I eventually gave up on DFP and started using AdGlare for serving ads, which allows the ads to scale naturally on mobile devices. Works perfectly for us.
Hi,
You could use this code to reduce the space between the next/prev arrows but it will apply to all the mega menu items – https://www.screencast.com/t/E9zxYFa7 – https://www.screencast.com/t/dgOpg7MI
.td_block_mega_menu .td-next-prev-wrap {
margin-top: -30px;
}
As for the sub-footer, it is center aligned on mobile too in the code, but since you have rtl in your site it could affect this property. You could try to fiddle with the margin-left property on the links in the sub-footer menu items and maybe find a way to position them the way you want – https://www.screencast.com/t/JwvyRWah0wWp
Thanks
No, the problem is not knowing the operation of the theme, but how to make it work in an environment with cache other than WP Super Cache. Super Cache is a very poor plugin compared to the rest. I have solved it by making some adjustments in CloudFlare and installing WP Rocket, which allows different caches for the desktop and for the mobile. I’ve sacrificed some speed, but at least now themes do not cross from mobile to desktop and desktop to mobile.
Thanks.
Hello News Stamps,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the Mobile Theme for your mobile mode, right?
I suppose that you do not understand very good how mobile theme works, right? So, please notice that this theme concept intend to display a Big Grid feature at the top of homepage which shows the posts which are included in Featured category, then will show a text which you added in Mobile Editor in Visual Composer from backend and at the very bottom of the page you will bring the Latest Articles module. Please keep in mind that the Mobile Theme do not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode and that’s why you did not get the demo style for mobile theme. So, for more information about our mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you are unhappy with this layout, and if you want to have the similar structure with our demo mobile, you will simply turn off the mobile plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile mode.
Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,
I have inspected your site on mobile but I do not see it appearing – https://www.screencast.com/t/U6v6NtxKxaKE Please correct me if I am misunderstanding something
Thanks
Hello,
If you want to exclude a certain category or more from your mobile latest section, you can edit the front-page.php file located in the mobile folder and use this code:
'category__not_in' =>array(category id goes here),
Here is an example: https://www.screencast.com/t/neuyByeC9d73
You will need the category id’s though. You can see the id like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/hSLNFOb3RV7h
Thank you!
Hi Simion,
Now everything looks fine on the menu.
All sub categories are shown without mouse scroll and and the article numbers are 8
But the menu when you are on the sub category that has 8 articles has an unusual height
can i reduce the height and put the arrows ( < > ) more up to see less white space?
The sub-footer has the center align code but as u opened on your mobile view browser or
open it on your mobile you will see that all pages together are a little bit on right. how can I fix that?
Thank you
my site simply wont open at first, i have to refresh it again and then it opens , this problem is on all browsers including mobile site as well. speed of my web page is too slow it takes more than 30 seconds to open. kindly check.
I have a problem. Some images don’t show up on the mobile device but they do using a computer. What can I do to solve this issue ?
Thank you for your help.

Hi,
Is it possible to have the Top menu still visible when the theme breaks into mobile/ 1 column/ responsive menu view.
Thanks
David.
Hello mmeida,
What do you mean through ‘predefined mobile’? Please provide more details about your problem, also, provide your website URL so I can take a closer look and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. You can provide some useful screenshots with your problem.
Thanks for the message!
Please read the mobile theme guide in my previous reply. The mobile theme will show pages but only if content is added to the second page editor which is the mobile editor. You have to create 2 pages if you use the mobile theme. One for the desktop and one for mobile. But both sections are on the same page edit screen. Please add content to the ‘mobile editor’ you see in page edit and you will have content on your mobile pages.
Thank you!
It is working with W3 total cache. I use wp rocket in others projects… but this is a new project and i want a free cache plugin. I only create a user agent group with this in user agent field:
android
bb10
blackberry
iemobile
ipad
iphone
ipod
msie
nexus
p160u
playbook
touch
webos
xoom
And it is working…for now 🙂
Thank you Simion,
I really thank you for your support.
The problem is solved.
But because of this code and the number of sub cats , something has happend.
The menu has more white space. How can I have two rows of the articles in menu items?
If it is possible to have two rows , I need to change the location of the arows ( < > )
and I need to know is there any option the remove ( All ) at the first of the sub cats?
and I have three other questions.
1) I have made my theme to rtl but the pages that are added in the sub footer are not center align in the mobile view. how can i do that? in the desktop view they are left align. I need center align in mobile view.
2) When a user logs in the site, an icon comes in the top menu that is for account management. It’s a link. the link is directed to http://look.ir/wp-admin , but I have restricted the dashboard for users with a plugin. but they are allowed to edit their profiles. i want to edit the hyperlink to http://look.ir/wp-admin/profile . how I change it?
3) in the social networks in the theme panel , there is no telegram. I need to add my telegram channel too. how can i have telegram next to social networks in the header and footer?
Hi,
Unfortunately this issue is related to cache plugin or if you use some external cache(server cache). If you use any caching, the mobile theme plugin will not work properly, sorry!
We have tested the Mobile Theme plugin with Wp Super Cache but it seems they did not fixed the reported issue – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-problems-3/
Thanks!
As said W3TC developers, their system does not support caching based on mobile topics. They can operate only in The User Agent.
Those. If you go to a page with a mobile device, it will show the mobile theme. BUT. If on this page to go through a PC, and then on the mobile device will show the adaptive version of the mobile display is not. This is due to the fact that W3TC does not support a separate cache for mobile pages.
So I use the WP Rocket.
See how it works on my site http://bit.ly/2j74PJA (RU) You can check directly in Google chrome switch to mobile view rehearse debugging. Of course you need to refresh the page 🙂
ps. i use Google translate 🙂
Hi. I’ve installed the Mobile Theme Plugin, but homepage mobile not shows the ‘predefined mobile’ page but just the same desktop page, like if no mobile plugin were installed. I’m using WP Super Cache following the instructions at https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/. I’m also using Cloudflare and MaxCDN and, yes, a few plugins.
Thanks.
Hey,
I made those changes several times but the mobile theme will not impliment those changes to the single post pages .. see link (https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B_MSdhhJy6AKUGktQ0hXSm1Nd1k)
Is there a way I can change image file name manually. If so where do I go to change it? Or even better what do I need to do to fix this without changing the dynamic code on editor?
I don’t know if I am correct but the mobile theme doesn’t allow to see pages such as contact. I have several pages such as advertise with us (contact page) subscriptions (contact form) sponsorship (contact form). I need those pages to be visible on smartphone and tablet since our users use those devises the most. Am I correct?
On pagespeed insight, mobile version said that following is blocking scripts:
/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js
However, on desktop version, it said that 2 blocking script resources and 19 blocking CSS resources.
JS
/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js
/…includes/js/jquery/jquery-migrate.min.js
And lots of CSS
Though I used speedbooster plugin and followed the guide but still it is showing. Whats wrong
Further, it said Minifying /themes/Newspaper/style.css?ver=7.6 could save 12.9KiB (14% reduction) after compression.
How to resolve these issues
