Hello benj0612,
I have checked your website and I saw that you are using the new Mobile theme feature. As you can see, these elements (Facebook classic and Twitter) are hidden for this mobile theme from the code. This feature has been designed to be very simplistic one and also, very faster and that’s why some kind of elements have been hidden. If you are unhappy with mobile theme, you can simply turn off the mobile plugin and the theme will be switched to the default responsiveness version, by default. If you want to add these buttons on mobile theme version, you can do it only if you edit the core file when these are created, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/naLG0dO95Y3 Please notice that is not a simple task and require custom work. So, if you want to display more levels in this regard and you are not aware of the steps which you are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!
For more information about mobile theme, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi, thanks for your answer.
We are not using the mobile theme, actually, we’ve never had this issue before.
Here is our site: http://disruptivo.tv/
The images I’m refering to, is the 3 color buttons under the front grid (pink, green and purple), and also in the podcast page.
Thanks
Hi,
This is the way our theme handles all big grids. There is a scroll bar on desktop, but on mobiles you are able to swipe the content left and right as a slider. All our theme is already responsive. If you do not like the design, unfortunately there is no alternative setting. you will have to make it custom or hire a developer to do it for you.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please make sure you read this guide to learn about how the mobile theme works: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you still have issues with this please provide more details so we can understand how to help.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you use the mobile theme please keep in mind that the mobile theme does not use visual composer. You have to create mobile versions of the pages in the second editor. You can read more on this here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you do not use the mobile theme, then please provide a link so we can inspect your site.
Thank you!
Hello nitinagarwal1988,
Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option that offers you a way to change the fonts for the mobile theme, sorry! Please notice that the mobile theme intends to have a very simplistic layout for having a good performance in page speed and if you want to change the structure of it, you will have to alter the code from the core file, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/OaZv12hNC
If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps which you needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!
Thanks.
Hi,
Please read this guide on the mobile theme to learn how the top block sorts posts: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
It uses the featured posts sorting so if you have old posts in the featured category, it will show those.
Thank you!
Hello sarah23,
This is talking about Mobile Theme. So, please notice that you have this layout for mobile mode because you are using the Mobile Theme and our demo do not use the mobile theme and there it is displayed the normal responsive view for mobile. If you want to have this default layout, you will have to simply disable the mobile theme plugin and the theme will be switched to the general responsive mobile version.
If you want to fins more details about mobile theme, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Hope this helps!
If you refer to something else, please provide more details.
Thanks.
The new mobile theme introduces a second editor for every page. Have you checked that? The new Mobile editor doesn’t directly support VC but I’ve found that if have a VC built page (like a home page), that you ca switch to the classic editor view (where it shows the VC shortcodes in the content) and copy that into the Mobile editor. This defeats the purpose of a mobile editor, but is needed sometimes.
Anyway, might check there first. If that’s not it, might help to include more detail in your request (posts, pages, do the header, sidebar, footer show up but no content? etc.).
Hello,
Currently the Leaderboard Ad I.e. Header Ad of the theme comes above the top menu/logo bar on Mobile Devices. I want to show that ad below the Top Logo Bar on Mobile Devices.
Please let me know how can that be achieved.

Hi
The mobile theme displays on homepage three posts from Featured category then all other posts from the newest to oldest. There shouldn’t be any repetition so try to deactivate all plugins, clear all caches then test the site again.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please provide your site url so we can have a closer look and we will get back to you Tuesday.
Thanks!
Background color on main menu: (White) Text: (black) hover: (orange) (if I change main menu background color in theme panel to background color #eeeeee the text stays black, orange hover disappears and white blocks highlight menu links. I Would like main menu #eeeeee and links and hover to stay the same, no blocks on hover.
Mobile : share button only on mobile (green phone) want to remove.
Posts on home page: I would like white box for post exerts on home page. Example: http://www.radiolab.org/
I know this is a tall order but would really appreciate your help!
Thank you so much.

Hi
The theme is written according with WordPress standards and it’s optimized for best performances. However there are many factors which can influence site’s load time. In terms of page-speed we made a guide which covers most important aspects google notifies you about, you can find it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
I’ve checked your site with google page-speed and from its reports i’ve noticed that there are a few images which slow the load time. Try to optimize the images following google’s docs: https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/OptimizeImages Also you can use leverage browser cache to reduce the size of the css/js resources served by the server: https://gtmetrix.com/leverage-browser-caching.html
To move render-blocking resources in page’s footer you can use Speed Booster plugin. We covered in our documentation at point 5 how this plugin can be used.
Other useful information about page speed can be found in these topics: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/help-moving-style-css-and-fonts-googleapis-com-to-footer/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-booster-questions/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-view-problem-3/
Hope this helps.
Thanks!
Hi
The mobile theme is a plugin included in Newspaper theme and you won’t get any notification from codecanyon in this regard. The mobile theme is available with V 7.1.1 of Newspaper so try to update to that version following our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ Also you can check our documentation for more details about plugin’s usage: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Hope this helps.
Thanks!
Hi,
The image that cannot be foundis the mobile menu background that is also used on the search for mobile: http://screencast.com/t/Jug2oVdTPEk
Please change this image in the theme panel.
As for the bbprtess and woocommerce css these inluine styles were added as there are thme elements such as colors or hover effects that were designed to also affect woocommerce and bbpress. The theme general style will be applied to these plugins as well so the code for them was added inline to the theme code. There is no easy way to remove these parts of the code unfortunately.
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
Hello
Here is my answer ->
Unfortunately, the W3 Total Cache plugin is not tested with our products and we do not recommend it to be used with our theme because this plugin is very complex and it seems that it does not work well with the theme, sorry! We have recommended in the past this plugin for version four of Newspaper but then just with the default settings. Our theme has been developed in a constant way and at the moment, we do not recommend the W3 Total Cache because can damage the theme and we cannot provide support for untested plugins. The only tested caching plugin is WP Super cache and it works as properly with the theme. As a mention, our mobile theme is tested only with WP Super Cache and with another caching plugin it seems that will do not bring best results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello rmothie,
Please keep in mind that our theme has two possibilities for mobile mode. Our new feature in the theme is mobile theme plugin which was intent to display a very simple version of the page. At the moment, you can add only text, images. For more information about mobile theme, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ So, if you do not like the mobile theme, you can simply turn off the mobile plugin and the theme will be switched to the normal mobile responsiveness version which displays you all the layout of the theme which you have customized but in responsiveness mode.
If you refer to something else, please provide more details.
Thanks for oyur understanding!
