Hi,
I just checked the website and I see that the hamburger menu is ok on mobilehttps://i.imgur.com/f2zoXkk.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/amJn36z.png
Maybe you are referring the arrows for dropdown menus are not displayed, for this please try this css
.td-mobile-content .td-icon-menu-right {
display: inline-block;
}

This code can be set in the theme panel > custom code> advance css> mobile section.
I hope it will help you!

Since the last update, the front page of our website (Egzostive) is basically “gone”.
This means that it starts with a “lite” view (maybe the mobile view?) With a lite menu on the side, and the three line to access it.
This one does not have the slider or the widgets, just a list of latest articles. And it also misses the front banner, and instead it shows “Newspaper Discover the art of publishing” as logo.

Once I click to the second page (in the bottom navigation menu), I get the full page layout.

I thought this could be badly archived update that comes back from some cache, but I deleted it manually in the Dashboard.

Hi,

Please add an option to add and style menu descriptions for menu items and display them for all menu shortcodes in TD composer (Header menu main, mobile horizontal menu, mobile menu, and list menu) like in newspaper default demo “FEATURES” menu item and tagdiv homepage “Services” menu item, etc.

Thanks.

Hello,
Can i create a different menu for the mobile view of my news site. Because the default one does not look professional and i want to create/customize the existing menu sidebar which opens up when i click the hamburger icon.

Hello, my website has the menu bar which is not responsive for some aspect ratios, For mobile it converts to a different menu sidebar but for desktop or tablet view it changes. So if the aspect ratio is 100% on macOS m1 pro then it seems to be appearing fine but if we open the same site on a dell laptop with smaller size the menu bar feels not to be in the same horizontal manner but rather breaks inline. So i have 14 pages mentioned on the menu bar and two or sometime three seem to get on a line below the actual menu bar. Let me know if there is a way that i can format the extras in a ‘Other’ heading and when someone hovers over the extra title they see those extras listed below in a bulleted or column format. It will be much easier for some apect ratios to work perfectly fine.

After upgrading to 12.6 – “general Theme Colors” are messed up. Although a color is specified in theme settings standard color “#4db2ec” or black is used for

– Mobile menu background
– buttons
– Links
– block-title backgrouns (td-block-title ) (–td_header_color is not defined –> black)
– and a few more

See previous post: basically, what’s going on is that in landscape mobile mode, the menu does not stay in mobile menu display mode, it reverts to desktop menu view.

Hello Megan!

Do you mean the login sign/in element or the menu login from opt-in builder?
The first one, is the default login of WordPress and the other one is based on subscriptions.
Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit, delete or adjust the elements to look better.
If you hover over the setting and you have this toggle enabled: https://prnt.sc/SxseKWMXE0Nt, then you can see what it means.
There is actually a recycle bin basket for every element https://www.screencast.com/t/wFYdqgpo6pT
You can hide from all users from the CSS tab of every element -> Display: Hidden. You can also hide the entire row.
If you can’t find an element after you have hidden it on every viewport, check this thread for the solution: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cssdisplay-show-or-hidden/

Thank you!

Ironically, I have the same question today, and I found this post while searching the forums for an answer.

In addition to the questions above, can you tell me if is possible to just hide the sign-in/login/register options completely from the hamburger menu in mobile mode? I’m using a third-party membership plugin and I dont want to show the users this sign-up or login prompt from the mobile menu. Note: I answered this part of my question here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-remove-sign-in-from-the-top-of-the-mobile-menu/

I’d also like to know how do I edit the mobile-menu for the social media icons that show-up within the mobile hamburger menu on the Crypto Pro Template, please? I cant click them and edit them from the TagDiv Composer, and all the links to Twitter/Facebook/etc are still just “#”. EDIT: I found this part in the forums, so this piece of my question is solved: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-can-i-edit-these-icons-on-mobile/

Unfortunately, after I tried both of the solutions that I noted here (in the links above), neither of these changes got rid of the mobile sign-up/login option, nor did my social media icons/links change. I have the Crypto Pro Template Demo installed. Help with this would be appreciate. Thanks!

FINAL EDIT: Okay, I figured out both my issues. The links above DO work, however, in order for me to TURN-OFF the sign-in from the HEADER section, I had to repeatedly hit save…like over and over without refreshing to make it “stick”. What i realized was I was turning off the Header => Sign-in/Join and clicking “Save”….if I refreshed my page, the setting was set back to “ON” again… Drove me crazy. I finally decided to just keep clicking “SAVE”, SAVE, SAVE, SAVE and then finally refreshed and the setting remained off. I’m on a very vanilla installation of WordPress 6.3.1 and on a good web host with PHP 8+ installed, I dont think its my site or server or caching causing this issue. I can even repeat this issue by trying to toggle this setting ON *or* OFF, and if I only click save once…the setting never sticks.

Regarding the social media icons, same issue…just need to hit the SAVE button like 10 times in a row before refreshing or leaving the page.

Not sure if this is only an issue on my side…but maybe this will help someone else in the future who finds my post here.

Hello,

Could you send me to some documentation to explain how the login works for people who become members of the site in order to comment? If you’re not a member, and you use the mobile menu/hamburger, at the top of the menu it says “log-in.” This doesn’t make much sense for someone who doesn’t have an account? Instead it should say “sign-up”? http://www.rareparenting.com How do I remove the “log-in” from the mobile menu?

To that end, how does someone create an account? Is the only way to do it once they leave a comment?

Also, can you confirm, for people who have accounts, how to set up the ability for them to “favorite” articles?

And lastly, is it possible to delete an account once it’s created?

Thanks!

Hello,

You can manage the social icons for the mobile menu from the Theme Panel -> Social/APIS -> Social Networks => https://prnt.sc/10112uu

Hello,

On my website i have mobile plugin and amp plugin installed.
On the mobile plugin i choose Mobile + AMP
On the AMP plugin : Transitional mode with only AMP version on posts
I have a cloud template header and footer with mobile customized version.

When i navigate on my website in mobile all is perfect (menu, header, footer) in all the pages, but when i go to a post i have two choice : the mobile version i customized in cloud template with the header, the good fonts, colors,… and the AMP version with zero customisation, the website looks very bad.

I try to change the AMP version of the website in Theme Panel > Mobile Theme > Theme color, Theme fonts but no change !

2 questions :
– it’s possible to serve the mobile version customized in cloud template on the AMP version ?
– If the answer at the previous question is no, how to customized the AMP template ?

Sorry for my approximate english.
Thanks

Can you please send me the code of this side (mobile) menu page, because when importing (header template) from the Cloud Library in another demo, the settings and the page itself to which the modal-popup refers are not imported. So in other demo you can’t download this page.

This page is not imported and cannot be accessed in another demo.

Maybe there is some way to add these pages automatically in another demo?

Hello @yourcryptowriter!

Yes, it is the default style of menu. The social icons from the mobile menu are coming from the Theme Panel -> Social/Apis -> Social Networks -> https://i.imgur.com/kKYIECB.png remove/edit them after your needs.
You can build a menu like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/ -> example: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_chained_news_pro/

Thank you!

When adding 2 mobile menu widgets for 2 different menus, they both switch to the same menu. How do we show 2 hamburger icons on mobile view that activate 2 different menus?
