The mobile theme on two separate sites I cannot get to load on phone.

Plugin says active and the tabs are there in the theme panel. I notice under theme panel/plugins it says optional with no button to activate or deactivate the mobile plugin, unlike the others.

Have deleted it an reinstalled. Have also turned off caching. Site behaves on mobile as if plugin not present.

Anything else to check?
Thx

Hello,

The mobile theme plugin will convert your homepage to a predefined one. You cannot create a static page dfor the mobile theme homepage. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Thank you!

Our demo does not have the mobile theme plugin activated. If you do not like the mobile theme, please deactivate the plugin and use the standard responsive version of the theme. This way your pages, posts and smart lists will be kept from the main theme and not changed on mobile.

Thank you!

Hello ex501,

I have checked your website and I saw that you are using the Mobile Theme. Notice that the Mobile Theme plugin will not recognize the Visual Composer shortcodes and that’s why on mobile mode, your pages which are created with Visual Composer will shot nothing. For more information about Mobile Theme, please consult our guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ Also, if you are unhappy with this, you should disable the plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive version.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello,

Unfortunately on the mobile theme plugin you cannot add visual composer elements. You should remove the plugin and use the standard responsive version of the theme. https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Thank you!

More than the title I want to change the css title format. I’m replacing the native title formats by ‘separator with text’ format in all the sections of the site. You can see it in the site (I’ve provided access data via email in reference to the topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-translate-2/).

Is it possible?

Hello,

I’m not sure which tag you are referring to but if you want to place the code directly in the post template, you will have to alter the post template files and place the code above or below the related articles code like so:
https://www.screencast.com/t/49foQP4sTDO
As for the mobile implementation, if you use the mobile theme, then try to disable the plugin to see if the code works in the standard responsive version.

Thank you!

Hello

I am a French user of your theme, please excuse me for the faults 🙂

I have a problem with a theme (Recipes)

I wanted to insert a tag from an ad network at the end of the article but this one does not want displayed in mobiles (on desctop walk very well) I had tried the code on another theme and it works but not With yours.

I tried several plugin integration but nothing is displayed on mobile!

Is there a way to embed the tag directly in the source code of the theme? If so how?

thank you so much

Here is the site where it does not work : http://www.aidersonprochain.com
And here it works (native at the end of the article) : http://www.astucesdelanature.com

Hi, I have the same problem of many folks here. I’ve installed the mobile theme plugin and the translation not work. I’ve seen and tried all the solutions in the forum but no one works. If already is impossible translate the mobile theme plugin, would be possible a css code to hide things like ‘Las Articles’, ‘About us’, ‘Follow us’, etc. They are actually unnecessary for me.

Thanks!

Hello,

Unfortunately you will have to use another tool for this if you do not know how to find the js and css for the mobile theme. Speedbooster was created to be used with the desktop version of the theme, not the mobile theme.
Speedbooster is for advanced users only and requires coding skills to be used properly. If you cannot find the js and css we suggest using another optimization tool or hiring a freelancer to help out as page speed optimization is not part of the theme support.

Thank you!

Hello Lewis,

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change the theme layout for mobile and tablet mode, sorry! As you can see and known, our theme has been designed to be responsive using the breakpoints method with @media queries. So, if want to rule out this behavior, you should check the style.css and you should try to remove all of these rules. Notice that is not a simple task and our style.css core files contain a lot of code and if you are not aware of the changes which you want to do in this regard, you can damage the theme layout, sorry! If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Thanks for the message and for your understanding!

Hello,

1. We are not aware of any compatibility issues between the visual composer plugin and our theme. The js errors originate from an external source. That is why I suggested disabling plugins as they are the number one reason for js errors. This is not always the case though as js optimization and minification can also affect the theme js. A custom code as well or the child theme also if it’s not been updated properly. We assure you that visual composer is fully compatible with our theme as we are the ones providing it. It goes through rigorous tests before release. If you still cannot identify the source of the issue Please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation.

2. As for the page speed I recommend using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/

3. Please make sure you turn on the author and date for posts. Google structure data requires an author and date to be present on each post. That is why you see the errors.

4. If the mobile theme is not working well for you, you can simply disable it and use the standard responsive version of the theme.

Thank you!

Hello laurena86,

I have tested again the code provided you above, regarding on Related Articles and More From Author tab for mobile and it seems to work as properly, as you can see below:

@media(max-width:767px){.td-related-title .td-related-left, .td-related-title .td-related-right{
font-size: 23px!important;
}
}

The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/hjAiLVsEruDZ

Regarding on More Articles Box functionality from Posts, please try to update the theme to the latest version of it and also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, as you can see in our demo preview here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/geLX1k0Er seems to work as properly and therefore,
on your website should function properly if it used correctly.
If the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP and check the result. Clear all your caches, purge CDEN files and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!

Thank you Catalin,

My site url is konica.al and its not public so you can use username: konica password: koni@12 to see it.

I know I sound weird with my requests, but I am constraint to satisfy my client’s “gusto”, and he wants to use big grids all over the homepage but wants to visually differentiante the titles:

1. In the big grid 4 on the top page wants different title colors, font, font-size etc, in other words custom css, and my problem here is that I cannot identify the default css classes of the newspaper theme blocks and their hierarchy and modules to be able to custom code them by myself.

Here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0kbj5CETpoNWERLOFZ2ODJEdnM I want to be able to css-differentiate dhe titles of the same big grid left and right on desktop or bottom up in mobile (big grid 4).

2. Wants the same for the Slide -> https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0kbj5CETpoNLWtXZGFIaG5aVGs

3. If in the homepage the same big grid is placed more than one time, than I should be able to differentiate them by adding a custom class to each one, but again being able to customise each one per se like described in 1.

Here is the big grid on mobile: https://www.screencast.com/t/ld3ByVy5U8
here is post template 9: https://www.screencast.com/t/9165gpl9
here is post template 10: https://www.screencast.com/t/C61ElDyFcD
and here is post template 11: https://www.screencast.com/t/yxJiggaW
I cannot see any black halo you mention. Please provide an example of this as I cannot see any issue.
As for the mobile issue, If you are using wp super cache please note there is a problem in the plugin causing a bit of an issue. Please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-problems-3/

i, hi cannot see the button to instal slider revolution and mobile theme plugin. Why?

Bogdan B.

On the mobile theme there is no smartlist 7 or smartlist 1. It is a single smart list and it is called smartlist_mob. It may look similar to 7 though but it is not the same one.
For the ads, our theme provides ad spots for smartlists for desktop and mobile.
Here is the mobile ad spot: https://www.screencast.com/t/4qLm5lfC
and here are the desktop ads: https://www.screencast.com/t/jVasZv4ziY8
Unfortunately there is no desktop ad spot for smartlist 1. Sorry.
Thanks.

Now you can not see the problem because I added two other new post.

The problem occurs in the featured BIG GRID (in my case the Big Grid 4): using the post template 9, 10 and 11, the images in the BIG Grid, are not displayed correctly (they are covered by a black halo). I also noticed the problem on a site of another customer. Unfortunately I could not take a picture to my phone in the past few days otherwise I would have sent.

If you do not solve this problem I will never use the 9,10 and 11 template.

The theme is very nice and you are professional but I have no problems every day!

Another problem: I installed a premium plugin for the management of social networks, use two different versions of bars, one for the desktop version and one for the mobile version. The mobile version sometimes it works and sometimes not, sometimes in some post work and others do not (mobile I do not view the desktop version). I can not understand, there is something wrong.

Thank you
Edy
