Please notice that our theme only have a retina display support for the existent thumbs of the theme, only for block thumbs. The retina display means that when you are on mobile devices which has a retina display, the theme will automatically be loaded another image with high dimensions for better results on mobile. In your case, the optimal solution would be to upload a large image first to get the same result as the retina. As I saw on your sidebar, you are using a simple image which does not use any theme thumb and that’s why you do not have a retina image effect. Please follow my advice and check the results!

If you are using theme mobile you have a special fields in theme panel for ads, also notice that each fields from panel have display on for some devices, maybe one of them is torn off/on ( https://www.screencast.com/t/W5OOsj2fFp45 ).

Please notice that WP Super Cache is only tested with our theme and should bring good theme results. For achieving better results, this plugin has to be configured according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

I have inspected your website on mobile devices and it seems to returns good results. Also, if you want to have another layout for the mobile version, you should use the Mobile Theme plugin according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ Also, you should remove all of your caches and check again the results.

1)There’s an option for it in Theme panel -> Ads section from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/DtwqfXq5P
2)Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you two different headers for mobile and desktop, sorry! You can try using the Mobile Theme plugin.
3)You should check all the Ads settings from our Panel and if you are using the Mobile Theme you will see there some options for Mobile Ads.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option and plugin for this functionality, sorry! You should use such a custom CSS code and hide the pagination for mobile devices.

@sparklegemini_0408 Seems the mobile menu is not accessible in both websites, but there are no errors which would indicate a starting point to investigate.

You could begin with the basic suggestions, which usually work. Investigate all your plugins, all and any kind of code added in the theme panel or theme files (test without it), and also child themes.
