Hello there,

Im so sorry, but I would like to receive a refund. I have bought newspapers 3 days ago and I didnt like the result.

My website is running slower with the theme Newspaper with all those plugins, I made several test in “test” pages and its running slow, I dont want to image this theme running in my live wordpress and also I couldnt edit max_input_vars and WP Memory Limit in my wp-config-php because it doesnt have those lines.

Do you know how can I apply for a refund? Thank you.

Hi,

Please make sure that you have set enough wp memory, fro theme and WPML
Requirements for Newsmag -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/
WPML’s Minimum Requirements -> https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/
Translating the post is like creating a different post, when the language is changed the post is changed. This means that all the post settings have to be set for each post, including the primary category, source and via, post template etc.

Thank you!

Hi

In order to increase the WP Memory Limit you need to open the wp-config.php and add this line of code define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' ); here, just like this -> https://i.imgur.com/kHKlWXV.png -> https://i.imgur.com/mZlK9Fy.png for max_input_vars you can ask your host to help you, in most cases, this can be set in php.ini or .htaccess as in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/

Hope this will help you, if there is anything else, just let me know!
Thank you!

Hello there,

I have followed up this guide but I cant find the lines in my root/wp-config.php file.

Cuz in STATUS I can see this:

1000 – the max_input_vars should be bigger than 2000, otherwise it can cause incomplete saves in the menu panel in WordPress. To see how you can change this please check our guide here.

And

40 MB/request – We recommend setting memory to at least 128MB. The theme is well tested with a 40MB/request limit, but if you are using multiple plugins that may not be enough. See: Increasing memory allocated to PHP. You can also check our guide here.

To add: I have reviewed the requirements link that always gets referred to and have adhered to the requests in the guide.

I have worked out that if I activate ALL of the theme plugins with the exception of “TagDiv Cloud Library” the site is available and no max out issues.

However, the second I install/activate the “TagDiv Cloud Library” plugin, both Memory and I/O max out and the site returns a 503 error.

Recently purchased the full newspaper theme but when I try to install the theme and enable the plugins (there are approx 10 articles just to allow me to develop the site with very few other plugins installed), the website returns a 503 error.

Investigation in the cPanel shows Physical Memory maxed out at 512MB and I/O maxed at 1MB.

Can anyone confirm why this would be the case (never had any issues with other themes before) and what the minimum specs are to use this theme?.

Thanks,

James

I experimented with placement of the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT statement within the file, and finally got it to work.

This issue is closed.

Thank you.

I have made the changes suggested to WP_config, and the hosting company has verified the new memory size limit, but your script is still reporting 40M. Please acknowledge.

Thanks

My website is at
https://ebimeks.com/

Can somebody advise me what to change, what changes to make it work better?

Both websites operate on the same server. In addition, with high beta traffic the server is overloaded in terms of memory usage and CPU utilization. Nothing like this is happening on my current theme.

I prepared a version of my website using the Newspaper theme, but the new page is very slow. The amount of content is practically the same as before, but now everything works much slower.

My website is at
https://www.cyrkf1.pl/

The beta version based on the Newspaper theme can be found at
https://www.cyrkf1.pl/Beta2/

Can somebody advise me what to change, what changes to make it work better?

Hi,

In did there are some resource that you need in order to do not have problems with theme, for example our theme request 256MB wp memory, WordPress recommendation are the same, all plugins that you have installed needs memory, even the cPanel need memory.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

Hi there
I have an issue with Newspaper X. If I enable it, it uses all memory. I have 2GB of RAM.

I am experiencing high memory consumption on Newspaper. What is happening with tagDiv Composer? If I turn it off, everything is fine.

This is an almost clean install. There are some posts and website has almost no visits. If I disable your tagDiv Composer, it will work (normal memory consumption, ofc no styling) but once the composer is on, I get a ton of requests.

Hello !

The caching plugin option was made for the Wp Super Cache only because that is the recommended plugin to use. But if WP Rocket works for you, then you can ignore that.

As for the WP memory limit please make sure you’ve cleared your cache but that is an issue that has to be resolved by the host.

Thank you !

I’ve just installed Newspaper 10.3.1 with the Pro demo, but when I tried to access TagDiv composer from “Edit With TagDiv Composer” link I received the following message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 262223 bytes) in /home/*****/public_html/news/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_main.php on line 699

I’m using PHP 7.2.7 and have made the suggested changes to wp.cofig and php.ini outlined on:

https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Wordpress emailed me the following data:
WordPress version 5.3.2
Current theme: Newspaper (version 10.3.1)
Current plugin: tagDiv Composer (version 2.5 | built on 11.03.2020 13:35)
PHP version 5.6.40

How can I fix this?

Hi.
I recently installed newspaper theme and i use WP rocket as my caching plugin. However, when I click on status, it doesn’t show that the theme recognizes I have a cache plugin in place.

there is also another issue. MY hosting provider changed WP Memory Limit from 40 to 128 but its also not updating and its not showing the value they changed it to on the status. How can I solve these issues?

Good morning
I contacted my hosting service (godaddy) to try to solve this problem, appears from Sunday but it does not resolve.
I am attaching the parameters from system status of the theme Newspaper.
max_imput_vars: 1000
WP Memory Limit: 40MB/request
Caching plugin: No caching plugin detected

Hi,

Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit, I’ve set it to 256M, now it should work -> https://i.imgur.com/Hjpd1Qk.png
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

Let me know the results!
Thank you!

HI,
I am in the process of building a site with newspaper theme. I was almost ready to go live when Tag Div started slowing down when loading, then suddenly would not load on the home page or when trying to add a new page. I have migrated the site to VPS as I thought it was a memory problem. Any advice please?

Hello,
I have the same problem. In the theme panel, clicking the ‘Save Settings’ button results in infinite loading.
Tried removing other plugins, clearing cache, increasing memory limit to 64MB (through wp-config.php). Still, the problem persists.
Not sure how I could purge the CDN files (I could use Cloudflare but I don’t want to mess with the nameservers because the effect of the change could take up to 72 hours and I will lose my deadline).

Awaiting your reply as soon as possible.
Thank you.

Hello,

I seem to be regularly receiving a critical error message. The error points to the TagDiv Composer Plugin; i have put an excerpt of the error below.

I have raised a ticket with my hosting provider also, who has told me that the plugin is out of scope of their support, even though the error message seems to point to a memory issue.

Please note that the PHP version has been upgraded to 7.3

Could you please assist me with this?
