logo section, sorry! If you want to display an Ad Banner you need to add it from TD Composer and set up to display every ad you want from your Widgets section.
