Just looked at my stats this morning and I’m over my allotted Account Executions for a 24 hour period. Meaning that my site might be going down again soon. My hosting isn’t waiting long anymore to bring it down when I go over.

One other thing that I can’t understand; using yesterday as an example, 78% of my visitors came from mobile. So why is the Newspaper theme even using resources for mobile visitors? I’m using WPTouch and it’s as optimized as it can get.

if you’re in a hurry you likely want to go to stackexchange or another forum; asking people for help here on how to do stuff unrelated to the theme might be a long wait for a kind soul to impart wisdom based on their own experience assuming they have time to do so.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such option to switch the mobile version to desktop version on mobile mode, sorry! Our mobile feature was implemented by our developers in order to make navigation easier for mobile mode. If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware with the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment!

Unfortunately, If you have hired a freelancer or developer that have broken your website, please contact him to resolve the issue. I have no idea what kind of changes has done in this regard and why your mobile version does not work properly because our theme by default, as you can see in our demo works perfectly. Maybe this problem is coming from your untested plugins wich can interfere with our theme. Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme.

Them mobile theme is broken not because of the theme itself, but the mobile theme option in jetpack. Please disable this setting and also disable photon if you use it as these 2 features of jetpack are known to cause issues.

There are 2 ways to go about this. The first one is an option in the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/Tjfb9HB4y where the menu will ‘snap’ on the top of the screen on scroll up but on ly on mobile.
If you want the menu to be always sticky, you can use the code above but on header style 8 it needs an !important attribute to work:

Second I am using both themes on different websites start are not showing for reviews in google its more then 2 months and using latest versions of both themes.
Few Ideas and Suggestions
Like to see predefined “Feature name:” for quick review posting for different products. If we can create groups in theme panel select from drop down as required. for example in backend i create group for mobile reviews which have ( Design, Feature , Performance , Price , Battery, Display) and for other produce type like camera ( Design,Features,Image quality) http://prntscr.com/9y22eb

I don’t know why but in my multi-page articles .. in the last pages ” Google Ad unit added by Newspaper shortcode ” doesn’t appear specially on Mobiles.

I’m having trouble with using Responsive Adsense Link Units. I have the correct code provided by Google Adsense but when the code is implemented or applied on the Newsmag Theme Panel, they’re not showing as expected. I even set the sizes to 728×15, 468×15, and 200×90 for desktop, tablet portrait, and mobile, respectively.
My question is, does Newsmag theme have the ability to show Link Ads or only Text and Display ads from Google Adsense? Is it coded differently for Link Ads?

Thanks for the greatest WordPress theme you guys developed, after the recent wordpress update, my pageload speed time increases badly. earlier it was 78-85 now it is only 30/100.
it shows –

You can display the sign in widget from top bar also for mobile devices. The top bar is hidden because it is not customized for mobile, but if you want only the sign in/register it can be done, please try this solution – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/login-register-topbar-menu-in-mobile/
Also we will try a better implementation for sign in widget to be available also for mobile device in a future theme update, as we are aware about this issue.

I started from 10/2015 with newspaper theme my CTR was about 4% and sometimes higher
then traffic was increasing so i moved to VPS ” nginx ” and cached my website
and used cloudflare and used their plugin to restore the user IP.
after that my CTR is dropped too much ! and for sure my CPC.
I’m using ads from your ads system and shortcodes also from newspaper shortcodes for ads
I’m thinking about the ads maybe it’s not appear to mobile devices due to caching or something like this i really don’t know :/

If I remember well I have replied also on dashboard regarding this, unfortunately this code cause issues to the theme so please review your code, make sure it is correct and contact the person who provided and as him about this as it affect the theme’s menu and search buttons on mobile and I cannot provide a solution for it.

I have checked your mobile menu on homepage – http://screencast.com/t/zd9ZacyJJi but did not found any issue but on article page it seems that the menu button link is affected – http://screencast.com/t/72VnzE4Mt I suspect that it comes from a script that you use or it is added by a plugin- http://screencast.com/t/dNrLlglwyQP Please disable all the plugins except Visual Composer, clear all the cache, purge your files and remove any custom modifications that could cause this and see if you still have this issue. I could not found any issue on mobile menu, also you can try to do a clean theme install on a subdomain or local and test it only whit the plugins provided with the theme and without any custom modifications and check it.

When i choose the auto option in the ad manager, why does the theme inserts ads of a specific size in the post? On mobile devices, I want Adsense to decide the ad size, but the theme ads a 300 x 250 unit. How to disable this? I want the auto option to insert the ad code as it is.

The theme is tested and youtube videos works fine on mobile devices. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer to make sure that there is no conflict, clear the cache memory and test again.

I have checked your website and your console and saw some js.errors Indeed, you cannot have access to your website in mobile mode. This kind of problem might be caused by conflicting plugins. First of all, please try to deactivate the mobile theme from Jetpack plugin. The Jetpack plugin has a lot of modules in its structure and not all of them works as expected with our theme.
Also, we recommend using our theme with our tested plugin for good results.
However if you’re using an untested plugin there is a chance to not work properly with the theme and you may need additional customization to correct it. Unfortunately, we cannot offer custom work as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support but you can always get a freelancer from sites like -> http://studio.envato.com/ to do this for you. We do not have as recommendation such plugins.
