Hi,

That probably means that a plugin is causing the problem. I suggest you try to disable all your plugins except the ones provided with the theme, clear any caching installed and check to see if the problem is present. The mobile theme is and was working properly with the theme. It must be one of your plugins that is causing this issue. Some caching plugins have been responsible in similar cases.

Thanks

Hi,

Please note that is no rush to switch to the new composer. You just have to create a new page in the new front-end composer (recreate the same design or something different if you want) and then set this page as homepage. Like it is specified more elements will be added in future updates, just for the tagDiv composer. You should not use Visual composer and TagDiv composer at the same time, or edit pages created in Visual composer with the new editor.
You do not need to use the AMP plugin, the mobile theme is a mobile plugin that can be used by itself. More information here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Thanks

Hi team,
I am not understanding how you are releasing such big updates without any proper testing. I lost trust with tagdiv team after this blunder. All my posts are appearing wider if i use the tagdiv composer. Totally messed up all the posts. check my website http://www.stufeed.com and visit any post you can understand whats my problem. Also if I network activate the mobile plugin its throwing error in mobile.

Sorry but no implementation was made into this regard. This request has to increase in popularity before our development team can consider implementing such functionality.
Custom post types were not tested with the mobile theme

Thank you!

Dear Simion,
I will appreciate if you can properly highlight the lines to edit for mobile cover sign in and join.

I will also appreciate if you can point me to the location in the theme where I can disable the mobile cover sign in and join.

I will also appreciate the location to change the default image picture on the mobile cover.

Thanks.

Thanks for the answer,

I followed your guide but it still seems to be incompatibility between td composer and Visual Composer 4.11. What do we have to do thus ? see https://loirexplorer.com/le-loiret-riviere-source-bouillon/

Second question with your td mobile plugin, do we need still an AMP plugin ?

Hi,

tagDiv Composer = tagDiv Composer
tagDiv Social Counter = tagDiv Social Counter
Visual Composer = WPBakery Visual Composer

Revolution Slider, what a plugins name?
tagDiv Mobile Theme, what a plugins name?

Once I know the name, I will uninstall the old plugin and install the latest version.

Thank you!

Hello salocharly,

It seems to be a mini bug with our smart lists. For your case, you should use a bit of CSS code to fix that on mobile view.

.@media(max-width:767px){
.td_smart_list_3 .td-sml-figure {
float: none;
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;
}
}

Thanks for your message!

Hi,

The mobile theme plugin is optional, you can deactivate it if it does not work properly for you. The theme design is fully responsive and will adapt for the best results on every device.

Dear support,
I have been able to check the default Sign in/ Join for warrimarket.com from your assistance by implementing redirection. But their is another sign in / Join when you tab on the menu button for mobile view. For security reasons I need to also redirect this sign in/ Join.
I will appreciate a location of the file where this change can be done.
pls mark the exact lines to be replace on the script.

Thanks

Hi,

If you are using the mobile theme a scroll to top is displayed. If you do not use it, you could activate it with a code like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/kmewhpua
You just need to enter it in Theme panel->Custom Css section

@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td-scroll-up {
display: block;
}}

Thanks

Hi there is no back to top button

A quick update-

To call shortcodes in php, one can use:

<?php
echo do_shortcode('[CONTACT-US-FORM]');
?>

Perhaps adding div to them is more smoother. </br> after div can be used to create breaks though.

Conclusion: I was indeed unable to set up bbPress completely (tried everything, but there are many bugs which just can’t be fixed, including enabling tinymce support in mobile theme functions).

So, i rather installed phpBB on subdomain (https://doc.medicforyou.in). Funny bbPress installation messed up phpBB installation and i couldn’t use forum.medicforyou.in since the directory of wordpress was also pointing to subdomain, thereby, creating two phpBB installations- https://medicforyou.in/forum and https://forum.medicforyou.in .

For those requiring help on installation of https over subdomains- simply add same cloudfare origin certificate settings to your subdomain (Guide).

Thank you for support, i wish there was compatibility of mobile theme with bbpress. Never mind. 🙂

It’s “tagDiv Mobile Theme” plugin that was causing the problem. Do we need this plugin? Or is it recommended to use this plugin?

Dear Support,
Could you pls help me make the right adjustment for my mobile view.
On my home page, I have “Sell in Warri Market and Buy in Warri Market” text. The position of both text are ok for me on the desktop view. But on the mobile view, The “Buy in Warri Market” is on the second line of the screen. I want both the “Sell in Warri Market and Buy in Warri Market” to be on the same line on my mobile view. I will appreciate css code adjustment to make this possible.
Note: I am not using mobile version for my site. The plugin is disable.

Thanks

Hi Simion,

Thank you for your response.

I checked the first issue and it’s only happends on Firefox. Chrome seems to work fine.

The background issue is fixed by activating the parent theme. I only have a functions.php, page.php and header.php besides the style.css in my child theme. I figured out it’s the page.php that is causing the problem.

I don’t just want to throw it out, because it’s in there for a reason, but it has been a while since I’ve edited it. I have no clue what I changed, can you recognize anything?

<?php

Hello anachakmobile,

Try to re-download again the latest theme version and you should make a new FTP install. Clear all the caches and check the results. Should work.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thanks for the message!
