Hi,
This image -> https://i.imgur.com/UacwRSX.png is the footer image, this will take you to the homepage, in this way is working the logo, unfortunately the only way to remove the link from the mobile logo is to remove the link from mobile theme files.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello !
You can achieve that by editing the mobile theme in theme panel – https://www.screencast.com/t/TYBMHnKr
Thank you !
Hi Jose,
Yes, if you are using cloud templates, these can not be display on mobile theme as responsive like the pages and posts, this suggestion is added on our list for improvements, but this is the developer decide when it will be improve, as far i know, there will be soon an update, but I do not know if this option will be integrate.
For the moment the developers goal for mobile theme plugin is the speed, not the layout.
Thank you for your understanding and sorry for the inconvenience!
Please do not paste this below message as I don’t see that option in my wordpress
Hello !
The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme.
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC
Thank you !
Hey Theme Support,
Social media icons that are in the mobile menu take me to this site: https://www.boletera.com/www.facebook.com/boletera a 404. The ones in the footer work fine.
Thanks,
I have installed Newspaper mobile theme and its working good but when I am opening in desktop it is opening the same look as it open in mobile. How to solve this issue please tell me.
Your advice about pagination was helpful but the main question remains still. As I told you in my first message, my mobile plugin as activated and have such status. But I have not much successes to make it work properly
If I put in mobile editor any text (“111” for example), my mobile theme became activated, but it destroys my desktop theme. So in mobile and in desktop view my website will look the same
Only after I delete anything from my mobile editor the desktop view comes back. But I do not put anything in mobile theme. I just want mobile theme shows the same as on your demo.
Also, as I noticed that mobile theme articles are presented in two blocks (three wide news on top and Latest articles block). Can I somehow hide upper news block of three articles?
Is there a way or could it be available in the future release of the theme ? It’s really helpful. Because I was stacking on it for a while. I taught I was doing something wrong in my setting. And, after I uninstall and install the full Newspaper theme to the last release 10.3.1, I realised that the problem was after I activated the Mobile Theme, cause before activating them (AMP plugin was always Active) the sticky header option in AMP mobile was working fine in both scrolling up and down. I tested some custom CSS, but I doesn’t give a sence.

I am using the generic theme, when loaded on desktop the background is white which works well for me, but when viewed from mobile device the header background changes to black which I don not want… How can I make the header backgrround to remain white on mobile device too.>> techafriqa.com
Hi,
I got the them a week ago, wrote several posts using TD composer. Today, after I worked on the mobile theme look, the TD composer disappeared on posts, including the ones I wrote using TD Composer.
How do I fix?
I already deactivated mobile theme plugin and I can see home from mobile but the menu does not appear on the mobile. I haven´t amp.
On desktop once I put it to fill the full width but now I can’t find the option to make it stay the same as the menu was.
Thanks

I have a question regarding Newsletter plugin. Can I use it with mobile theme?
I have created a page with cloudlibrary and added newsletter form in it but its not showing in mobile theme.
Can I add a shortcut of newsletter in mobile theme?
Hi, I uploaded woff file from the theme panel and trying to use it as post title on mobile theme. I have set the font to my custom font and it’s even showing that font in the inspect window under css. But it’s not being applied to the title.
Is this a bug?
I too have the same problem. By activating the mobile theme I only see the body of the article but I do not see for example the related articles and the footer. How can I solve it?
Hi,
I think that is because the Persian Language is a RTL Language.
You can try this fix:
#td-mobile-nav {
position: fixed;
}
Paste the code in Newspaper>Theme panel>Custom code>Custom css
Unfortunately our theme is not full RTL so there can appear problems. If you need a RTL theme, you will have to choose a different theme that can provide this functionality. We will be able to provide a refund if you make a request -> here:https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
Thank you fro your understanding!
Hi,
I think that you are using the mobile theme plugin with amp plugin, if yes, please make sure that you are using one of these two option from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/YuE3gZD.png save the settings and refresh the page after that the amp icon will show.
Thank you!
Hi,
The slider is not full width because you have set a background color that is make the website boxed https://i.imgur.com/tiftnFy.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-introduction/
If the slider was set with tagDiv Composer then you can edit the homepage -> https://i.imgur.com/kjo9cxb.png -> set the phone viewport -> https://i.imgur.com/i2JaDaG.png click on the element you want to hide on mobile and set this option from css tab -> https://i.imgur.com/VYviV3Q.png
As I know with WPBakery this can be done only by adding an extra class to the elements and set the code for remover it in Theme panel> Custom code > Advance css > Phones.
Thank you!
Hi,
As I can see on mobile you have the responsive version of the theme -> https://i.imgur.com/xsUh0vU.png and fr post you have the mobile theme plugins. Also the first block is a slide one, you can slide it to the left.
Please check a similar topic: -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-i-cant-see-menu/
Also if i’m right on your homepage you have set a posts loop element with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/UsMgPY3.png then to achievev what you need, you need to set on the row this option (rows that you do not want to have when you are using the pagination) -> https://i.imgur.com/RlD5F7d.jpg
Thank you!
Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://i.imgur.com/9d0UWLT.png
Also you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
If there is still a problem, please let me know!
Hi, now with default htaccess I see the adv.
But I don’t know why mobile theme goes in conflict with the theme.
I use WP Super Cache (with your guide) and sometimes I see mobile theme on PC and desktop version on smartphone.
How can I fix this ?
Hello !
That is because you are using the Mobile Theme. Please disable the mobile theme and everything should work.
Thank you !

Hello team,
I have a custom error page on my website (see from pc): https://bit.ly/2UslGs9
But from mobile (using td mobile plugin), the custom error page does not work. Only the common error page appears.
This is not something that adds many points to a website, but it does add some. When google rates pages, all details are important, including this one.
I explained this many months ago, but we’ve had three updates to the theme already and none of them have fixed this problem.
Can you tell me if you plan to fix it now? Can you give me some options to make the custom error page work on mobile?
Thank you
