While creating page through composer, it opens fine but when I am trying to drop elements then that part of the screen became grey and a spinner spins indefinitely. I tried to create new page and also tried to edit the earlier one. both have same results. Composer version is 2.1 and theme version is 8.7.2,
max_execution_time 600
max_input_vars 5000
SUHOSIN installed false
mbstring available
WP Memory Limit 512 MB/request
WP version 4.9.5

Hello,
Please also use this guide to get the rest of the memory allocation in check:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thank you!
The reason is this line in wp_config.php file:
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘-1’ );
I changed to “define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );”
It works fine.
even my wp-define is set to false,
even my wp-memory is 128M
Hello,
Please check your host and check the error logs. You may have an error on your install causing the high cpu load. Check all the logs and see exactly what takes up the cpu memory. I cannot say for sure why this happens.
Thanks.
Hello,
Please use this guide to make the proper memory allocation on your host: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
As for visual composer, it could be a different issue than the memory allocation. Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate the issue.
Thanks.
Hello,
You will need to disable all plugins at once. Test the site with absolutely no plugins at all. You will have to clear all caching as well.
A poor memory allocation can also cause the cpu to run at 100%. Please use this guide to properly increase the php memory and wp memory: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Also please try to update the php version to above version 7 if you use older versions of php.
Thank you!
Hi,
A memory limit of that size would be sufficient in most cases, so there should be no errors. Check in the theme system status and see what is displayed there
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
From what I found online that error is caused by insufficient memory
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/
Try if possible to increase the allocated memory (if allowed by hosting as well) then check if this solves the issue.
Hi,
That would be an unusual amount of time to load a page. There have been many optimizations made in the latest theme version to ensure the tagDiv composer is fast to load.
Basically the theme requirements are these
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
The system status should be according to the guide, WP memory can be higher if possible. Additionally try as a quick test to deactivate all other plugins except theme plugins, then check to see if there is any improvements. Let us know the results.
Thanks
If i enable tagDiv Multi-Purpose plugin , there was an error showing
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 100139008) (tried to allocate 6400 bytes) in /home4/speci/mydomain.com/wp-admin/includes/post.php on line 120
And i not able to upload image also after activating this plugin
it showing http error ,if i deactivate this plugin and upload means it is ok . .
My php.ini settings have these value and conforimed by seeing info.php
post_max_size 64M
max_execution_time 300
max_input_vars 2000
memory_limit 256M
Hi ,
I m getting http error while uploading image . . I have modified php.ini file
max_execution_time -300
max_input_time -300
memory_limit -512M
post_max_size -64M
And in wp-config.php
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);
Even though the error is not solved after setting this param.
Hello parsonsdesign,
First of all, please ensure that your system status parameters are highly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, the PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
Please use this guide to increase the memory allocation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thank you!
Hi,
First please check the theme system status parameters
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If necessary, ask your hosting provider to increase the value of those parameters according to the guide (WP memory can be set higher if possible). Then check if the composer works properly. Also test on a new page. Let us know the results.
Thanks
Hello sejpost,
Make sure that your system status parameters have been correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, the PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
I cannot add elements in the home page using TD composer. When I drag an element only the name of the element appears.
Not the element placeholder with the element options. The tagdiv composer works fine in other pages.
I have attached a relevant screenshots and my system status.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
It could also be a file permission issue: http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/wordpress-user-roles-and-permissions/
Also please make sure you increase your memory allocation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thank you!
Hello,
Not sure what’s causing this issue but every attempt to upload an image to my media library results in an “HTTP Error” message. Can you help me pinpoint what’s going on? I spoke to my host and they have assured me that my memory limit isn’t the issue. They said that the images are taking a while to upload and the server “times out” when that happens.
tks

Hi,
That could be caused by insufficient resources, please check the theme system status
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase the mentioned parameters if needed. The WP-memory should be set higher if possible. Then check if the issue is solved.
Thanks
Hi, I get this error hundreds of times. PHP Fatal error: Out of memory in Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_util.php on line 1381
My memory is 512m. system status all ok. This error in my website logs is 100 times and make 500 error in my website, i disable all the plugins, same problem. please help.
Hello,
Please use this guide to make the proper memory allocation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thank you!
Hi,
There seem to be multiple errors in the inspector console on your website
– https://www.screencast.com/t/FaNCkSndZ4L
Most seem related to the ads on your website. Maybe you did not implement the ads properly, try removing them temporarily and see how this affects then website. Additionally try as a quick test to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins. This should have an impact on speed, plugins are the main cause of website speed issues.
Also check the theme system status and make sure there are sufficient resources allocated by the server (especially WP memory)
This would also be a limiting factor, if not set properly.
Thanks
Hi,
For admins the button should be visible either when creating the page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Hk5oeLDzDHy
When viewing the pages screen, for each page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/5ismLSF7Mbw
Or in the admin bar when viewing a page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Fni36pK2O
If the composer does not appear in these locations for you, then there could be an issue. Check the theme system status and ask your hosting provider to increase the mentioned parameters if needed (WP memory could be set higher if possible)
Also deactivate all other plugins except theme plugins, see if this has any effect. Let us know the results.
Thanks
Hi,
First make sure you are installing the actual theme zip file, not the whole theme package
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/
– https://www.screencast.com/t/YAstK6bLp
You could also install the theme by FTP, that is the most recommend method
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Also that message could be related to insufficient WP memory or limited max upload size
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-increase-the-maximum-file-upload-size-in-wordpress/
Those parameters could be checked by the hosting provider and increased if needed.
Thanks
