When I create a new page or article, it does not show up the header, main menu, top menu, logo and page title.
It is lacking the whole section.
Please check the following link to open the image: https://snipboard.io/0tL8kc.jpg
Thanks and waiting for a fast solution.
Hello Support Team,
I have tried to embed the google add script on the front page header of my website: https://rarecoins.news next to the logo but after I place the script in the custom ad section and save it it still not showing. Please see image below:

Thanks.

Hello, when I am trying to print a post using the Social Share button, it includes the sticky header and that overlaps the logo and the top area.
How can I exclude the stick header from the print option?
Thank you
Hello,
I’ve added the code, but the main image is still clickable.
I looked into the source code just to double-check if i’m seeing a non-cached page and the code is present:
<!-- Custom css from theme panel -->
<style type="text/css" media="screen">.td-read-more{display:none;}.td-main-logo img{width:auto!important}.td-image-container{pointer-events:none}</style>
Thank you
Thanks Anamaria, but that solution doesn’t append to the social media icons that are defined. Can you please add it to the next update of Newspaper? Might be handy to add some ’empty’ sharing referrers so that in future we can create their logo’s ourselves in case we like to use a soc media channel that is nog part of your predefined list?
Hello @stefanegirard !
You can delete the text Pulses PRO from there and let only your logo to appear: https://prnt.sc/7LbqhQhKNbid
Click on that hamburger menu and choose a menu: https://prnt.sc/KM1WiaiJlPSD or you can delete this element.
You can customize the mobile header as you wish in the TgaDiv Composer.
Edit the single post template with the TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport and make sure you have the element called single post content.
Thank you!
Hi Bettina, I saw all the tutorials, made changes but I still can’t change the website logo, could you help me?
Yes, I used Updraft Plus to export the site and uploaded the files via FTP to the proper folder. Used the export theme settings and imported that as well as what you had just explained for the cloud template(appeared to be empty). The header logo is back, but the nav menu is not the same and the heading font is different. Inspecting the element on the old site shows the font used as Satisfy, yet on the imported site it shows a standard font.
I checked the header style and it is style 10 for both, not sure what is missing at this point. I alter my .hosts file so I can change back and forth to see the new site from the old. (not that it matters for transferring files)
Hello @novodia!
If you use cloud templates, then you need to change the logo in the tagdiv Composer.
Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!
I’ve already made several changes to the ThemePanel and using Div as well and it doesn’t change on desktop or mobile
Thank you again for your response. I have the logo added in the mobile edit screen, but it still doesn’t show up when browsing:
Hello!
I can see your logo here: https://prnt.sc/6P828r34hIpZ and in the footer as well.
You should edit the pages with the TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
Please note that you should add the logo element in the header zone of your mobile version because it is different than the desktop one.
Thank you!
Hi,
For mobile please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport on phone, select the header logo and change it => https://i.imgur.com/cR7F0v4.png https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/
For Mobile Theme plugin, you can change the logo from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme -> Header.
Thank you!
I added a screen capture of the formatting issue on mobile:
https://app.screencast.com/9dZXiKLrG5PBe
For whatever reason, it is only happening on certain posts. Some of the posts are displaying properly. Also, I still can’t get the site logo to display at the top even though I have this set in the mobile editor.
I should also add that the mobile version is not working properly either. I am not getting the site logo thumbnail nor is the navigation menu working. Thumbnails are not loading on the mobile version either.
Hi Bettina,
I have followed all the steps you mentioned in the post you linked and they did not resolve the issue.
Suggesting that we try on a fresh WordPress install does not help with the issue we are having. We do not want to rebuild the entire site. We are simply attempting to upgrade from Newspaper 9 to Newspaper 12 in order to take advantage of the malware patch in Composer version 4. When we upgrade, the site looks fine except that the header with our logo and menu no longer shows. And with Composer throwing this error we cannot edit the page to fix it.
The “Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue.” error does not appear when editing using Composer in our Newspaper 9 site, but only after upgrading to Newspaper 12.
We have also tried updating to Composer 4 on our Newspaper 9 site, but installing it creates a critical error.
Can you give us any more assistance to get this resolved? Please help.
Thank you,
Hey, thank you for replying
The problem is, when I update to the latest version of newspaper it changes my entire home page to show the code and disables my logo. Almost as if it’s incompatible. Which is why i reverted back to older versions of the newspaper theme.
Please help.
Voiceofmotown.com
I updated the theme and now I can’t get the logo to display on mobile devices.
Appreciate the help!
Hi, both layouts are created for the mobile version, but the logo is on the left
No, I’m afraid you aren’t answering my question.
I’m not talking about the various fields like “meta property=”og:description” set by Yoast.
I’m talking about this line, which is set further down in the page, appparently linked to a logo or something?
Could you please look at my code and help?

hi,
tagdiv composer mobile version the logo is centered. https://ibb.co/8NzLCq3
When I open it in the browser on my iPhone it appears like this. left logo. https://ibb.co/X2MXwjk
I find it too difficult, I’m not familiar with these issues, I mainly go to cloud template to see how to design from the towntalk homepage interface.
Problem 1: I want to see how to put the logo in the menu header and remove the home text from the menu.
Problem 2: I want to see how to create a durable and recommended tab
Link: https://ibb.co/cNDbbsT
shure I done:
mobile design is more lightly rispect others…
(logo is the same everywhere and it is 1°, the appropriate, never “NEWSPAPER”)
maybe You can indicate me where have a look…?
thank you
Hi,
For this, I recommend using two templates, one when you have a publish date and the other one where you have a modified date.
You can assign/duplicate multiple templates. See https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/different-logo-in-categorypage/ for more information. The same steps are for all templates.
Thank you!
Hi,
I experienced a ‘critial error’ so I was not able to enter the backend. My hoster did a ‘reset’ of the database so access was possible. All postings, comments etc. are still there but the theme settings were obviously gone (no logos, no ads etc.) – instead social media logos were there, tags and author are shown in article view (which was deactivated before).
Is there an explanation for this? Where are the settings stored – database? Can I restore settings or are they lost?
Thanks
Petra
