That is the top menu. The top menu was not intended to show on mobiles. There is a css workaround if you need this option available on mobiles but I will need a link to your website though as the code is not the same for all sites. It depends on how you set it up.

I have checked your website, and I did not saw any problem with your site. How do you have tested the mobile version of Ie11? Do you have downloaded a browser for your phone? Please provide more details so I will be able to identify the problem. However, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and check the results.

Please try to update your theme because you are using an old version of mobile and theme. First of all, you should make a full backup to your database to be safe. The theme update should have to be made via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. Our theme does not have any secondary menu. If you mention the mega menu feature https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/ that is only created for desktop. There is no way of adding it on the mobile menu.

Unfortunately, at the moment, the theme do not have any such an option that allows you to change the menu for mobile mode, sorry! If you want to bring this feature you should implement it yourself and change the structure of the menu for the mobile version. Notice that is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

The only solution to this at the present time would be to use this custom css code that will reduce the padding left/right and the inner padding between the menu items, also the width of the search icon, enter it in Theme panel->Custom Css

However if you add more menu items in the header menu, this will probably not work anymore because there will be no way to display more items in that amount of space that is available.
